After spending a couple of weeks in the hospital during Christmas, when our nan came home, we could not have asked for a more caring team. They were kind, professional and helpful. Two of the carers were very good, and always brought a smile to her face.

Caremark has been efficient and reliable. My Mum has one full-time live-in carer and since Dec 2023, 3 additional visits. They were able to implement more care (and good care) at a moment's notice when my Mum suddenly lost her mobility. The 'chief' carer and all the others are patient, loving, caring, professional, gracious and kind. I am so grateful to them, but especially the chief.

Mum's care is very professional, diligent, friendly and attentive, I am happy with it all. As Mum has dementia, being able to talk to the carers about her childhood in India is a wonderful help.

All the carers from Caremark treat my mother with utmost respect and dignity. They are kind and respect Mum's wishes. They have encouraged Mum to have showers and always ensure she has everything she needs before they leave. My mother loves them all and says they are like a second family to her. If there are ever any queries or needs they always contact me immediately. It is such a relief to have people who care looking after her as we live several hours' drive away. The owners are so approachable and empathetic. Would highly recommend.

Caremark has been looking after my mum for the last few months now. I must say that team has taken away pressure from my shoulder. I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicating with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. We have taken franchise of a very reputable company like Caremark to deliver a professional, friendly and caring service to suit everyone’s needs. Since our shared visions and goals are the same we put in our honest efforts in bringing about a change in people’s lives. We look forward to being at your service whenever you need us.
Myself and my team are passionate about ensuring people have choice and control over their lives and delivering high quality care and support. We are committed to supporting Clients to continue to live fulfilled lives with dignity and independence and to be participating members of their own communities.
Shipra's experience ranges from teaching, insurance and has recently been working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.
The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the U.K and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents with growing need for care, has inspired and motivated her to do her bit for the society we live in.
Hence, Shipra and her closest friend Swati Bagwe decided to set aside their jobs and tie up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. Through their professional and personal experience of the care system, they believe that the quality offered by Caremark Hounslow and Chiswick would set them apart from all other providers. They want to give those people the opportunity to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer.

Sally Rayner joined us in 2015 as a Care & Support Worker where she quickly excelled with the Care Certificate completed along with first hand field experience. Sally soon worked her way up to a Senior Carer and due to Sally's excellent understanding and commitment to quality care for our clients, we quickly recognised her potential, promoting Sally to the role of Field Care Supervisor.
Kelly joined us as a Care 7 Support Worker in 2022. In just two years, she has progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor—a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and passion for care. Kelly consistently goes above and beyond for everyone she encounters. She is hardworking and continually seeks ways to improve her clients' daily lives, offering innovative solutions and unwavering support.
Her compassionate nature, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail have made her an invaluable member of our team. Kelly builds meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues, earning their trust and respect. She approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset, always striving for excellence in everything she does.

Field Care Supervisor
As a dedicated and accomplished Field Care Supervisor with Caremark, Laiba brings a strong foundation in healthcare and leadership to her role.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership
Management, she has developed a unique blend of scientific knowledge and management expertise.
Building on her experience as a Healthcare Assistant with Caremark since October 2024, Laiba has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, earning her promotion to Field Care Supervisor. Her diverse background includes roles such as Management at Reliance Lobo Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, Specialist Advisor at JP Morgan Chase & Co (India), Senior Crop Analyst at Intello Labs Private Limited, and Medical Coder at Gebbs Healthcare Solutions India.
Beyond her professional achievements, Laiba is a talented singer and Guinness World Record holder for the largest cinematic band in the world. She was also the 1st runner-up at India’s Got Talent Season 8 and has received numerous awards for her singing career. With her impressive educational background, diverse experience, and passion for healthcare, Laiba is committed to delivering exceptional care and leadership to her clients and team.
Since joining Caremark Richmond and Hounslow in 2018, Shalini has consistently demonstrated exceptional qualities as a carer. With a natural ability to connect with and support individuals, she has excelled in providing care to those with complex needs, earning the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.

Due to her hard work, commitment towards her duties in no time she moved her way up in the team. Priyanka worked with complex care customers over one year. Priyanka is determined to make changes while taking on extra duties and taking on new job responsibilities.
