I contacted Jody at Caremark to look into getting some help with care for my father who has Alzheimer's. The whole team have been wonderful, from the start of helping with my dad's care to date. Everyone is so approachable, a compassionate team, that have been so flexible to try and get it right to what works best for my father. He very much enjoys getting out for a walk with the carers and comes back with a smile. I could not recommend them enough they really have been so helpful and made such a positive addition to my father's care, extremely grateful :)

We were grateful to the caremark team for providing respite care while my in-laws visited us. They were thorough and flexible to our fluid needs, and they showed a genuine desire to understand the client and our family and to provide the best care possible, going to great lengths to provide dignified personal care, enjoyable activities and conversation relevant to his interests. It can be daunting to put your vulnerable loved one in a new person's care but they put us at ease with their warm and understanding approach and were completely reliable in providing the care we needed when we needed it. Caremark took care of my husband over a weekend allowing me to have a weekend break with other familly members .His care was perfect . The staff were very attentive and friendly. My husband was delighted he got on well with all staff members ,they even took time to play dominoes with him .All in all the experience was very possitive and he is happy to use this company again if the need arises. It was the first time l had left my husband at home but after meeting and talking to the Caremark staff l was reassured.

Excellent communication before, during and after the period of care. The support and care met all my expectations . Assistance with dressing was excellent. The carer listened to what I needed and acted according . Similarly food preparation was timely and the carer made what I wanted Also all dishes were cleaned saving my wife from any work when she returned. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile or a cheery quip.
The carer made sure they made time to make conversation so I felt included. We also had a few games of dominoes which I enjoyed.
