The office management also ensures to check in with dad to ensure he is happy with the service he is receiving. The gentleman that call seems to be aware to dad condition and ensure to allay any fear.

My dad has enjoyed care from Caremark for more than a year. I have been impressed with the organisation and with his care. He has almost always had the same carers and they really do care about him. I am informed straight away if any problems come up. Most importantly, my dad is happy.
The year under review had a significant change in the provision of service to me. I had a stable carer. He was consistent and quite regular on the three days he attends to me. He alerts me when he is about 15 minutes to get to my place. This gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. He baths and cream me. He assists in the wearing of clothes. When time permits, he does other chores like cleaning and emptying of the bins etc.
