Both my parents and I have had a very positive experience with Caremark. We have been given an excellent service. All of the staff who have visited to care for my father have been kind, efficient, well trained and well managed. They have treated my father with the utmost respect and nothing has
been too much trouble. I have complete confidence in their ability to care for my father. I am grateful for their help and for the excellent support backup. I would recommend Caremark.

Overall my experience was excellent. There were a few 'teething problems' such as not being acquainted to British food which led to me having some very interesting meals. In these cases I explained what was needed (a little lesson on making a sandwich) Etc. All the cares were very professional, kind
and caring without exception. I got into a very good routine with all my regular carers and found they were all quick learners. Thank you very much!

Carers help me with domestic tasks, washing up, making the bed, putting out the washing, sometimes they help me to dress & have been very happy with all the carers that have visited me.

I have a very positive experience with the carers coming in the morning and evening. They look after me with great understanding of my situation, and we like to be together for a while, I always see different carers but that is not a problem, I am getting on well with all of them.
