They were really able to take care of his complex needs and also supported my mum at the same time. They were very accommodating when changes needed to be made with his care. From August 2023 we made the request for a live-in carer and Jyoti was assigned to us. She was amazing with him and she has become part of the family. We are so lucky to have her! So much so that we haven't let her go and she is now taking care of our mum.
We thank Caremark so much for Jyoti!
We are deeply sorry for your loss and are honoured to have supported both your father and your mum. It is wonderful to hear that the care provided has made such a positive difference and that the...
We highly recommend Caremark and should the need arise would not hesitate to use them again.
We are delighted to hear that both our day care and live-in care services have provided the support, reassurance and continuity your family needed. Delivering compassionate...
Outstanding and caring company, they matched us with the perfect live in carer whose been with us for around two years now. I don't have to micro manage anymore, which I used to find so exhausting as both my parents have dementia. I'm always kept up to date with whatever is going on re my parents care and any medical conditions that may arise. On the rare occasion I've contacted the head office about something its always been dealt with promptly and sympathetically
We understand how challenging it can be to support loved ones living with dementia, so it is especially rewarding to hear that our live-in care service has provided both reassurance and...
Ayesha is extremely good at her job and is an asset to my mothers life. She provides exceptional care and kindness. From the very beginning she has treated her with compassion and patience.
Ayesha is very professional, always going the extra mile to support my mother. It means a lot to know she is in such capable hands everyday. I would recommend her to anyone.

Caremark have ensured that our carer is not only good at her job, but is genuinely caring and it is so reassuring to know that my mother is not only having her physical needs met but also has a 'companion' who she loves sharing a house with.
Respite carers (to give our main carer a break) that I've met are all lovely & friendly as are the Caremark office staff who ensure that everything runs smoothly and carers and clients are happy.
Well done - thoroughly recommended!
It is also wonderful to know that our respite carers and office team have...
I cannot thank the carers enough. My mother-in-law came out of hospital very poorly and the care received has given her the confidence to go back to looking after herself. All the team are so helpful, friendly and caring. Thank you so much, Jackie.
Supporting people to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes is at the heart of what we do, and your kind words mean a great deal to the whole team.
Thank you for your trust and recommendation.
My very elderly mother has had a live-in carer through Caremark for over two years and we are extremely happy with every aspect of her care and the service provided. Her carer is outstanding - young and lots of fun (great for my mother who finds her presence cheering and reassuring) but also highly professional, truly caring, and able to deal with serious situations and setbacks quickly and effectively. She is a very fast learner and a technical whizz. We rely on her and trust her completely. The relief carers have also been of high standard. Some are more suited to my mother than others but we have not had any significant problems. I have found the office and the manager both pro-active and responsive to any questions or concerns, and quick to deal with unforeseen circumstances such as medical issues requiring additional care or hospital discharge. In all, we feel fortunate to have Caremark and my mother's particular carer.
We are delighted to hear that your mother has received such high-quality care and support. It is especially rewarding to know that both her live-in carer and our wider team have made a positive...
I get a lot of tummy aches and headaches and I have to take a tablet every morning. I was in a lot of pain on Monday and spent most of the day in bed. The carer stayed with me and made sure I was comfortable..
Very happy with the service provided, sometimes finds it difficult to understand what is being said because of the accent. Found when being showered she was not always dried properly, so we tend to do her showering now.
They were there for every need over the last year, the staff were outstanding. My friend wanted for nothing.
The team went out at 6 am in the morning to beat the queues to get shopping for them. They used their work phones to do video calls to family for them during their call.
They made sure my friend never became isolated, fearful or felt alone.
The manager and her team drove my friend and others to get their vaccinations. They didn't charge for their time. They just did it to help.
Many thanks, it is always an honour to be able to support our clients and their loved ones.
I am extremely pleased with the care provided to my husband, which was always cheerful, considerate, thoughtful and with respect.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review.
It has been a pleasure to meet them and a firm bond of friendship and lasting gratitude for their consistently excellent efforts over a difficult time will not be forgotten.
Many thanks for your feedback; I will ensure the team know how much they are valued by you.
Mother, who was in her early eighties, was cared for by daily visits from Caremark for nearly 4 years in her own home. We, and she, were pleased with the service provided. The carers were jolly and attentive to her needs and treated her with dignity and respect. Caremark even went out of their way to change a carer that mum did not personally get on with. Mum responded well and recovered from various serious illnesses due to Caremark's care and attention. As her son, I was able to talk with Caremark confidentially and with confidence that they would act properly, according to any changing needs.
Thank you for your review - your wonderful comments have been fed back to our team.
I found all the staff to be kind, caring, sensitive and understanding of my mental health needs and very empathetic. They as an organisation worked professionally at all times and treated me with respect and as a unique individual. They helped me to reach my goals and worked with me in reaching my recovery.
We really appreciate you taking the time to provide a review of our service, and am extremely pleased to know that we have supported you to reach your goals.
The team who look after my mother are caring, kind and look after mum well. The manager who runs the Leatherhead office is amazing. She listens, understands and reacts if there is ever an issue. I cannot fault the team.
Thank you. Your amazing review has been passed onto the team and is much appreciated.
I find Caremark (Mid Surrey) to be an excellent care provider. My carer is very caring and passionate in her profession. My carer treats me with the utmost dignity and is always cheerful and helpful. If I'm feeling down when she comes she always cheers me up and gets me smiling.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. I am really pleased to hear that you are happy with the support you are receiving - keep on smiling!
