I have been very pleased with the care provided by Caremark for my mother and father.
The manager, in particular, is exceptional in the way that she communicates with me about any worries raised by the carers and responds immediately, sensitively, and effectively to any concerns of mine. I live in
the US, so I'm unable to offer daily practical support to my parents; it's a great comfort to know that someone is looking in on them every day so that I can respect their wish to stay in their own home. This wouldn't be possible without Caremark.

We started using Caremark in January of this year and I can honestly say that they are the best Agency I've used. They ensure that mum gets up in the morning, is washed and dressed etc - they do everything I've asked them to do. Sometimes they go above and beyond, for example, one of the carers was
concerned about my mum one evening, as she kept saying that she was seeing things (i.e. seeing strange people in her home, my mum suffers from vascular dementia). The carer stayed with her until she was calm and had settled for bed. Which I really did appreciate at the time, as I tend to work long hours so was unable to get to my mum that evening. I'd definitely recommend 'Caremark - Gravesend' to all who need it. My mind is 100% at ease knowing that my mum is in good hands.

I have found this service easy to use and communication is good. I felt that the assessor listened to what we wanted and understood we wanted regular staff that got to know my mother rather than many different carers. We have the same carer most of the time and this has helped my mother form a good
relationship with her. She is hardworking and friendly. The manager regularly contacts us re. changes in medication and we are asked for feedback which inspires confidence.

My grandmother has an amazing carer from Caremark Gravesham - not only do they care for her beautifully, they make her happy and enable her to enjoy things we never thought possible. Thanks to them, her quality of life is the best it can be.
The managers have been excellent too - flexible, compassionate
and caring. Caremark Gravesham is a great example of what a care provider should be.

Mum's carer was a really lovely, kind, gentle and very caring young lady. She always went the extra mile to ensure mum was comfortable, clean and tidy. I greatly valued her support to me as well as encouraging mum to eat and drink which was a constant battle which our carer and I together persisted
in daily. When mum was taken into hospital our carer stayed to see the doctor and provide her support. The family and I were all very impressed with the care mum received. Thank you all.

Can honestly say the best care package we have had. Professional, kind and understanding. We have tried a few care companies since my husband's illness and found them extremely disappointing. Caremark are a professional and caring business. I totally recommend their services. My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Being a strong character and sometimes hard to cope with, his carer was firm and professional with him, which in the end he came to enjoy seeing her and she would make him laugh,
so nice to see. Thank you to all the team who played a part in helping our family. You made us feel at ease knowing there was always someone there to turn to for help when needed. We never felt we were on our own.

All the carers who came to help my wife each morning were genuinely caring and highly supportive of her. Even as her condition deteriorated week by week, they did all they could to help her, providing excellent support, and demonstrating a wonderfully positive approach, with a willingness to do whatever

We have been so pleased with the care my mum has received.
So thoughtful.
The carers have been gentle and patient with Mum and very understanding.
Management of her care has been efficient well organised and flexible to suit her needs.
Good use of initiative to reduce input accordingly as she has
become fitter stronger and more independent.
We would definitely recommend this agency to others.
When there was a slip up and the carer did not arrive, the subsequent response was mature and sensitive on the part of the managers. Overall communication has been very clear and unobtrusive.

Caremark have been helping me care for my elderly mum for seven weeks now. I have nothing to fault them on. They are punctual, polite, well presented, caring and also professional in their approach and well managed. They have been flexible when necessary and proactive in suggesting ideas to improve
their care. I have not had previous experience with care services but I feel that I was lucky to find them. The most important thing is that my Mum has improved spectacularly with Caremark's help and is now safe to continue living in her own home.
