Staff always on time and mostly same 2 carers so good continuity of care. Staff are friendly and make my husband feel comfortable when showering. Happy to help me if I need it. Office always let me know if carers are delayed by traffic

mum needs slightly more assistance than dad, initially my parents did not really want anyone in the house to help but due to their health issues we agreed initially on 3 visits per day now we are managing with the 2.
When we met the supervisor at their home we were explained their needs and what we thought they would need help with individually which we have been able change as needed by a call to the supervisor or the office.
One of the main requests was for consistency in careers attending as it build a good relationship and we generally get the same girls regularly who have all been efficient, friendly and shown compassion to my parents

Caremark have been taking care of my mum for a few months now and we can truly say everybody who visits her are absolutely amazing. The care she receives is wonderful and my dad loves them arriving as they always have a chat with my dad. Despite the hospital trying to place the package with another provider. We consider continuity of care essential and glad we were able to convince them to allow us to continue supporting your mother.

Caremark really do care and not just a job; they have treated my mother in law as if she is their relative. The care is exceptional and they communicate with the family making the process easier. My father has had care provided for the previous 2 years (approx). He has 1 main carer with 2 stand in carers. All 3 have provided an extremely high level of care over this period of time. They treat him with kindness and dignity and he has been very happy with the service.
Review was good and conducted in a professional manner.
My granddaughter is often very anxious about going out even though that is what she wants to do. The support she receives is always with understanding and care resulting in a very positive outcome for my granddaughter. The carer is very flexible and gently feeds into my granddaughter's frame of mind.

Before establishing the Dartford and Gravesham office in 2018, Raspinder worked in financial services, working across a range of analytical roles. Driven by a desire to do something more meaningful and people-focused, he chose to move into the care sector with Caremark. Since then, he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
After several years working in the insurance industry, Gursh decided to leave the City to pursue a more meaningful career and joined the Caremark team. With extensive experience in Client Relationship Management and a wide range of skills gained from working in a multinational organisation, Gursh is passionate about using her knowledge to make a real difference to people’s lives. She is looking forward to supporting families, building strong relationships, and helping Caremark deliver the highest standards of care in the community.
Stacey has worked in the care sector for 9 years, including 5 years in community care, 2 years in assisted living, and the past 2 years with Caremark. Care was originally intended to be a short-term role, but quickly became a true passion after realising how rewarding it is to support people and make a genuine difference to their day. Stacey joined Caremark as a Field Care Supervisor and is now the Registered Care Manager. What continues to drive Stacey is seeing the positive impact even small acts of care can have, and ensuring people feel supported and valued.
Outside of work, travel is a big passion, with Australia being a favourite destination, especially to spend time with family there. Stacey also enjoys music and would never say no to combining travel with a live Bon Jovi show, a perfect combination of two favourite things.
Nicola joined the Caremark team after gaining experience working with other care providers, as well as within the NHS 111 service. Having started her career as a care assistant, she has worked her way into an office-based role through her dedication and passion for supporting others. Nicola works as a care coordinator to help ensure client visits are covered smoothly and that care staff feel supported and happy in their roles.
She has always considered herself a caring person and enjoys being able to make a positive difference to people’s lives, which is what inspired her to build a career within the care sector. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with a good TV series, and planning her next sunshine holiday.
Catherine joined the Caremark team with a wealth of experience from both the care industry and the emergency services. She is passionate about supporting people and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service. Catherine is known for her warm and approachable nature, always taking the time to listen and communicate clearly. She builds strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers alike, and is a valued advocate for Caremark’s values and commitment to exceptional care.
Ursula is a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting others with kindness, dignity, and understanding. Before moving to the UK, she worked for 18 years as a conveyancing paralegal in South Africa, gaining extensive experience in client-focused roles and handling a wide range of complex property matters. Although she valued her previous career, she was ultimately drawn to the care sector by a desire to do work that has a more direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Through her own personal experiences, Ursula has developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, support, and simply being there for someone during difficult times, which strongly influences her approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys archery, exploring nature and heritage sites across the UK, spending time with animals, and walking her dog with family and friends.
Stacey began her career in care after leaving school and has worked across a variety of settings before joining Caremark. She is passionate about quality care and making a difference, bringing a friendly and positive approach to everything she does. Stacey manages recruitment across Dartford, Gravesham, and Medway, and also oversees training for new and existing staff. Her approachable and kind personality has quickly made her a valued member of the team.
