The amount of care and indeed the quality has gradually increased as my Aunt's needs change. She now has visits three times a day with two or three carers mainly attending in the week. My Aunt has become more content with the visits. She now lets one lady help her with the bathing, which is amazing.

The service of providing a rota of carers has proved excellent - the only concern has been caused by traffic/lack of buses.
The carers are all very pleasant, do their tasks efficiently and are always welcome.

I am a 28-year-old full-time wheelchair user with cerebral palsy. I work as a journalist in London. I have had carers since aged 18. I started with Caremark in September 2017. They come to my house where I live with my parents (66/70 years) to get me up in the morning to go to work.
The two main carers
(one female/one male) I have from Caremark are excellent. Caremark as an agency are extremely efficient. They communicate very well, do spot checks and have never let me down. I would recommend them with confidence.

I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with Caremark (Richmond) from my first telephone contact with them they have been efficient, professional and very caring. The carers treated my father with dignity, respect and he came to think of them as his friends, especially the night carer who would arrive
early and have a good chat with my father.

I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicating with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. We have taken franchise of a very reputable company like Caremark to deliver a professional, friendly and caring service to suit everyone’s needs. Since our shared visions and goals are the same we put in our honest efforts in bringing about a change in people’s lives. We look forward to being at your service whenever you need us.

Shipra's experience ranges from teaching, insurance and has recently been working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.

The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the U.K and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents with growing need for care, has inspired and motivated her to do her bit for the society we live in.

Hence, Shipra and her closest friend Swati Bagwe decided to set aside their jobs and tie up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. Through their professional and personal experience of the care system, they believe that the quality offered by Caremark Hounslow and Chiswick would set them apart from all other providers. They want to give those people the opportunity to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer.

"By looking after our customers like members of our own family, we allow their family members to enjoy time with their loved one whilst we take the pressure and demands of caring away from them if they so choose. By placing their trust in us, customers and their loved ones can have the confidence to enjoy a more independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home."

Shipra is passionate about quality and ensuring that the individuals that she supports receive the best possible service. She believes that we have a long-term commitment to providing personalised support which is meaningful to individuals, enabling them the opportunities to achieve the quality of life that they deserve”.

My experience ranges from teaching, reading books and gaining knowledge from different fields on new topics and sharing my own interests. I do like spending time reading some psychological facts which made me aware of conditions people suffer at early or late stages. Having worked in Recruitment, training, and care, I am delighted to be part of the team making a difference in the lives of individuals to make them feel secure living independently.
I always loved to spend time with different aspects of people and that is what made me stand here. In my role as recruitment/trainer, I will develop my skills further and help train new staff with my own better understanding, which I received from my well-qualified, experienced staff and colleagues.
“Joining Caremark was the right move at the right time. My team and I are determined to provide passionate care to our beloved clients”.
