We have been with Caremark in Hillingdon for many years, recently transitioning to the self payment system. We have been fully supported by Caremark with efficient replies to communication and ease of contact. Any issues raised have been dealt with promptly and professionally. We have an excellent working
relationship with all those who we come into contact with.
The carers who have provided 24 hour care for my aunt have been outstanding.
Would highly recommend Caremark as a care agency providing care for those in their own homes.

My friend's care was three times a day for 30 minutes each. Most of the Carers were very compassionate towards her and her needs. The communication with different dialects of nationality she struggled with. I personally felt there were too many different carers on the rota for each weeks attendance.
The basic things got done her personal care , bed made and breakfast. Lunchtime she ate every little and spare time other things could have been done. She wouldn't ask for anything extra to be done but expected homeowners to do things the carers could. Empty the waste bin, pick up her newspapers from the floor for recycling. Management were very pleasant but I felt it needs to be more professional in their approach to personal care. A written plan to exactly what was expected for each visit put up in the kitchen as a reminder .Instructions for appliances at hand for carers to read . Value for money probably yes compared to what other care homes charge. She was treated with respect.

I cannot speak highly enough of Caremark. They came to us as the most difficult time when my father in law was suffering from terminal cancer and stayed with us until his death. We had a close knit group of carers all of which had their own skills. We were all treated with respect and compassion, even
a little humour where appropriate. If you are considering using Caremark I would say go for it 100%

Caremark have been providing domestic care for my mother for eight years. During that time, both the carers and the office staff have always been responsive to Mum's changing care needs. However, they recently excelled themselves when Mum had an accident that resulted in a sudden deterioration in
her ability to care for herself, needing both night care and personal care, in addition to the domestic care already provided.
The office team were very swift to respond to my request for an enhanced care package, and incredibly flexible as my sister and I thought of additional care duties that would help both Mum and us.
All the carers, each in their own way, skilfully helped Mum to come to terms with her reduced mobility with great kindness, patience and, where necessary, gentle persuasion. Not only has this supported Mum through a very difficult time, it has also been a great support to my sister and I, knowing that Mum is so well cared for by experienced and well- trained people.

My personal review of Caremark is a very positive, very good and upbeat recommendation that they are a good, profesional, friendly, competent, well organised and good humoured caring organisation. I have employed Caremark to visit and care for both my Uncle and my Mother. Sadly my Uncle passed away
and now Caremark are solely caring for my Mother. I am so pleased I have employed Caremark who were highly recommended by Healthcare in early December 2024 when my Uncle aged 95 returned home from hospital. my Mother is aged 97 this April.

All carers are very attentive to my wife's needs. They are always friendly towards her and they talk to her regularly. The office staff are very friendly and quite often they call in to check their their staff are carrying out the work and are always ready to talk to my wife or me. They are really helpful.

My first real experience of dealing with a care agency, but they have been excellent in their dealings with my father. They have been flexible with changing circumstances and are great at keeping me informed with any concerns relating to my father's care. Also very receptive to any concerns that I may
have.

What can I say? The team is brilliant in how they look after my brother! Professional and highly caring, they always go the extra mile. My dealings with this care provider have always been kind and understanding of what my brother's needs are and and are laser-focused in the care they provide. For example,
if there is a leaking toilet, the team will contact Hillingdon Council and follow up with an email to me because my brother doesn't have the insight or know how to report it. I have dealt with many care providers and can genuinely say Caremark is the best. Some care providers consider this just a job: if you don't care about vulnerable human beings and are doing it for the money, then you shouldn't be doing the job - I admire the care support they give to my brother and the amount of patience they give him. Non-judgemental, professional, kind and always feels like you're dealing with an extended part of your family, and I don't know what I would do without them! Caremark, do care!

My brother is a mature adult with cerebral palsy and lots of interests. He enjoys going out and seeing people and the community. For 3 weeks now he has been going out with a member of staff who has taken him to see and do activities according to his interests - dinosaur park and shopping centre for
example. She is well-liked by my brother who has become very fond of her as this is one excellent feature of this service - consistency, reliability, and a truly tailored experience.

My sister and I are very satisfied and grateful for the service provided in caring for our Mum. She has Vascular Dementia; the Carers are productive, efficient, and adapt to her needs, which can be challenging. Some of the Carers are amazing at alleviating her anxiety and so kind chatting about her
past and taking an interest. So important as she is isolated and unable to leave home on her own so her interaction with her Carers is essential. The office team is professional at all times when handling any concerns or new requirements and proactive, often suggesting things that will improve our Mum’s care.
We have experience with a few Care Companies since our Mum was diagnosed and needed support, Caremark has been the best.

My mother was treated with kindness at all times. She greatly valued the carers’ help and companionship. They treated her with dignity when she was unable to look after herself and they always acted professionally. At the end of her life, I was able to rely on them to give her excellent care.

I have been receiving care now from Caremark for almost seven years and the carers have usually been excellent. One or two that might not have been up to my expectations are usually replaced on the next visit. Never anything wrong, probably just a clash of personalities. The carers are always on time
and very willing and helpful. I would not be able to stay at home, living by myself without them.

During the time I used Caremark’s service, I invariably found the carers to be professional, good-humored, and helpful. Their help extended to things beyond their normal duties e.g. help with technical issues. My only concern was with timing issues (the gap between the morning and evening visits was
too short).

I have found the people at Caremark very good and pleasant to deal with. The initial visit to our home to obtain information about my special needs daughter and her requirements was one of the best we have had. The set-up of the carers was good, we get a weekly rota so we know who is coming, which my
daughter needs.
The carers that come to take my daughter out are very good. They engage with her very well, take her to lots of different places and activities and definitely enrich her life. Caremark is the best agency we have dealt with and we are
very pleased. I have dealt with 3 agencies before on behalf of my daughter and I am relieved to have found such a good agency in Caremark. It makes life easier and less anxious for myself and more fun and less anxious for my daughter.
We started with Caremark in December 2023 and are with them for the future.
I recommend them.

Caremark has been supporting my mother in her home for several years now. The carers, though some less experienced than others and needing some guidance, are always polite, helpful, kind and patient. They take pains to build a good rapport with my mother and provide her with company as well as help
on a practical level. My contact with the office managers has consistently found them to be very professional; they are friendly, efficient and quick to respond, and also flexible when changes have been necessary, for example providing carers to accompany my mother to appointments. The relationship with Caremark is nothing but positive!

Our Daughter is severely disabled and we use Caremark twice a week to take her out into the community.
The girls are very friendly and pleasant and have a lovely relationship with our Daughter. She seems very happy and relaxed with them. It tends to be the same carers which gives us good continuity
and gives us peace of mind.

My career in care began with Caremark Pulborough in 2008 as a Care & Support Worker. The foundation of dignity, independence, and quality care that I built there has guided my career ever since.
