Overall a good experience. Girls are very considerate and very professional. Office good at letting us know if girls going to be late.
We are fairly new to having carers, we have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with standard of care provided. Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Some have gone over and above their roles to help us with some tasks. Always seem ready to take on anything to support us. I have found my physical and mental health has been greatly helped by their assistance. My husband is also very grateful for the support at a most needed time in his life.
Caremark was the second care service I took for my mum. From telephone conversations, to home visits to meet the supervisor and team, was from day one, outstanding, very professional. I felt my mum would receive genuine care from the team - not just visits but real care. Mum required 24/7 live in care or face going into a care home. The management worked hard fast to ensure my dear mum received 5 star living in carers. I felt they treated mum as family and I am so grateful.

At Caremark staff are always very pleasant and friendly, they are always punctual and on time to attending care calls. Staff are always clean and presentable when attending to mums care calls and carer's always treat mum with dignity and respect. Caremark has been the best company we have used so far and they have been amazing and I would be more than happy to recommend Caremark to anyone that needs support with a loved one.
I know mum is very pleased with the care provided. There are a few carers who are particular favourites and it is good to know that mum enjoys their company as well as their helpfulness and kindness. Thank you from mum.
One staff member in particular was very professional, organised and empathetic. Office response was immediate. The carers were liked by my mother-in-law and they carried out their duties while allowing her to retain her dignity. On-line access to visit notes was very good. All concerns were quickly relayed to us. Would happily recommend.
The staff who come in to care for my mum always go above and beyond in everything they do. They treat my mum with dignity and respect and often have a laugh/sing with her. She enjoys them coming in and leaves me with peace of mind. The office staff are always accommodating and will really try to help with any issues/requests that I have. Great company!
I have been very happy with the care that Caremark have given my husband. They were very conscientious in their care, pointing out to me any causes for concern e.g skin abrasions etc. They kept him clean, shaved and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very pleasant and friendly. I was also impressed with the high standards that are achieved by regular spot check by management.

I was more than satisfied with the service received and care provided for my late mother. I did appreciate the flexibility to change appointment visits as and when required. I recognise how difficult this type of work can be for carers and patients alike. Taking into account the particular circumstances, I would happily recommend the services provided by Caremark Dartford and Gravesham to other prospective users in the future.

Caremark has been great in supporting my aunt with her care needs. There are a great group of carers, who really do care about the service users and go above and beyond. In particular, the field care manager is great and knows her service users and carers really well.

Before establishing the Dartford and Gravesham office in 2018, Raspinder worked in financial services, working across a range of analytical roles. Driven by a desire to do something more meaningful and people-focused, he chose to move into the care sector with Caremark. Since then, he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
After several years working in the insurance industry, Gursh decided to leave the City to pursue a more meaningful career and joined the Caremark team. With extensive experience in Client Relationship Management and a wide range of skills gained from working in a multinational organisation, Gursh is passionate about using her knowledge to make a real difference to people’s lives. She is looking forward to supporting families, building strong relationships, and helping Caremark deliver the highest standards of care in the community.
Stacey has worked in the care sector for 9 years, including 5 years in community care, 2 years in assisted living, and the past 2 years with Caremark. Care was originally intended to be a short-term role, but quickly became a true passion after realising how rewarding it is to support people and make a genuine difference to their day. Stacey joined Caremark as a Field Care Supervisor and is now the Registered Care Manager. What continues to drive Stacey is seeing the positive impact even small acts of care can have, and ensuring people feel supported and valued.
Outside of work, travel is a big passion, with Australia being a favourite destination, especially to spend time with family there. Stacey also enjoys music and would never say no to combining travel with a live Bon Jovi show, a perfect combination of two favourite things.
Nicola joined the Caremark team after gaining experience working with other care providers, as well as within the NHS 111 service. Having started her career as a care assistant, she has worked her way into an office-based role through her dedication and passion for supporting others. Nicola works as a care coordinator to help ensure client visits are covered smoothly and that care staff feel supported and happy in their roles.
She has always considered herself a caring person and enjoys being able to make a positive difference to people’s lives, which is what inspired her to build a career within the care sector. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with a good TV series, and planning her next sunshine holiday.
Catherine joined the Caremark team with a wealth of experience from both the care industry and the emergency services. She is passionate about supporting people and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service. Catherine is known for her warm and approachable nature, always taking the time to listen and communicate clearly. She builds strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers alike, and is a valued advocate for Caremark’s values and commitment to exceptional care.
Ursula is a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting others with kindness, dignity, and understanding. Before moving to the UK, she worked for 18 years as a conveyancing paralegal in South Africa, gaining extensive experience in client-focused roles and handling a wide range of complex property matters. Although she valued her previous career, she was ultimately drawn to the care sector by a desire to do work that has a more direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Through her own personal experiences, Ursula has developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, support, and simply being there for someone during difficult times, which strongly influences her approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys archery, exploring nature and heritage sites across the UK, spending time with animals, and walking her dog with family and friends.
Stacey began her career in care after leaving school and has worked across a variety of settings before joining Caremark. She is passionate about quality care and making a difference, bringing a friendly and positive approach to everything she does. Stacey manages recruitment across Dartford, Gravesham, and Medway, and also oversees training for new and existing staff. Her approachable and kind personality has quickly made her a valued member of the team.
