Staff always on time and mostly same 2 carers so good continuity of care. Staff are friendly and make my husband feel comfortable when showering. Happy to help me if I need it. Office always let me know if carers are delayed by traffic

One of the main requests was for consistency in careers attending as it build a good relationship and we generally get the same girls regularly who have all been efficient, friendly and shown compassion to my parents

Caremark have been taking care of my mum for a few months now and we can truly say everybody who visits her are absolutely amazing. The care she receives is wonderful and my dad loves them arriving as they always have a chat with my dad. They all feel part of the family now we can't thank them enough and are so grateful the staff are lovely. Again thank you from all of us.

Very happy with the service my father in law and family received from all the lovely staff at home care. All staff worked with care and compassion and took the time needed to ensure his needs were met. I would happily recommend the team, their coordinated approach and want to thank them all.

The review was very good. The girls were excellent. Everyone gets on will with everyone. My parents are in there 90's and old but enjoy the banter (jokes). They all do a good job. (deserve a payrise).

Caremark really do care and not just a job; they have treated my mother in law as if she is their relative. The care is exceptional and they communicate with the family making the process easier. My granddaughter is often very anxious about going out even though that is what she wants to do. The support she receives is always with understanding and care resulting in a very positive outcome for my granddaughter. The carer is very flexible and gently feeds into my granddaughter's frame of mind.

The service provided by Caremark is extremely good/excellent. The care/support provided by the team certainly meets expectations. My husband, who is the client, is always treated with dignity. The staff that attend are always polite, punctual, smart in appearance and professional in everything they do. They have got to know my husband very well over the time they have been in place. We are fairly new to having carers, we have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with standard of care provided. Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Some have gone over and above their roles to help us with some tasks. Always seem ready to take on anything to support us. I have found my physical and mental health has been greatly helped by their assistance. My husband is also very grateful for the support at a most needed time in his life.

Caremark was the second care service I took for my mum. From telephone conversations, to home visits to meet the supervisor and team, was from day one, outstanding, very professional. I felt my mum would receive genuine care from the team - not just visits but real care. Mum required 24/7 live in care or face going into a care home. The management worked hard fast to ensure my dear mum received 5 star living in carers. I felt they treated mum as family and I am so grateful.

It was reassuring to know that they worked hard to ensure a consistency of carers, all of whom were kind, understanding and extremely conscientious. My mother was so grateful to you for your caring attitude towards her. I found everyone to be polite, respectful and efficient. The managers were responsive and worked well with us to provide the best care possible for my dad. We were also grateful for the flexibility whilst my dad had hospital appointments and admissions. I can't thank you enough.

One staff member in particular was very professional, organised and empathetic. Office response was immediate. The carers were liked by my mother-in-law and they carried out their duties while allowing her to retain her dignity. On-line access to visit notes was very good. All concerns were quickly relayed to us. Would happily recommend.
