Caremark Spelthorne & Runnymede

We have been using the service to provide personal care for my dad since mid july 2026 and are delighted with the service. The staff are very professional and kind, all the support and admin staff are excellent. All of the carers who have attended so far have been professional and courteous and looked after my dad's needs exceptionally well; he is particularly fond of Manjinder as he enjoys her cheerful conversation whilst she works. I would highly recommend Caremark Spelthorne and Surrey

My difficult sister is a client of Caremark and receives 3 visits per day. My sister has a hoarding, self neglect and binge alcohol drinking problem and a bit of Dementia thrown in the mix. Each of these issues are difficult to manage by family, as we all live quite a distance away. We therefore have to rely on the care staff on a day to day basis to make sure my sister is safe. It amazes me how well they do it. We had a potential problem recently which the carer highlighted, took positive action and prevented a probable hospital visit. I thank the carer and the team for this action and the care given every day. Thank you Caremark.

From becoming a Caremark patient, I have been extremely happy with the care I am receiving. Often the carers anticipate and deal with a potential difficulty before I have identified it myself. Most importantly the carers have a sense of humour.

Rohit & the Caremark team helped my dad twice a day. They were always there to support his needs with a smile. Very professional & polite. My dad struggled with his condition (Aphasia), which meant he couldn't speak. I think the most important aspect of the care he received was the dignity he was treated with. I will always be grateful for that.

My carers are kind, caring and treat me with respect. Their work is excellent and I feel confident with all they do. They are punctual and stay the full time. I am very satisfied with my care.

Caremark has provided us wtih excellent service over the past two years and has made our lives bearable though we both have disabilities. Their workers are always kind, considerate and respectful. They take care to encourage us to improve our abilities if possible and make sure any health problems are dealt with. They ensure that we have our medications and food is prepared and served to encourage our health. The office staff are responsive to our preferences and ensure that their staff are reputable and considerate to our needs.

I am happy with Caremark the people are very kind to me and they go out of their way to help me.

Care for my mother continues to be excellent. The carers at present especially two, in particular, are doing a great job and my mum is very happy with them. Another member of staff has also been very helpful and caring.

I think the service is very good. The staff are polite and friendly. They always obey the instructions I give them, and the service is hassle-free. I have got to know the staff really well.

There is also the knowledge that if she does need more help it is available. Last year she was bedbound for several months on 2 occasions

The experience with live in carers has been good. Carers have been well matched to our requirements and with minimal change of carer. Carers have made every effort to meet our requirements and have been tolerant of a patient who can be uncooperative and ungrateful for the care provided.

Nothing is too much trouble. Having carers with experience of dementia/Alzheimers means I am confident that my brother's needs are being well cared for with dignity and kindness.

The person I get from Caremark is for domestic duties, I have no complaints at all with the tasks that they do, and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for domestic or other care needs. The work that is done is completed to a very high standard and I have no complaints, everything is spotless after they leave, and am more than happy to recommend.

The office staff is always very helpful and they are always there to help with my issue of change and make it an excellent value for money. Would recommend it to everyone.

The care company is good. The carers I see often are good and talk to me. Two carers I like play my favorite songs and help me with my care. All the carers treat me with dignity. I like it when they visit me every day and worry about my health and well-being. I recommend Caremark to my neighbors too. I'm happy.

Caremark have provided personal care needs for my father since August 2023. I would have rated them excellent but Dad's only gripe was the carers occasionally ran late. I did try to explain this was due to traffic etc but obviously as you get older your world narrows. The agency were a joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and the internal communication between my mum and dad, the admin ladies and the carers couldn’t be faulted. Weekly schedules were emailed to me and posted to Mum which was a huge help. The carers coming in to Dad were always cheerful and treated both Mum and Dad with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend Caremark and would definitely use their services again should the need arise.
