Excellent service, all the staff are extremely friendly caring and have real compassion. Nothing is too much trouble at any time of day. I would 100% recommend this company and all the team.

All the staff were very polite and friendly, asking what we wanted them to do, e.g. body wash, cream on skin and pressure areas, change bed and make sure patient was comfortable, warm enough etc, put towels etc, to wash and dispose of soiled materials and gloves. They all made the patient feel relaxed
and treated with dignity at all times. Checked all was ok before leaving. Their visits were appreciated, and we enjoyed their very relaxed, friendly and caring attitude to work. Excellent!

The staff are really good, if they're not sure about anything with Dad they will ring me and ask questions. Dad has adapted to them coming, which put our minds at rest. Would recommend them to family and friends.

My experience to date has largely been with the company director - as has happened before upon meeting me they have found me intriguing and asked if they can support me themselves. In this case I got on well over the phone first before we met and due to the Government covid19 lockdown. When your illness
and disabilities are very severe and clearly life-limiting and unique in both the totally needless and avoidable way they come about and taking a lifetime (since 14 yrs old) extreme athlete and professional careers takes understanding.
