We've been using Caremark for about two years now on a three days a week basis and we are pleased with the service we receive. The service supplied by the carers - and of course the management and office staff - is very professional and friendly.

Our Daughter is severely disabled and we use Caremark twice a week to take her out into the community.
The girls are very friendly and pleasant and have a lovely relationship with our Daughter. She seems very happy and relaxed with them. It tends to be the same carers which gives us good continuity
and gives us peace of mind.

I am very pleased to be continuing my outreach support with Caremark. They manage and support me with everything I require on a weekly basis. I find all staff members to be very professional and efficient in dealing with any questions or things I need to be done. Ever since I started working with them
back in 2017, as a client I really appreciate the positive impact their support has had on my life. Would most definitely highly recommend it to anyone thinking of employing support to access the community.

We approached Caremark earlier this year with a view to setting up a live-in care plan for our mother with very advanced Alzheimer's.
From the outset, we were extremely impressed with the efficiency, professionalism understanding and kindness displayed towards ourselves as well as our mother. Our
questions were dealt with promptly; indeed at every level, the staff have been there to support the family as well as our mother.
The live-in carer was exemplary and went above and beyond. She quickly developed a positive relationship with our mother, offering quiet, calm reassurance when attending to her needs.
We cannot thank Caremark (Hillingdon) enough for the support and care they have given our mother and ourselves.

My experience of the work of Caremark (Hillingdon) is quite recent. The care staff are always reliable, polite and caring. I have learned a lot from some of the more experienced carers. They appear to be a very professionally run company. The management are helpful and responds promptly to any issues/queries
raised.

Very happy with the service. Having outreach service using Caremark (Hillingdon) has improved my daughter's well-being enormously. She has improved in all areas of independence, socialising and is generally much happier. The places that she goes to are so varied and stimulating for her. Wonderful service.

The team at Caremark have been supporting my son for the past few years and have always been reliable, friendly and flexible. The carers have built a good relationship with my son and he enjoys being in their company. I feel reassured that he is being supported by a knowledgeable and caring team.

How amazing this company is, always putting the needs of the patient and family first. They are so kind and when we change times or medication nothing is too much trouble! Excellent - staff are professional, courteous, friendly and caring, focused on the needs of the client. We have been impressed with the flexibility around scheduling and allowing us to express preferences for particular staff with whom the client has bonded. Office staff have been just as helpful and
friendly as the care staff and we are happy with the service we have received.

We are new to Caremark, who provide care to my mother each morning. After visiting other agencies in the past, we were left with a negative view of the caring profession. Caremark has changed everything. The personnel provided are professional, polite and nothing is too much bother, but more importantly,
they are kind and friendly. My mother looks forward to seeing her regular carers but is also delighted with the personnel from odd occasions when they have to provide cover. I cannot recommend Caremark highly enough, from the carers to the management. Thank you.

We couldn't have asked for better care than Mum got from all the carers that came in. She was treated one hundred percent in all aspects. They put her at ease and was very professional in all they did. She was often heard laughing and joking with them all. thank you all.

Hi, I’m Fran, Operations Manager at Caremark Hillingdon. With over a decade of experience in the home care sector, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of managerial roles dedicated to growth, quality, and service delivery.


My journey in care began in 2008 with Caremark Pulborough, where I worked as a Care & Support Worker. It was there that I built the foundation of my career, centred on dignity, independence, and quality care—principles that continue to guide everything I do. In 2018, I joined Home Instead, Wembley, where I expanded my expertise and led improvements that strengthened care services and outcomes for clients.


Returning to Caremark truly feels like coming home. The organisation’s commitment to excellence, its values, and its positive impact on the community are the very reasons I first chose to work in care, and I’m proud to now contribute my skills in a leadership capacity.


As Operations Manager, my focus is on ensuring exemplary care standards while remaining true to Caremark’s ethos. I’m passionate about supporting our dedicated team so we can deliver the very best service to our clients and their families, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
