As a family we can't thank you enough for the care you have all given to Mum. She looks the best we have seen her in a long time, very happy and content. It has been a real peace of mind for all of us. Thank you all so much you are all amazing.

Caremark have been fantastic in supporting my mother. They are kind, professional and have been doing a stellar job. I particularly appreciate that they are willing to think up solutions and make suggestions to help my mother. They respond quickly to questions, stick to agreements, keep me informed and have been a fantastic support. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of their organisation and also the individual carers, we couldn't manage without them.

I am pleased to say that I have been very impressed with the level of care that I have received from the staff at Caremark in comparison to other providers. The management of the staff and the way in which they operate is based on meeting the needs of each service user in a caring and professional way. All the staff are friendly and arrive on time or will keep you informed of any changes.

Coping with my Father in his senior years was both challenging and stressful. The support and guidance that have been provided to me and my family have been conscientious and very thorough. The support and kind nature provided to my Father have made us feel heart warmed and provided a great sense of relief. My Dad was always kind, supportive, and humourous for me and my family (and many others) and it's so nice to see that approach be provided to him in his years of need. Thank you.

I was very happy, happy with Caremark and the staff.

Have been happy with the service given, though there has been confusion recently over attendance times. She has been very happy with two members of staff, and their attendance times have been spot on. We have asked that any changes to times must be sent via email, so we can keep a paper trail for payments made.

Simply the best. Nothing but great care. Staff are prepared to adjust to my personal circumstances.

I am so happy with the carers who come to our mother-in-law. They are always on time, always have a a smile on their faces and make her laugh. I know I can fully trust everyone that goes to see her. They will let me know if there are any changes or concerns, and they allow her to be as independent as she wants to be. They don't take over from her. They are nothing short of amazing!

In June 2020, our dearest mum was so relieved to receive the help and care from Caremark, Hornchurch. Living abroad during the pandemic meant travel restrictions for us all. It was a huge worry as my mum needed support, especially as she was moving to her new flat during this time. I can only praise the carers and those who manage Caremark Hornchurch for stepping in to give mum their full support on all levels and also during medical emergencies. The professionalism, assistance, kindness and punctuality of the carers made my mum feel safe and she really looked forward to their visits. It was such a help too when she needed to run local errands or go to the doctors, a carer would take her. Just weeks before the vaccine came out, Mum suddenly caught the coronavirus before Christmas and sadly passed. The Caremark management team and carers were also an enormous pillar of strength during this difficult time. We cannot express our gratitude enough to them for being like a family for Mum.

We have found the care provided to be excellent. Also, the service has been very flexible with the management adapting to changing needs.

I have found this company and the ladies I have dealt with to be excellent. They have been both very professional, kind and caring in all aspects of dealing with my mother and myself.

My carer does so much for me, I would be lost without her. Whatever I need she gets for me and I feel comfortably relaxed when she is with me. Thank you.
