I have found Caremark to be excellent, we receive a rota each week telling us what time and who will be coming. They are always on time and very friendly. My husband suffers from dementia and he he has got used too each carer and he chats away to them .They are a great help to me also , changing his bed when necessary and making the bed daily and hovering around the house. I can't fault them.

all carers are very passionate to my grandaughter she always laughs when personal careres come in she looks foreward in seeing them in the mornings and afternoons i think they do a fantastic job they come round on time getting her ready for college and also getting her ready for bed and they take her out in the community as well like to say a big big thank you to them - clients / grandmother

We have had excellent service and care from Caremark for quite a while now but particularly over the past month or so. Our needs changed at short notice when I contracted COVID and the response from the management was brilliant - so helpful and reassuring. Considerate carers and competent managers who were proactive in coming up with solutions when issues occurred. It can be a really difficult job, I couldn't do it, but I liked all of the carers who came and they really did seem to care. I would be very happy to recommend them if I was asked.

My friend's care was three times a day for 30 minutes each. Most of the Carers were very compassionate towards her and her needs. The communication with different dialects of nationality she struggled with. I personally felt there were too many different carers on the rota for each weeks attendance. The basic things got done her personal care , bed made and breakfast. Lunchtime she ate every little and spare time other things could have been done. She wouldn't ask for anything extra to be done but expected homeowners to do things the carers could. Empty the waste bin, pick up her newspapers from the floor for recycling. Management were very pleasant but I felt it needs to be more professional in their approach to personal care. A written plan to exactly what was expected for each visit put up in the kitchen as a reminder .Instructions for appliances at hand for carers to read . Value for money probably yes compared to what other care homes charge. She was treated with respect.

I cannot speak highly enough of Caremark. They came to us as the most difficult time when my father in law was suffering from terminal cancer and stayed with us until his death. We had a close knit group of carers all of which had their own skills. We were all treated with respect and compassion, even a little humour where appropriate. If you are considering using Caremark I would say go for it 100%

The office team were very swift to respond to my request for an enhanced care package, and incredibly flexible as my sister and I thought of additional care duties that would help both Mum and us.
All the carers, each in their own way, skilfully helped Mum to come to terms with her reduced mobility with great kindness, patience and, where necessary, gentle persuasion. Not only has this supported Mum through a very difficult time, it has also been a great support to my sister and I, knowing that Mum is so well cared for by experienced and well- trained people.

My personal review of Caremark is a very positive, very good and upbeat recommendation that they are a good, profesional, friendly, competent, well organised and good humoured caring organisation. I have employed Caremark to visit and care for both my Uncle and my Mother. Sadly my Uncle passed away and now Caremark are solely caring for my Mother. I am so pleased I have employed Caremark who were highly recommended by Healthcare in early December 2024 when my Uncle aged 95 returned home from hospital. my Mother is aged 97 this April.

All carers are very attentive to my wife's needs. They are always friendly towards her and they talk to her regularly. The office staff are very friendly and quite often they call in to check their their staff are carrying out the work and are always ready to talk to my wife or me. They are really helpful.

Hi, I’m Fran, Operations Manager at Caremark Hillingdon. With over a decade of experience in the home care sector, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of managerial roles dedicated to growth, quality, and service delivery.
My journey in care began in 2008 with Caremark Pulborough, where I worked as a Care & Support Worker. It was there that I built the foundation of my career, centred on dignity, independence, and quality care—principles that continue to guide everything I do. In 2018, I joined Home Instead, Wembley, where I expanded my expertise and led improvements that strengthened care services and outcomes for clients.
Returning to Caremark truly feels like coming home. The organisation’s commitment to excellence, its values, and its positive impact on the community are the very reasons I first chose to work in care, and I’m proud to now contribute my skills in a leadership capacity.
As Operations Manager, my focus is on ensuring exemplary care standards while remaining true to Caremark’s ethos. I’m passionate about supporting our dedicated team so we can deliver the very best service to our clients and their families, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
