I have had excellent care from all the carers that visit. Any changes are made where needed to help me especially if I have early hospital appointments. All the carers are friendly caring and work with my needs.
Our service provider has been with us since October. He is reliable, efficient and pleasant to be with. He is very helpful and my husband is very comfortable with him.
I am now 94 year old. I think I must have been using Caremark for some four years at least. They have always been helpful and kind and cheerful (mostly!). They are sometimes late, but on the other hand sometimes too early (I don't mind that as I wake up quite early). I am referring to the girls who come on duty. But I would prefer something regular!
The care manager and her team continue to work with me to co-create the best level of care for my mother, that allows her to flourish in a safe and dignified way. The level of proactive communication is excellent and the team are open to receive constructive criticism and guidance, as care is fine-tuned as circumstances evolve. My mother was extremely grateful for the flowers, card and chocolates on her birthday from the Caremark team.
Thank you for your lovely review. We at Caremark are most happy to continue to providing the best care for you mother and always happy to help. Care Manager and Caremark Team.
Wonderful, compassionate carers.
Caremark has supported the client beyond expectations. The family has welcomed our care staff warmly.
Good service now.
On the whole, I am very pleased with this service. It has improved since I first started using it with regards to timing and more regular carers. I would recommend this service but with the provisions that it is quite expensive.
Caremark has been providing personal care for my Dad (who has dementia) since November 2019. That care has now increased to daily visits - morning and evening. Every carer has treated my Dad with dignity and a very high level of care - and always checks that my Mum is happy before they leave. Dad has a main carer who is worth his weight in gold. Dad's face lights up when he sees him - and he always takes the time to explain things to us as a family as well as care for Dad.
My late mother was served by the lovely caring staff from Caremark for 18 months. All the carers actually CARED about her wellbeing comfort and day to day happiness. They used the word care in its truest form and I was very grateful to have their services. Other medical professionals commented on how well my mother was cared for including the integrity of her skin by moisturising and I’m sure the positive joyful attitude of her regular carer prolonged her life. I have personally recommended them to neighbours who have asked.
In December 2016 until June 2020 Caremark (Merton) stepped in 4 times a day to care for my mother. I'm 100 miles away so I needed an agency that met Mum's requirements and that I could totally rely on to keep her safe and happy. Initially, I didn't know what to expect. A routine was soon established. I learned quickly the essence of our relationship was communication at which Caremark's manager, office admin and frontline carers, excel. Over this time Mum's condition slowly deteriorated and she was latterly receiving attention from 2 carers per visit. The team were there advising and explaining each new coping strategy to me. They listened to my concerns and we found solutions. Ensuring Mum's dignity was always kept the primary consideration at all times. When she moved house in 2018 they helped it run smoothly and even sent a house warming bouquet. Mum got on very well with the carers and very much appreciated them. Her last years were enriched by this relationship.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We are really glad our carers were able to meet your Mum's needs and keep her safe and happy. This wouldn't have been possible without the understanding and cooperation you extended to us through your excellent communication with our staff. We truly miss your mum and your kindness towards our carers made it worthwhile doing the job we love doing.
Very good especially Monday - Friday and weekends are also very good, despite one or two delays. All perfectly acceptable.
We have been using Caremark for six months on the recommendation of a friend.
I am completely satisfied with the service they are providing which is tailored to our needs. The carers provided are of a high standard and are highly trained and skilled in their profession, but with a very personal approach which is very encouraging. The company responds very quickly to any requests I have made. I would recommend them to anyone.
