Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) provided a faultless service for my grandma. Right from the assessment through to the delivery of care, the team were extremely proactive and kept us up to date at every step. The carers have been so kind, supportive and we are blessed to have them support our loved one.
I would recommend Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) to anyone in the area.

I cannot praise the services of Caremark (Dartford & Gravesham) enough. From the competence and efficiency of their administrative staff, through to the genuine care and compassion of their care workers, this is a truly exceptional care agency.
Having struggled to find Asian care providers for my
mother, I was delighted to find that Caremark understood our needs and ensured that their service was tailored to our particular circumstances. My mother was treated with respect and dignity (as was I) and as her condition deteriorated, Caremark sought to extend their services to make sure that we were supported throughout.
I really don't know how I would have managed without them. I have used other care providers who will do the job, but with Caremark, I felt that my responsibility was shared. With their support, I was able to keep my mother at home throughout her illness and for this, I will always be grateful.

My uncle, who passed away recently, was well into his 90's and had no friends or relatives who lived nearby. He was determined to remain in his own home and eventually accepted that he needed help. Caremark responded with a sensitive assessment and then carer visits that started with just one hour a
week but gradually increased as the need became greater, eventually giving round-the-clock care.
I particularly valued Caremark because of the careful choice they made of a carer who would suit my uncle's needs. It was the skills and compassion of this first carer that gradually convinced my uncle that he needed personal care and paved the way to a much more comfortable life for him. I also particularly value the responsiveness of the Caremark coordinators. As my uncle grew more frail, he was frequently taken into hospital for short stays; Caremark ensured that there was always someone there when he arrived home, and provided overnight care at short notice. We are very grateful.

We recently needed twice-daily care for my elderly father who had worsening dementia and has now gone into full-time care. I can’t praise Caremark’s staff enough for the fantastic service they provided over the course of the few weeks they were looking after him. I don’t know how we would have coped
without them, it was so reassuring knowing they were going in and helping him with daily tasks, administering tablets and cooking his meals etc. They were fabulous!

Last Wednesday evening I needed to arrange a night sitter for my elderly mother, who was extremely unwell. Although it was at very short notice, Caremark arranged for a young lady to sit through the night as company for my mother and to give her frequent drinks of water, as she was very dehydrated.
The care assistant was an excellent choice. She gave my mother frequent drinks of water through the night and chatted with her during the periods while she was awake. She was friendly, helpful and professional and spoke to me by telephone the next morning to update me on the situation. My mother felt comfortable and confident in her company. I can thoroughly recommend the care assistant and Caremark itself.

Having Caremark carers has been like winning the lottery. Carers are friendly, cheerful and expert; consummate professionals who are keen to do as much for me as they can. (They are good at chatting too)
Although I have not been with them for a long time, I can't fault them. And I am not expecting
that to change.

The care provided by your carers was top class, the lovely ladies were friendly, caring, kind, considerate, loving and professional to my wife's grandmother who passed away yesterday, aged 108 1/2. Your wonderful care was over 8 weeks whilst the client moved in with us for palliative care. Your lovely
ladies provided more than expected and gave a very high standard of service for your company. Thoroughly satisfied and impressed.

My brother and I were anxious to find a good care company to visit our 94 year old mother. We were so lucky to find Caremark and since her care started just after the first lockdown we have been impressed by the level of care she has received. She enjoys the visits and especially a friendly chat too.
After falling in her home and hospital admissions we are able to rest easy knowing someone will be visiting twice daily to help with personal hygiene and some housework.
We are grateful for their continued care throughout the recent difficulties.

Caremark is a very good company. I am so glad that I found them. The staff in charge are very competent and deal with any problems immediately. If there is a problem with my mum when the carers attend, the carer informs the office who then, in turn, contact me. I never have to worry about how my mum
is or whether she has fallen over as I know that they are going to report any problems to me. The carers are very friendly to my mum and take good care of her. The bungalow is always clean and tidy as they help my mum to tidy up and help her with the washing up whilst having a good chat with her. My mum enjoys the carers company. My mum has the same carer in the morning and a different one at night that way she knows who is coming in and she has built a good relationship with them. I would definitely recommend Caremark to anyone else. I have nothing but praise for them.

Caremark and the carers and support staff were brilliant and helped with my father's care very professionally. Always friendly and very helpful at all times. All his main carers always went above their duties and made all the months go by much quicker than they could have been. We are very grateful

The care afforded by Caremark was second to none. The care workers were courteous and very caring indeed. They often went beyond what was expected and also took time to explain things to the family.
I have no hesitation in recommending this care company. They were excellent.

I am very happy with the service my daughter is provided with. One certain carer has a heart of gold, she has a caring nature and really enjoys supporting my daughter the 3 days at the farm. I'm lucky to have such a good support worker for my daughter.

I am happy with my experience and care given by Caremark. They are always punctual and very explanatory in their work. I am cared for in a very professional manner with no pain given to me. They follow procedures accordingly and instructions given to them. I would recommend the care I have had to anyone.
They talk and give me everything I require, making conversation about day to day business. Highly recommended.
