We're confident he is being well looked after and his needs are being met.
During the Easter school holidays noah was taken out a couple of times by his Pa's and he was taken to parks, for food and a lovely walk. Both times he came home and tired. He had a lovely time and loves his pa's!
We are very grateful for the time you have taken to review our service, which means a lot to the whole team at Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield. Your son is such an amazing little boy and our Support Workers really enjoy their time with him.
Where do i start, our son Cam who has low functioning ASD was a reculse for 14 months refusing to go to school or leave the house & with many hours of rehabilitation from Care Mark they got Cam going out in the community again & helped Cam get back to school which was amazing work, in the last year with hard work from the carers he is a very confident & independent young man who can't wait for his carers who we call friends to spend time with him. Cam has a rotation of different friends & each one has a unquie way with Cam too many names to mention but they are all amazing & know any parent with a child with additional needs will be very anxious about leaving your child with a stranger at first but i can reasure the Care Mark staff are all well trained for our children's needs & Cam is always so excited to see his friends which is beautiful to watch, the office staff are really good to and always their to help which is much appreciated.
Thank you so much for such a incredible review. It's an honour and privilege to be able to support your son and we are delighted you are so happy with the support we provide to him and your family.
Caremark have always put my daughter first and helped where they can the carers of this company are top of the range nothing ever to small or too big for them. Theyve bent over backwards to help my daughter and my family.
Thank you for taking the time to review the service we provide to your daughter, we really appreciate it.
Our son receives weekly care from Femi at Caremark and we are so impressed with Femi's skills. He is professional and shows understanding and concern for our son's disabilities and also is funny and light with him. It helps our son to thrive and to come back refreshed and happy. We can't say thank you enough to Femi for going above and beyond with our son. Last week, Femi took David to the park and played with him for many hours: pretending to be animals and going down slides and playing with other kids. Femi gets involved and doesn't stand back to let David play alone.
We are so grateful for your kind words and for such a glowing review. We will make sure Femi is made aware too.
Care mark are absolutely amazing, really understand my son's needs and he absolutely loves spending time with his careers and going to places he wouldn't be able to access without them. All the staff are caring and really supportive of my son.
Thank you for the time you have taken to review us. We always love receiving such positive feedback from the families of the young clients we support.
I have found all Caremark staff to be friendly and approachable. They are dedicated to providing high standards of bespoke care. Their flexible approach ensures changing needs are met and they work closely with the family to ensure this remains up to date and appropriate. The management team are very responsive, with more than one person able to deal with any queries.
Caremark have been working alongside my client for 12 months. They have provided a consistent and dedicated team who have taken time to get to know the client and his likes/dislikes. They are always happy to support him achieving his goals and enjoying life to the full!
The carers are lovely and helps me with everything I need. They listen and help me when and where they can. They have become more like friends and family and not just my carers. Me and my daughter love's going out with them and enjoys the days we do go out with them. They understand and help me with and what they can.
They try to provide staff who will fit well with my daughter and have things in common.
They try to offer ideas for my daughter to do as well.
I feel very happy with the care my son receives from Caremark. They have been able to provide capable carers who have got to know him well and feel confident in their training. Cancelled shifts are extremely rare.
I feel confident when my daughter is in their care, simply knowing she is safe and well supported is key and vital to enable us as a family to deal with work commitments.
We communicate regularly and have been with this provider since 2022. We have fine-tuned the service we receive by contacting each other often. They very rarely cancel as well which is excellent. This assists with school care, medical care and trips out and about in the community. We have a regular group of carers who understand the client's needs well.
Our son has been with Caremark for just over a year now after we moved from a different provider. I can honestly say that the care he has received has been excellent. Caremark have gone out of its way to find staff members whose personalities match our son's needs and have gone above and beyond to help out and provide care in difficult times, even when last-minute changes are needed. We are very grateful to their wonderful carers and staff who always brighten our son's days. And even during the busiest of times, they are never too busy to create little extra surprises, like when the Easter Bunny or Santa pops around for a visit! We appreciate everything you do!
Overall brilliant service from all carers, would highly recommend Caremark. Any problems I have had in the past, have been dealt with straightaway. All carers go above and beyond to help would 100% recommend Caremark to anyone wanting carers.
My son's carers are excellent. They are helpful and caring towards my son. My son loves all his carers and always has a smile on his face when he sees them. They always go above and beyond and always make sure my son has excellent care.

Meet the Team (17)
After successful career in business, Mark turned his attention to homecare in 2011 when he opened his first Caremark franchise in Barnsley. Having developed the service to become one of the leading homecare providers in the area, he went on to launch Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield in 2016. He is the only company in the 136-strong Caremark franchise network which specialises in complex and clinical care. Mark heads a highly qualified team of 110 staff dedicated to supporting adults and young people to excel and thrive in their own homes, schools, colleges, workplaces and communities, ensuring they realise their full potential regardless of the complexity of their care.
Sharon was our very first Support Worker when she joined Caremark in 2011 and, in just 14 years, has risen to the position of Managing Director, a role she was appointed to in October 2025, which reflects our drive to develop and appoint staff from within.
Sharon, who was previously our Finance Director, has a deep understanding of our service and commitment to the safe delivery of person-centred care and as Managing Director, is focused on quality, governance and overall service delivery.
Diane has over 28 years of experience in the care industry, including working for Sheffield City Council and then managing a large support team that provided support to people with learning disabilities in the city. A superb operator with a degree in health and social care, she joined Caremark as our Registered Care Manager back in 2017, and her main responsibilities include overseeing our safe and compliant service delivery and leading, guiding and nurturing our management team and Support Workers to ensure we provide consistent support to our clients so they can achieve their goals and outcomes.
Kirsty has over 25 years of sector experience, including elderly care, learning disability care and mental health care. She joined our organisation as a Support Worker, and due to her exceptional delivery of care to her clients and her fantastic work ethic, she was promoted to Case Leader in 2019. This was followed by a further promotion to her current position of Deputy Care Manager in October 2025.
Kirsty has tremendous clinical expertise, lives and breathes for her customers and absolutely embodies care excellence. She is known for her clinical insight, calm judgement and commitment to doing what’s right for each person we support. She continues to work closely with our excellent Case Leader team, ensuring consistent practice in client homes, schools and the wider community.
All 13 years of Terri’s sector experience have been with Caremark, starting with our Barnsley elderly homecare service before moving across to Caremark Rotherham and Sheffield’s complex care service in 2019, where she was Operations Officer before being appointed to her current role as Finance Officer in October 2025. Terri already has a strong grounding in finance from her earlier remit and focuses on clean processes that make life simpler for managers and more reliable for staff, from rota-to-pay to timely billing.
Jade Gibson is our Caremark Welfare Officer. Jade joined our Caremark family in 2016, working for our Barnsley branch before moving over to our Rotherham & Sheffield branch in January 2020. This move enabled her to develop her knowledge to support customers who have complex and sometimes clinical conditions - working closely with our staff, management team, our customers’ circles of support and professionals on a daily basis.
Jade understands the often complex dynamic and nature of the support we provide and the importance of clear and consistent communication between all parties.
We value our Support Workers and believe in guiding and supporting our team and Clients to be the very best they can be - we feel the new role of Welfare Officer will help us continue to enable positive progress.
Jade will be in regular contact with our Clients and Support Workers to offer advice, support and guidance, whilst also getting involved with our new Care Staff getting on board with our organisation throughout their recruitment journey, initial training, starting work and building on their professional development. Alongside Jade, our staff and customers will continue to feel and see the support in the community from our Senior Support Worker (Chloe), our Case Leaders (Kirsty, Lydia & Sophie) and our Clinical Lead (Louise & Charlotte). Jade has great energy and positivity; she understands and embraces our philosophy.
Charlotte is our Clinical Lead and has an excellent nursing background, having worked at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital as a Paediatric Nurse before joining our organisation. After she qualified, Charlotte began working at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital, working across ICU, HDU and the general medical ward. This gave her extensive experience working with children and young adults who had a variety of needs including tracheostomies, gastrostomies and ventilation.
Louise is a Registered Nurse of seven years and before joining our service in 2023 worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Sheffield Children’s Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in all clinical aspects of paediatric care, including tracheostomy, PEG, PEJ, vent, suction, epilepsy and much more.

She joined our team in 2023, and as one of our Case Leaders, she completes initial client needs assessments, writes comprehensive client care plans, manages client and staff rotas and visits clients to complete quality checks and staff monitoring within the community. Lydia is also a certified Train the Trainer, delivering training to staff in Crisis Prevention and Intervention. This training course, provided by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), covers everything from de-escalation techniques to triggers and behaviours, to completing safe holds when absolutely necessary. This training is now delivered to our Support Worker Team as part of their training package when joining our organisation. Lydia is currently studying for a degree in health and social care.
Olivia has worked in the care industry for over 2 years, after taking her first full-time job in a children’s residential home. Her previous role consisted of managing challenging behaviours and understanding how to respond to clients’ needs. Olivia always knew that she wanted to work in care, and the opportunity at Caremark was unmissable! She joined the team in 2025 as a Case Leader and will be overseeing client packages to ensure that both her clients and their staff are well. Olivia will go out on visits in the community to observe staff and monitor their practise to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care.

Whether it’s a complaint, compliment or anything else related to our service, Trevor’s extensive experience in customer service and the independence of his role, enables us to ensure we learn lessons, if necessary, and carry through with any actions that are identified to the complete satisfaction of our clients and their families.
