I have found Caremark carers to be thoughtful and considerate when looking after my mum. They make sure all her needs are cared for and they leave things clean and tidy when they leave. Also, there is always someone available to speak to, even at weekends, which is very reassuring.

Caremark provides my father's care and support to an exceptionally high standard. Over the years he has required this service we have used other companies but this team are the standout care provider. I have engaged with the care and office staff and all are a credit to the values of this business. The care staff are all very personable and it is clear they truly ‘care’ for the people they visit in their homes. The office team and managers are very responsive and keep me updated well with any matters involving my Father, which has been an issue with other providers. I would strongly recommend anyone considering care for a loved one take the time to review Caremark and meet the team.

You provided excellent care to Mum, with her being in control of the care she wanted each day. This meant that she could stay at home, which is exactly what she wanted. The care that was given was excellent. We were immediately informed of any concerns. Thank you.
Caremark provided a vital service that enabled my mother to stay in her own home. They treated her with compassion and respect and were kind, made her feel valued. Without them, we couldn't have coped with her many needs. They were very polite to our family members, and if we needed extra care, we were helped by the office staff. The night sitter was a big bonus and gave her full attention to my mother's well-being throughout the long night hours two nights a week.
When new staff were assigned, they soon learned the ropes after training and became valued members of the team. We will be forever grateful to them for caring for mum and doing their best to give her the respect and dignity she deserves. Mum was able to live in her own house to the very end, which is what she wanted. We promised her we would never put her in a home.

Our mum's carers were amazing. We felt very comfortable with Mum being looked after by Caremark. Recommend them to anyone. The time stated is the time they come. Very reassuring.
Carers were all personally introduced to Mum by the supervisor and were an unbelievable team of ladies. The ladies are a very dedicated team who are well-trained and experienced. Both Mum and myself felt confident that Mum was receiving an excellent level of care and compassion. The ladies had a great sense of humour and would make Mum smile, laugh and enable her to talk about her life and experiences. They made Mum very happy in her final weeks of life and treated her with such dignity.

They came in with their focus on him, using the photos around the house to build a link with him and his life story. He was quizzed about everything from how he liked his tea and which cup to use to how they could help him feel fresh using his normal routine.
If he was still here he would say that he enjoyed a joke as they supported him in his daily care, they always said hello to us.
They never left without making sure that I was feeling supported and took time to explain the signs to watch out for as his situation started to change.
This was a very personal and difficult situation that I was not facing alone once they were on board.

Caremark helped me at a time when no one else could to begin with. They provided an evening service to a lady with dementia who wasn’t always easy. They persevered with her and built up her trust and confidence. They were fantastic! Then after having being left down by another care company at the last minute for her morning and afternoon calls, they took over within 24 hours. They supported this lovely lady and gave her as much care and attention as she would allow them to. She enjoyed their company and began trusting them to heat her meal and make her cups of tea. Sadly she worsened and we were left with the tough decision of putting her into a home. I couldn’t thank or phrase Caremark enough for their care and dedication to my lovely friend. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

I cannot put into words how wonderful Caremark have been with my mum. She is house and bed bound and all her carers have treated her with respect and professionalism. I am updated whenever Mum has any problems and they are always suggesting new ways of making Mum more comfortable. They really do “care” and have Mum's best interests in mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they truly are amazing.

This is not just for April but from the moment that we were recommended to the Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) team. I am a nurse myself and that does not always make it easy to entrust the care of your most precious relative to the care of others. All I can say is that every single carer that we had been allocated have been caring, kind, honest, safe and genuinely interested in my mum and also my father, who died last year. I really cannot fault them and trust me, I am fussy! The management team are always responsive and up to speed with everything. Financials are always regularly communicated and accurate. Ten out of ten guys.

As more care was needed, Caremark were able to meet those needs, the staff were always cheerful, kind and caring. The staff at the office were always happy to answer any queries I had and communication between us was good. If at any time the carers were concerned about my friend's health, action was taken immediately. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Meet the Team (7)
Before establishing the Dartford and Gravesham office in 2018, Raspinder worked in financial services, working across a range of analytical roles. Driven by a desire to do something more meaningful and people-focused, he chose to move into the care sector with Caremark. Since then, he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
After several years working in the insurance industry, Gursh decided to leave the City to pursue a more meaningful career and joined the Caremark team. With extensive experience in Client Relationship Management and a wide range of skills gained from working in a multinational organisation, Gursh is passionate about using her knowledge to make a real difference to people’s lives. She is looking forward to supporting families, building strong relationships, and helping Caremark deliver the highest standards of care in the community.
Stacey has worked in the care sector for 9 years, including 5 years in community care, 2 years in assisted living, and the past 2 years with Caremark. Care was originally intended to be a short-term role, but quickly became a true passion after realising how rewarding it is to support people and make a genuine difference to their day. Stacey joined Caremark as a Field Care Supervisor and is now the Registered Care Manager. What continues to drive Stacey is seeing the positive impact even small acts of care can have, and ensuring people feel supported and valued.
Outside of work, travel is a big passion, with Australia being a favourite destination, especially to spend time with family there. Stacey also enjoys music and would never say no to combining travel with a live Bon Jovi show, a perfect combination of two favourite things.
Nicola joined the Caremark team after gaining experience working with other care providers, as well as within the NHS 111 service. Having started her career as a care assistant, she has worked her way into an office-based role through her dedication and passion for supporting others. Nicola works as a care coordinator to help ensure client visits are covered smoothly and that care staff feel supported and happy in their roles.
She has always considered herself a caring person and enjoys being able to make a positive difference to people’s lives, which is what inspired her to build a career within the care sector. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with a good TV series, and planning her next sunshine holiday.
Catherine joined the Caremark team with a wealth of experience from both the care industry and the emergency services. She is passionate about supporting people and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service. Catherine is known for her warm and approachable nature, always taking the time to listen and communicate clearly. She builds strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers alike, and is a valued advocate for Caremark’s values and commitment to exceptional care.
Ursula is a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting others with kindness, dignity, and understanding. Before moving to the UK, she worked for 18 years as a conveyancing paralegal in South Africa, gaining extensive experience in client-focused roles and handling a wide range of complex property matters. Although she valued her previous career, she was ultimately drawn to the care sector by a desire to do work that has a more direct and meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Through her own personal experiences, Ursula has developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, support, and simply being there for someone during difficult times, which strongly influences her approach to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys archery, exploring nature and heritage sites across the UK, spending time with animals, and walking her dog with family and friends.
Stacey began her career in care after leaving school and has worked across a variety of settings before joining Caremark. She is passionate about quality care and making a difference, bringing a friendly and positive approach to everything she does. Stacey manages recruitment across Dartford, Gravesham, and Medway, and also oversees training for new and existing staff. Her approachable and kind personality has quickly made her a valued member of the team.
