Caremark Spelthorne & Runnymede

We brought Mum down to Surrey for a five night stay, with the support of Caremark here. They did a wonderful job, especially as they didn't know Mum prior to this contact. Two of the staff were exceptional - very positive, 'can do', sensitive and very efficient. Can't thank them enough.

Caremark provided wonderful care for my wife over several years up to her death. The care was provided in a very sensitive and thoughtful manner. The carers were very respectful and became close members of our family.

Caremark have looked after my father for the last few years. As I live overseas I was greatly dependent on them to keep me informed on how Dad was and any needs he had. The carers and the team in the office were always very kind and helpful and were always available if I needed to speak to them, even at weekends. I can highly recommend the company.

My father needed urgent care upon hospital discharge after being diagnosed with untreatable pancreatic cancer. It was an incredibly sad and shocking time for our family. I called a number of carers to discuss care at home for my dad upon hospital discharge but a particular member of staff's kindness and professionalism stood out straight away. They promptly met with us the evening Dad returned home from the hospital and we started our contract with Caremark the very next day. They were kind, caring, thoughtful and considerate; always professional and compassionate. We instantly warmed to her and we just knew that they were the right firm for us. It was a huge relief to find such great care so quickly at such a sad and upsetting time. The Field Care Supervisor and the team were incredibly kind, reassuring, warm, helpful and compassionate. Their care of my dad was exemplary. I really cannot recommend Caremark enough; thank you all for everything. You treated my dad with the utmost consideration and you were incredibly kind to us all.

The care agency have always worked with us to make sure that my elderly mother-in-law gets the best care possible and the carer that suits her best. There are some dementia issues and the carer has never been put off by the 'get out of my house' and has treated my mother-in-law with the utmost respect and has helped her to see that it's okay to have help and for us travelling for work it has been wonderful knowing that every day she has been cared for and we know that she is safe in their hands. They have been exceptional in their care and support for us and we are so very thankful to them.

I can only thank all the staff including the polite, respectful carers for looking after my mother. It has made a difficult time in our lives seem so much easier. I cannot thank you and praise you all enough. Well done.

Caremark provided an exceptional level of care and support at a difficult time. Our fiercely independent father needed some subtle support in his late years and was accepting of the support given despite our reservations. I would happily recommend the team at Egham for their care and support given.

Our mother was a very independent person who wanted to live at home. She was able to do this even in her nineties, however, by the summer of 2021, this was becoming more and more difficult for her. With the support of the council and the hospital trust, a care at home package was put together with Caremark. The last few months of her life were particularly difficult but with the magnificent support of Caremark the care at home plan enabled her to maintain her independence. I know that she would have been very grateful for the support and compassion shown by all the Caremark team.

I find Caremark to be an excellent company. They are very efficient to all my dad's needs. The staff are very caring, kind and patient towards my dad and they take the time to have chats with him, which I find brilliant. I would recommend this company to everyone.

They go way above the usual standards of some other well-known companies and have been nothing but extremely professional, helpful and polite towards me. Their carers are extremely pleasant and professional and have always treated me with the utmost care and respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires carers for their loved ones.

My friend has received outstanding care and attention from all the carers (four visits a day) from Caremark for over two years. He is bedbound and suffers from memory loss, but he has been treated with great understanding and empathy by all the carers with whom he has built up a high level of trust and communication. My liaison with Caremark has been constantly extremely good with a very open and prompt response to any matters raised. I feel comfortable with my friend in Caremark's care and supervision, especially when I am away on holiday.

My 96 year old Mother had carers for the last twelve months of her life which enabled her to remain in her own home. She was a very independent lady and was very reluctant to have carers but came to rely on them more and more. They were always very professional and efficient but more importantly they treated her with kindness and patience. My sister and and I will always be grateful for their care.

Carers very good and reliable. Nothing too much trouble. My mother always felt safe in their care. I could always get hold of someone if I needed to.

It's reassuring that Caremark look after our 95-year old Auntie, whilst she is reasonably active and self-sufficient, she can be a bit forgetful and relishes the regular relationship she has developed with her carers.

We find the service that you provide very good. The carers are excellent, professional and friendly. They have made my mother's recovery quicker than what it would have been and we are very grateful.

Caremark has been outstanding in their care of my partner's father. The Carers are friendly and helpful, and as we live some distance away, it gives us peace of mind to know they are looking after him every day. When necessary they go beyond the scope of their usual visits, dealing with any medical situation calmly and responsibly. For example, when he had a blockage in his suprapubic catheter, the Carers phoned the NHS more than once and each time was promised that the District Nurse or GP would visit. This did not happen and time went into a 2nd then 3rd day, so the Care Supervisor stepped in and, mindful of the discomfort and risk of infection, phoned the hospital then took him in to the Urology department herself for treatment. This was very much appreciated, and we feel we can rely on Caremark to take good care of him, with the Managing Director keeping us informed of any problems and resolutions.

Caremark (Spelthorne) assisted my mother and supported our family at a time of need.

Never had we thought we would require a care service for my mother at only aged 65 however due to a fall she needed a lot of support following a long stay in hospital.

Caremark were available to assist us at short notice with the provision of care.

Our main carers were fantastic and would do anything to support my mum and her home.

We felt reassured with the support of the care manager who was always at hand should we need to discuss my mums care package.

Further to this, the overall management and administration is second to none. I was able to easily communicate with the office on a regular basis, updating my mums care package on a weekly basis.
