Staff are really helpful and encourage my husband in everything he does. They arrive at the time requested and involved me in my husbands care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs daily home care.

We have hired Caremark agency carers several years ago and we were very pleased with reliability of the staff and flexibility considering at times we have given a very short notice,but the carer was found for my relative and we had a peace of mind always including in emergency situations. The Caremark team have been invaluable in caring for our 92 year old father whose needs have changed hugely over the time they have been supporting him in his own home. The team's ability to resource the changes in his needs has been of great comfort both to our father and the wider family. A strong bond has ,in particular , been formed with his lead carer Kalpa supported by the wider team who have the trust and faith of the whole family.

Caremark provided great care for my Partner, who was terminally ill. He sadly passed away in early August. I would like to thank a particular member of staff, who was caring, polite, and always punctual and attended to my Partner's needs for the past 8 months. I also want to thank the managing director and another member of staff for their input, ensuring my Partner was well looked after.

I have been using Caremark, Redbridge service for the last few months. The company management and care are excellent. The carer is well mannered, very prompt on timing, respectful and efficient in doing duties, and always smiling. I feel confident and safe.

Very friendly and supportive management. Ease of contact with supportive staff. The carer is reliable and friendly also prompt and not adverse to doing various tasks.

Of course, ultimately Mum died at hospital due to her age and ill health, but I will always be grateful for the quality of care and professionalism your team provided to make Mum’s last few hours so comfortable.
