Caremark Lambeth provides social care services to people in the Inner City Borough of Lambeth to help a person live independently and safely in their own home, their service is not limited to the elderly but also to younger adults with physical and learning disabilities. They combine being part of Caremark's national franchise organisation, with 100 offices across the UK/internationally and its proven care delivery systems, with the benefits of a small independent local business, utterly focused on clients.

Their objective is to integrate dignity in care through person centre approach and provide home care services to the very highest professional standards for people who need assistance to live independently and safely in their own homes.

They begin by carrying out a holistic assessment of the client's needs by highly experienced Care Manager to ensure that the care provided is completely tailored to the needs of the client.

They then carefully match the client's needs and preferences to Care and Support Workers, who are all hand-picked, compassionate people that they rigorously train, monitor and support to work in the community.

Their Care and Support Workers are always permanently assigned to a client, thereby ensuring continuity of care. All staff are thoroughly screened, (enhanced DBS checks) and independently vetted before they join the team. Their Field Care Supervisor, always personally introduces the client to the Care and Support Worker.

Their service is designed to match your particular needs and preferences as well as your budget. There is no real limit to the type of care and support offered. It may be something as simple as a ½ hour, 45 minutes and domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of personal care.

Where care and support of longer duration is required, 24 hour Live-in care service is available.

The carers are very polite and willing to support with a person-centred approach. That made a difference.


The office management also ensures to check in with dad to ensure he is happy with the service he is receiving. The gentleman that call seems to be aware to dad condition and ensure to allay

any fear.

I am so grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by Caremark Lambeth to my uncle. I simply can not thank the company enough for the incredible support and compassion they have shown. The carers are so professional and reliable but also kind and attentive. They treat my Aunt with the utmost dignity and respect, making a real difference in her daily life. Communication with the office

My dad has enjoyed care from Caremark for more than a year. I have been impressed with the organisation and with his care. He has almost always had the same carers and they really do care about him. I am informed straight away if any problems come up. Most importantly, my dad is happy.

The year under review had a significant change in the provision of service to me. I had a stable carer. He was consistent and quite regular on the three days he attends to me. He alerts me when he is about 15 minutes to get to my place. This gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. He baths
and cream me. He assists in the wearing of clothes. When time permits, he does other chores like cleaning and emptying of the bins etc.
