Mum's care is very professional, diligent, friendly and attentive, I am happy with it all. As Mum has dementia, being able to talk to the carers about her childhood in India is a wonderful help.

Carers polite, well-dressed and punctual. They are well trained, considerate and caring to patient with respect, dignity and tolerance. Carers are able to handle emergency situations. Management and superiors are excellent. I would like to mention our carers for their professional care.

All the carers from Caremark treat my mother with utmost respect and dignity. They are kind and respect Mum's wishes. They have encouraged Mum to have showers and always ensure she has everything she needs before they leave. My mother loves them all and says they are like a second family to her. If
there are ever any queries or needs they always contact me immediately. It is such a relief to have people who care looking after her as we live several hours' drive away. The owners are so approachable and empathetic. Would highly recommend.

Caremark has been looking after my mum for the last few months now. I must say that team has taken away pressure from my shoulder. Very pleasant and helpful from point of contact. The initial visit to Mum's home was extremely helpful in reassuring Mum. The care team are all amazing in caring for my mum's daily needs and also provides Mum with friendship and understanding of her disabilities and daily needs allowing her to remain
comfortable and in her own home.

Caremark started looking after my granddad just before Xmas. Initially, we received care through the local council as he came out of the hospital. Since finishing that free care, we opted for the same care through the Caremark team. I must say that carers are kind and caring. Sometimes time keeping
is an issue, but we do understand. Overall, we are quite pleased with the standard of service and regular visits from their supervisor to make sure all is well.

Carers treated our aunt with dignity and respect and allowed us to keep our promise to keep her in her home. The staff were loving, caring, kind and compassionate the whole time. My aunt got on incredibly well with everyone who was sent to her and the staff felt like family, especially in the last few
weeks. We would recommend their service to everyone. Communication was paramount between us and we will be ever grateful for their love and support to us all. Thank you to all.

My mother has home carers from Caremark (Richmond & Twickenham) for the last seven weeks and they have been wonderful. My mother who has been totally resistant to any form of care and still is cannot speak higher of them and the office staff are extremely approachable, reassuring and friendly. They
have been a lifeline for my peace of mind, knowing my mother has regular daily contact whilst I am working and Mum has been noticeably so much more motivated in herself, with a purpose and routine in place. They are also extremely adaptable to Mum's changing needs and totally flexible on the times they can offer, dependent on when family are visiting Mum and care is not required. They are also fair and competitively priced and do not charge a retainer fee if Mum needs a vacation or a stay in hospital, unlike other home care providers. I would have no hesitancy in recommending this God given home care service and will continue to use them as Mum's needs change.

My uncle gets three visits daily from Caremark (Richmond & Twickenham) since the start of the pandemic. During the whole of last year all the carers who visited him went beyond their regular duties. Whether its booking a GP appointment, getting medication from the pharmacy or arranging shopping, they
have done it all with utmost care and responsibility. As I live away from him, I can't be always there for him.

I am the carer for my husband who has dementia. I had almost reached breaking point when I contacted Caremark. I had also contacted another agency.
I was looking to hire help for me as my husband could not accept he needed help.
I went to the offices rather than rely on making enquiries on the telephone
and was able to meet the managing director and another director, in addition to the main contact for seeking help. All three impressed me by their clear commitment to providing me with assistance and solving my problem.
From the first, I was reassured by their thoroughness. The clear aim was to provide support.
My family had been concerned what might happen if I were to fall sick or have an accident. I decided I had to find a care agency that would be able to look after both my husband and myself in an emergency. In a sense, it is a form of insurance for us both. I have been really relieved by what I have been able to put in place.
