We have been using Caremark for around 5 years now and have always found the staff to be friendly, caring, and very supportive of our mother. The carers are always happy to spend time with her, talking to her and helping her with any care or support she might need. I would recommend their services to
anyone.

I have been with Caremark for 2 years. The service is amazing, my carers look after me well and make sure my dog Teddie is walked and feel I would recommend this agency to anyone.

Caremark has been great in supporting my aunt with her care needs. There are a great group of carers, who really do care about the service users and go above and beyond. In particular, the field care manager is great and knows her service users and carers really well.

I am pleased to say from the beginning I have felt very happy with the girls - they are good workers, safe and caring - which is what I need.
May I say if you need care and safety - these are the people.
The office is always ready to help and we can get hold of them when needed.
If I have to choose
my care this is the people.

I have found Caremark carers to be thoughtful and considerate when looking after my mum. They make sure all her needs are cared for and they leave things clean and tidy when they leave. Also, there is always someone available to speak to, even at weekends, which is very reassuring.

You provided excellent care to Mum, with her being in control of the care she wanted each day. This meant that she could stay at home, which is exactly what she wanted. The care that was given was excellent. We were immediately informed of any concerns. Thank you.

Caremark provided a vital service that enabled my mother to stay in her own home. They treated her with compassion and respect and were kind, made her feel valued. Without them, we couldn't have coped with her many needs. They were very polite to our family members, and if we needed extra care, we were
helped by the office staff. The night sitter was a big bonus and gave her full attention to my mother's well-being throughout the long night hours two nights a week.


When new staff were assigned, they soon learned the ropes after training and became valued members of the team. We will be forever grateful to them for caring for mum and doing their best to give her the respect and dignity she deserves. Mum was able to live in her own house to the very end, which is what she wanted. We promised her we would never put her in a home.


Thank you to all of you who came into mum's house and cared for her. You made all the difference, we are so very grateful.

I have found Caremark very efficient, understanding and very caring.
Our mum's carers were amazing. We felt very comfortable with Mum being looked after by Caremark. Recommend them to anyone. The time stated is the time they come. Very reassuring.

This is not just for April but from the moment that we were recommended to the Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) team. I am a nurse myself and that does not always make it easy to entrust the care of your most precious relative to the care of others. All I can say is that every single carer that we had
been allocated have been caring, kind, honest, safe and genuinely interested in my mum and also my father, who died last year. I really cannot fault them and trust me, I am fussy! The management team are always responsive and up to speed with everything. Financials are always regularly communicated and accurate. Ten out of ten guys.

As more care was needed, Caremark were able to meet those needs, the staff were always cheerful, kind and caring. The staff at the office were always happy to answer any queries I had and communication between us was good. If at any time the carers were concerned about my friend's health, action was
taken immediately. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

The carers from Caremark are excellent and very experienced in their roles. My dad looks forward to their visits. I have never seen him laugh so much and am very grateful to the ladies for their support.
It is easy to make contact and responses are always prompt. The timekeeping of the carers is excellent,
can't fault them.
I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone who needs help. They go above and beyond and truly care for those in need. They have made life so easy for us, enabling us to enjoy visits with Dad as family members and not as carers.

We can't thank Caremark enough for the amazing care they took of our dad. He felt cared for, had much-needed company and they played a big part in his recovery after surgery. I spoke with them on several occasions and they were always polite, easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely care about Dad.

I can't praise the carers Caremark, Gravesend sent to us highly enough. My mother has advanced vascular dementia and the carers understood her and engaged her in a variety of activities. We are truly grateful for the support we have received and for how responsive Caremark were to helping us care for
Mum in what has been a tricky period for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who needs help to care for a family member.

Caremark has been looking after my grandmother since December 2020. All the carers are well trained and really helpful. My grandmother's mobility has improved and she can walk around the house independently. The office staff are very helpful and supportive too. I would definitely recommend Caremark.

We are happy with our carer. Mum feels at ease with her. She is always on time which helps us plan our day and when I can prepare her first meal. Care of my mum has improved as her carer has become more used to her role, although when she first came she didn't seem to have been offered much training.
I would just suggest more training for new employees. We are generally very happy with her now.

I was extremely pleased with the help I had, owing to me breaking my ribs. The carers were extremely caring and helpful. I cannot comment on value for money as it was a social services referral.

Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) are easy to deal with. The standard of carers is very good with one particular carer being exceptional. He treats my father as if he were his own, uses his initiative, is always willing to go the extra mile and doesn't miss a thing. It's great to know that your loved
one is being looked after so well when you live far away.
