Caremark Havering

In June 2020, our dearest mum was so relieved to receive the help and care from Caremark, Hornchurch. Living abroad during the pandemic meant travel restrictions for us all. It was a huge worry as my mum needed support, especially as she was moving to her new flat during this time. I can only praise the carers and those who manage Caremark Hornchurch for stepping in to give mum their full support on all levels and also during medical emergencies. The professionalism, assistance, kindness and punctuality of the carers made my mum feel safe and she really looked forward to their visits. It was such a help too when she needed to run local errands or go to the doctors, a carer would take her. Just weeks before the vaccine came out, Mum suddenly caught the coronavirus before Christmas and sadly passed. The Caremark management team and carers were also an enormous pillar of strength during this difficult time. We cannot express our gratitude enough to them for being like a family for Mum.

We have found the care provided to be excellent. Also, the service has been very flexible with the management adapting to changing needs.

I have found this company and the ladies I have dealt with to be excellent. They have been both very professional, kind and caring in all aspects of dealing with my mother and myself.

My carer does so much for me, I would be lost without her. Whatever I need she gets for me and I feel comfortably relaxed when she is with me. Thank you.

We needed extra assistance in caring for my 94-year-old nan, whilst she was sick. I cannot speak highly enough of the nurses and carers that helped. They were so understanding, caring and helped in any area in which we needed help. They were a fantastic help and my family and I would highly recommend every one of the team. They also had to be very careful due to the pandemic, but we always felt that they were all so professional, empathetic, friendly and loving with Nan. Like an addition to the family. Thank you.

Such caring professionals who made my Nan feel safe and secure and very well cared for. They listened to the family's needs and the needs of my Nan and adapted her care accordingly. As my Nan's physical and mental health deteriorated they knew what professionals to refer Nan to e.g. Occupational Health and District Nurses and helped the family every step of the way. Excellent care that went above and beyond.

I can personally say what an absolute pleasure it has been working with the team at Caremark Havering. My family and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to both the management and two very special ladies at Caremark for their unimaginable kindness and compassion, which has never faltered once, even when finding difficult solutions to problems along the way. Their unconditional commitment and support have lead to a dramatic improvement in the health and wellbeing of my mother. It bears testimony to their methods and meticulous approach, not to mention their down to earth and normal style and manner, in providing care to the most sick and vulnerable. Frankly, I would be at a total loss without them. On behalf of my Mother and myself - a big thank you for everything.

Caremark as a company has been excellent throughout Mum's care. The staff has been compassionate and caring and calm due to Mum's dementia. I would like to say a massive thank you and recommend Caremark to anyone who requires care. Thanks once again Caremark.

I have been staying with my Dad over the past week and have been present when carers have arrived at my Dad's house. I am nothing more than extremely impressed at their professional approach whilst remaining caring, kind and considerate to his needs.
