We've had live-in care through Caremark for my elderly mother for over a year now and are very happy with the service we receive. It was important for my mother to to have a kind, 'chatty' carer and Caremark listened to us and found her a great match.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that your mother is happy with her live-in care. We truly value the trust you have placed in us and will continue to be here to support your mother and your family.
I get a lot of tummy aches and headaches and I have to take a tablet every morning. I was in a lot of pain on Monday and spent most of the day in bed. The carer stayed with me and made sure I was comfortable..
Very happy with the service provided, sometimes finds it difficult to understand what is being said because of the accent. Found when being showered she was not always dried properly, so we tend to do her showering now.
They were there for every need over the last year, the staff were outstanding. My friend wanted for nothing.
The team went out at 6 am in the morning to beat the queues to get shopping for them. They used their work phones to do video calls to family for them during their call.
They made sure my friend never became isolated, fearful or felt alone.
The manager and her team drove my friend and others to get their vaccinations. They didn't charge for their time. They just did it to help.
Many thanks, it is always an honour to be able to support our clients and their loved ones.
I am extremely pleased with the care provided to my husband, which was always cheerful, considerate, thoughtful and with respect.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review.
It has been a pleasure to meet them and a firm bond of friendship and lasting gratitude for their consistently excellent efforts over a difficult time will not be forgotten.
Many thanks for your feedback; I will ensure the team know how much they are valued by you.
Mother, who was in her early eighties, was cared for by daily visits from Caremark for nearly 4 years in her own home. We, and she, were pleased with the service provided. The carers were jolly and attentive to her needs and treated her with dignity and respect. Caremark even went out of their way to change a carer that mum did not personally get on with. Mum responded well and recovered from various serious illnesses due to Caremark's care and attention. As her son, I was able to talk with Caremark confidentially and with confidence that they would act properly, according to any changing needs.
Thank you for your review - your wonderful comments have been fed back to our team.
I found all the staff to be kind, caring, sensitive and understanding of my mental health needs and very empathetic. They as an organisation worked professionally at all times and treated me with respect and as a unique individual. They helped me to reach my goals and worked with me in reaching my recovery.
We really appreciate you taking the time to provide a review of our service, and am extremely pleased to know that we have supported you to reach your goals.
The team who look after my mother are caring, kind and look after mum well. The manager who runs the Leatherhead office is amazing. She listens, understands and reacts if there is ever an issue. I cannot fault the team.
Thank you. Your amazing review has been passed onto the team and is much appreciated.
I find Caremark (Mid Surrey) to be an excellent care provider. My carer is very caring and passionate in her profession. My carer treats me with the utmost dignity and is always cheerful and helpful. If I'm feeling down when she comes she always cheers me up and gets me smiling.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. I am really pleased to hear that you are happy with the support you are receiving - keep on smiling!
