Overall Experience

Caremark has been helping to care for my dad for nearly 4 years. His carer is extremely polite and treats dad with kindness and generosity. He makes his breakfast, showers and shaves dad and does the housework. He is always willing to go that extra mile. We have had the same carer so this provides consistency and trust. The office check in to ensure that everything is to our satisfaction.

Overall Experience

Caremark have provided an excellent service for my Dad. He has the same carer six days a week and then one of only two on the seventh day, he really appreciates the familiarity and security this gives him. His main carer is a lovely, cheerful lady who really treats him like one of her family.

Overall Experience
I simply can not thank the company enough for the incredible support and compassion they have shown. The carers are so professional and reliable but also kind and attentive. They treat my Aunt with the utmost dignity and respect, making a real difference in her daily life. Communication with the office is always clear and responsive. It's such a relief to know my Aunt is in safe, caring hands.

Overall Experience

The year under review had a significant change in the provision of service to me. I had a stable carer. He was consistent and quite regular on the three days he attends to me. He alerts me when he is about 15 minutes to get to my place. This gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. He baths and cream me. He assists in the wearing of clothes. When time permits, he does other chores like cleaning and emptying of the bins etc.
