I am very pleased with the service and the carers from Caremark and my brother seems very happy with them all.
They provide a wonderful service and we have been extremely happy with every carer that has been here.
Carers arrive on time, professionally dressed and assist Mum to go to the toilet and getting in bed.
They also provide meals and take time to listen to Mum and what she requires.
Always friendly and courteous and attentive to Mum's needs.
I really like my carers and I have been able to go out every day.
Caremark (Hillingdon) have been professional and efficient in all areas of service. I particularly value the experience of the manager and field care supervisor who have shown great willingness and flexibility in trying to achieve the best support for mum. They assessed mum's requirements carefully and continue to carry out regular inspection visits to ensure that her needs are being met. Communication is good and I feel confident that any queries I have will be dealt with quickly either in person or by phone or email. The carers themselves have been supportive of mum, friendly but professional.
I found my daughter's carers very pleasant and capable.
There were some initial problems with turnover, especially relating to finding a driver for our adapted car.
The management team was very efficient in solving this problem and now all is working very well and staff are very approachable and happy to adapt to any changes which would suit both us and our daughter.
The service that Mum receives is excellent. Her carers are helpful, kind, respectful and willing.
Caremark management and staff provide great communication and advice for us and are always professional.
Mum enjoys her visits from her carers and I would recommend Caremark to anyone needing assistance and support for an elderly relative.

Hi, I’m Fran, Operations Manager at Caremark Hillingdon. With over a decade of experience in the home care sector, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of managerial roles dedicated to growth, quality, and service delivery.
My journey in care began in 2008 with Caremark Pulborough, where I worked as a Care & Support Worker. It was there that I built the foundation of my career, centred on dignity, independence, and quality care—principles that continue to guide everything I do. In 2018, I joined Home Instead, Wembley, where I expanded my expertise and led improvements that strengthened care services and outcomes for clients.
Returning to Caremark truly feels like coming home. The organisation’s commitment to excellence, its values, and its positive impact on the community are the very reasons I first chose to work in care, and I’m proud to now contribute my skills in a leadership capacity.
As Operations Manager, my focus is on ensuring exemplary care standards while remaining true to Caremark’s ethos. I’m passionate about supporting our dedicated team so we can deliver the very best service to our clients and their families, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
