Caremark Lambeth provides social care services to people in the Inner City Borough of Lambeth to help a person live independently and safely in their own home, their service is not limited to the elderly but also to younger adults with physical and learning disabilities. They combine being part of Caremark's national franchise organisation, with 100 offices across the UK/internationally and its proven care delivery systems, with the benefits of a small independent local business, utterly focused on clients.
Their objective is to integrate dignity in care through person centre approach and provide home care services to the very highest professional standards for people who need assistance to live independently and safely in their own homes.
They begin by carrying out a holistic assessment of the client's needs by highly experienced Care Manager to ensure that the care provided is completely tailored to the needs of the client.
They then carefully match the client's needs and preferences to Care and Support Workers, who are all hand-picked, compassionate people that they rigorously train, monitor and support to work in the community.
Their Care and Support Workers are always permanently assigned to a client, thereby ensuring continuity of care. All staff are thoroughly screened, (enhanced DBS checks) and independently vetted before they join the team. Their Field Care Supervisor, always personally introduces the client to the Care and Support Worker.
Their service is designed to match your particular needs and preferences as well as your budget. There is no real limit to the type of care and support offered. It may be something as simple as a ½ hour, 45 minutes and domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of personal care.
Where care and support of longer duration is required, 24 hour Live-in care service is available.

From the first contact with CareMark Lambeth we received the very best attention and care. Nothing was too much and responses were always positive. A carer was assigned and in less than twenty-four hours arrived to begin care for my uncle. Soon becoming confident with a 'stranger' in his home my uncle came to rely on his angel; his carer became his friend. Special thanks to this special friend, we were forever blessed knowing him. It is, with the greatest of thanks, to the staff at Caremark Lambeth who provided such consistency, support and dignity for three years.

Caremark have provided an excellent service for my Dad. He has the same carer six days a week and then one of only two on the seventh day, he really appreciates the familiarity and security this gives him. His main carer is a lovely, cheerful lady who really treats him like one of her family.

He alerts me when he is about 15 minutes to get to my place. This gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. He baths and cream me. He assists in the wearing of clothes. When time permits, he does other chores like cleaning and emptying of the bins etc.
