We have hired Caremark agency carers several years ago and we were very pleased with reliability of the staff and flexibility considering at times we have given a very short notice,but the carer was found for my relative and we had a peace of mind always including in emergency situations. Thank you
to the caring hardworking staff working often long hours , but always keeping calm , professional and attentive towards the client. Big Thank You to the management and the amazing CEO- Owner of the Agency for looking after my very vulnerable family member. I was very pleased that we have finally found a good care agency in Barkingside and Chigwell area.

This review is so long overdue and I hope that it may help a little for those who need care at home.
Caremark Redbridge is an astoundingly good care company. The care and kindness all carers and managers have shown to my mum is exceptional. The carers all have the most obliging natures. Nothing is
too much trouble, they go out of there way to help and encourage my mum in all aspects of her daily life. They care for mum's personal needs superbly, and they go to immense lengths to prepare food and encourage her to eat. They are immediately aware of her changing moods and needs and always make her smile and feel safe and happy. Communication between myself and Caremark Redbridge managers and carers is excellent which is so important to me when I'm unable to be with my mum. They listen intently to my concerns about my mum's progressive dementia and always have the most amazing strategies for giving her the best life possible going forward.

The Caremark team have been invaluable in caring for our 92 year old father whose needs have changed hugely over the time they have been supporting him in his own home. The team's ability to resource the changes in his needs has been of great comfort both to our father and the wider family. A strong
bond has ,in particular , been formed with his lead carer Kalpa supported by the wider team who have the trust and faith of the whole family.

My dad has been using Caremark services for nearly two years and we have recently needed to increase the care required. This has all been arranged and implemented smoothly and is running effectively.
Dad has had two consistent carers who are always friendly, caring and willing to help dad. We have
also found the management to be approachable and amenable to dad's changing requirements.
We are very happy with their care.

Caremark provided great care for my Partner, who was terminally ill. He sadly passed away in early August. I would like to thank a particular member of staff, who was caring, polite, and always punctual and attended to my Partner's needs for the past 8 months. I also want to thank the managing director
and another member of staff for their input, ensuring my Partner was well looked after.

I am writing to thank you and your team for the support you all gave my mother in the few days prior to her passing away.
Mum’s health and mobility deteriorated so rapidly that it was difficult for me to react quickly enough to provide the support she needed, especially as I am so far away. But following
our call late on Friday and your team meeting with Mum on Monday the speed and support you provided was truly exceptional.
With no notice you managed to immediately provide a carer who delivered sensitive, friendly, and comforting support to Mum, ensuring she was looked after and safe. Mum’s last few hours were spent with your carer, having breakfast, happily chatting and getting ready for the day.
Of course, ultimately Mum died at hospital due to her age and ill health, but I will always be grateful for the quality of care and professionalism your team provided to make Mum’s last few hours so comfortable.
