The team at Caremark have been supporting my son for the past few years and have always been reliable, friendly and flexible. The carers have built a good relationship with my son and he enjoys being in their company. I feel reassured that he is being supported by a knowledgeable and caring team.

How amazing this company is, always putting the needs of the patient and family first. They are so kind and when we change times or medication nothing is too much trouble! All the staff provide quality service and care, and where possible key carers to prevent stress and provide continuity. If you need a carer/agency look no further than Caremark, I would never change.

Excellent - staff are professional, courteous, friendly and caring, focused on the needs of the client. We have been impressed with the flexibility around scheduling and allowing us to express preferences for particular staff with whom the client has bonded. Office staff have been just as helpful and friendly as the care staff and we are happy with the service we have received.

We are new to Caremark, who provide care to my mother each morning. After visiting other agencies in the past, we were left with a negative view of the caring profession. Caremark has changed everything. The personnel provided are professional, polite and nothing is too much bother, but more importantly, they are kind and friendly. My mother looks forward to seeing her regular carers but is also delighted with the personnel from odd occasions when they have to provide cover. I cannot recommend Caremark highly enough, from the carers to the management. Thank you.

We couldn't have asked for better care than Mum got from all the carers that came in. She was treated one hundred percent in all aspects. They put her at ease and was very professional in all they did. She was often heard laughing and joking with them all. thank you all.

Both my sister and I and my Dad couldn't be happier with the care we all receive from Caremark. Dad was initially resistant to strangers coming in but he adjusted immediately which is a testament to the lovely carers. The office staff are always understanding and extremely friendly. They are practically an extension to our family. Our heartfelt thanks to all staff at Caremark - you are now invaluable to us.

Very happy with care provided. Excellent communication and very reliable service. Quality of carers is excellent. The client particularly feels comfortable with her usual morning carer who deals with her personal hygiene and I regard this as very important. The carers/office have responded well to any problems, illnesses with professionalism, care and communicated well with me. We have been happy with the level of service and have increased this in the last month.

My uncle has a Caremark (Hillingdon) carer every day for one hour to help him shower, shave, dress and get ready for the day. The carers are friendly, professional and my uncle really enjoys their visits. Caremark has made a huge difference to my uncle's quality of life and help me to get on with my morning and sorting out our kids.

Hi, I’m Fran, Operations Manager at Caremark Hillingdon. With over a decade of experience in the home care sector, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of managerial roles dedicated to growth, quality, and service delivery.

My journey in care began in 2008 with Caremark Pulborough, where I worked as a Care & Support Worker. It was there that I built the foundation of my career, centred on dignity, independence, and quality care—principles that continue to guide everything I do. In 2018, I joined Home Instead, Wembley, where I expanded my expertise and led improvements that strengthened care services and outcomes for clients.

Returning to Caremark truly feels like coming home. The organisation’s commitment to excellence, its values, and its positive impact on the community are the very reasons I first chose to work in care, and I’m proud to now contribute my skills in a leadership capacity.

As Operations Manager, my focus is on ensuring exemplary care standards while remaining true to Caremark’s ethos. I’m passionate about supporting our dedicated team so we can deliver the very best service to our clients and their families, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
