I have been using the services of Caremark for a few years now and I am very happy with the support they provide. My carer assists me every week by driving my car and accompanying me to various places I need to go. With the flexibility of making my own schedules I am also able to enjoy trips to
museums, car races, concerts, and many other activities that are important to me.
I find the management & stuff to be always professional, reliable, and friendly. Their support has made a significant positive difference in my life, allowing me to stay active and engaged in the things I enjoy doing.
I can only recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and caring support. Thank you!

Excellent experience any issues are resolved quickly smartly and staff are always kind courteous and jovial whilst being experts in their field and this goes from top to bottom

I am very happy to recommend Caremark . I have used Caremark previously in providing support to my Aunt as well as 24 /7 care for a close friend . Staff are very professional snd provide an excellent service.

I have found Caremark to be excellent, we receive a rota each week telling us what time and who will be coming. They are always on time and very friendly. My husband suffers from dementia and he he has got used too each carer and he chats away to them .They are a great help to me also , changing his
bed when necessary and making the bed daily and hovering around the house. I can't fault them.

A carer comes every morning to wash and dress my husband, who has Parkinson's . They are always on time and have a friendly, kind and professional attitude, which my husband and I very much appreciate.
It is also a tremendous support for me knowing
we have someone very reliable coming to help
for half an hour every day.
For us Caremark is excellent !!

Caremark Hillingdon have been caring for my brother since December 2017 and I have always found them extremely helpful and go above and beyond if I need any help.
My brother loves all his regular carers and looks forward to seeing them they are very kind to him. I can leave the house knowing that

all carers are very passionate to my grandaughter she always laughs when personal careres come in she looks foreward in seeing them in the mornings and afternoons i think they do a fantastic job they come round on time getting her ready for college and also getting her ready for bed and they take

We have had excellent service and care from Caremark for quite a while now but particularly over the past month or so. Our needs changed at short notice when I contracted COVID and the response from the management was brilliant - so helpful and reassuring. All carers are positive, caring and really

Considerate carers and competent managers who were proactive in coming up with solutions when issues occurred. It can be a really difficult job, I couldn't do it, but I liked all of the carers who came and they really did seem to care. I would be very happy to recommend them if I was asked.

I used Caremark to look after my husband whilst I recovered from an operation. All the carers were fabulous, what a lovely bunch of ladies. All arrived on time, all had a happy disposition and all did that extra mile. Couldn't have wish for more.
I was sent a rota each week so I knew every day who'd
be arriving and mostly they were regulars.
I will definitely use again.

We have been with Caremark in Hillingdon for many years, recently transitioning to the self payment system. We have been fully supported by Caremark with efficient replies to communication and ease of contact. Any issues raised have been dealt with promptly and professionally. We have an excellent
working relationship with all those who we come into contact with.
The carers who have provided 24 hour care for my aunt have been outstanding.
Would highly recommend Caremark as a care agency providing care for those in their own homes.

My friend's care was three times a day for 30 minutes each. Most of the Carers were very compassionate towards her and her needs. The communication with different dialects of nationality she struggled with. I personally felt there were too many different carers on the rota for each weeks
attendance. The basic things got done her personal care , bed made and breakfast. Lunchtime she ate every little and spare time other things could have been done. She wouldn't ask for anything extra to be done but expected homeowners to do things the carers could. Empty the waste bin, pick up her newspapers from the floor for recycling. Management were very pleasant but I felt it needs to be more professional in their approach to personal care. A written plan to exactly what was expected for each visit put up in the kitchen as a reminder .Instructions for appliances at hand for carers to read . Value for money probably yes compared to what other care homes charge. She was treated with respect.

I cannot speak highly enough of Caremark. They came to us as the most difficult time when my father in law was suffering from terminal cancer and stayed with us until his death. We had a close knit group of carers all of which had their own skills. We were all treated with respect and compassion,
even a little humour where appropriate. If you are considering using Caremark I would say go for it 100%

Caremark have been providing domestic care for my mother for eight years. During that time, both the carers and the office staff have always been responsive to Mum's changing care needs. However, they recently excelled themselves when Mum had an accident that resulted in a sudden deterioration in
her ability to care for herself, needing both night care and personal care, in addition to the domestic care already provided.
The office team were very swift to respond to my request for an enhanced care package, and incredibly flexible as my sister and I thought of additional care duties that would help both Mum and us.
All the carers, each in their own way, skilfully helped Mum to come to terms with her reduced mobility with great kindness, patience and, where necessary, gentle persuasion. Not only has this supported Mum through a very difficult time, it has also been a great support to my sister and I, knowing that Mum is so well cared for by experienced and well- trained people.

My personal review of Caremark is a very positive, very good and upbeat recommendation that they are a good, profesional, friendly, competent, well organised and good humoured caring organisation. I have employed Caremark to visit and care for both my Uncle and my Mother. Sadly my Uncle passed away
and now Caremark are solely caring for my Mother. I am so pleased I have employed Caremark who were highly recommended by Healthcare in early December 2024 when my Uncle aged 95 returned home from hospital. my Mother is aged 97 this April.

All carers are very attentive to my wife's needs. They are always friendly towards her and they talk to her regularly. The office staff are very friendly and quite often they call in to check their their staff are carrying out the work and are always ready to talk to my wife or me. They are really

My first real experience of dealing with a care agency, but they have been excellent in their dealings with my father. They have been flexible with changing circumstances and are great at keeping me informed with any concerns relating to my father's care. Also very receptive to any concerns that I
may have.
Review relates to period of care from origination which was, I think, back in October 2024, not just this month.

What can I say? The team is brilliant in how they look after my brother! Professional and highly caring, they always go the extra mile. My dealings with this care provider have always been kind and understanding of what my brother's needs are and and are laser-focused in the care they provide. For
example, if there is a leaking toilet, the team will contact Hillingdon Council and follow up with an email to me because my brother doesn't have the insight or know how to report it. I have dealt with many care providers and can genuinely say Caremark is the best. Some care providers consider this just a job: if you don't care about vulnerable human beings and are doing it for the money, then you shouldn't be doing the job - I admire the care support they give to my brother and the amount of patience they give him. Non-judgemental, professional, kind and always feels like you're dealing with an extended part of your family, and I don't know what I would do without them! Caremark, do care!
