This review actually relates to services received from Caremark between February 2023 (when we started with full live-in care) to June 2025 (when we are now down to 1 care call a week and are in the fortunate position of no longer needing care support at all following successful medical treatment). Our care needs have evolved and changed during the period and Caremark have always been responsive and caring and provided tailored support that met our needs. The central team have also been very thorough in monitoring and quality control and have always been very supportive of us. When we were initially looking for a live-in carer, Caremark were the only agency that we spoke to who were able to provide a live-in carer who could drive, which is what we needed, so we were very grateful to Caremark for being able to meet our needs - also at relatively short notice. I would definitely recommend them.

Caremark Guildford and Woking provided excellent care for my mother, with carers visiting daily to support her. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely engaged with her, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to chat with her and even took her for walks, which she really enjoyed. Their professionalism and compassionate approach gave us great peace of mind, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I have been in contact with Caremark for a couple of years now and cannot overstate how wonderfully well they have looked after my cousin. There have been some very challenging times when she has needed greater support and their care has been outstanding. The supervisor, in particular, has gone above and beyond on so many occasions looking after my cousin's complex needs, managing her team in order to cope with my cousin's requirements and also keeping me well informed along the way. My cousin, myself and other family members cannot thank the supervisor and her team of carers enough for the commitment, care and support they have shown to my cousin over so many years. They have made a really positive difference to her life and I do not know how she would have managed without them. The team are extremely professional in all that they do but with a very personal touch. I could not recommend Caremark more highly.

I find my support working very helpful. She takes me food shopping. Also, we sometimes go to a cafe to have a drink. I have also visited the local garden centre several times. She also helps by sometimes doing cleaning and helping me with the washing. She often makes helpful suggestions, as to things I could try and do, so I can get out more. She has also taken me to several medical appointments. One appointment, which I have fortnightly, has resulted in me having to see several different people. However, as this has been due to staff leaving, I brow it is not the fault of Caremark, as these things do occur.

I had Caremark for companionship and domestic help. My carer was always on time and smartly dressed. It is a pleasure to have Caremark.

I have found all of the Carers friendly and cheerful. Some work hard and are very conscientious, considerate, and caring, some need to be asked to do a task which my mother does not like to have to do. There is a list of tasks not always adhered to. Some ask what's to be done but my mother does not like to ask for things to be done.

We are pleased with the service we receive. Staff are well-presented, professional and friendly.

We have been using Caremark for over a year now, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. The care, understanding and patience they have for my dad is wonderful, and it has taken so much pressure from me, knowing that he is being cared for so wonderfully. The entire team, and especially the field care supervisor, are second to none. The personal touch that they have offered my, by leaving notes for us as a family, and calling if they have any issues or concerns, shows just how much they care and how professional they are. I would highly recommend this company.

The carer looked after my father extremely well and was always kind, helpful and attentive to him. She worked hard to keep his house clean and tidy and was always cheerful with a smile. She administered Dad's drugs well on a daily basis and kept a regular check on his blood pressure, which was important, as it alerted us that Dad was unwell with high blood pressure. The manager also looked after Dad very well and was always on hand to give advice when needed. It was reassuring that she was there in the background and that she called by to see Dad in his home and was there to suggest that an ambulance be called when Dad became unwell.

We are just very impressed so far with the care for my parents after only two weeks. The staff seem attentive and are proactive as opposed to always being reactive, which is a good thing. The timeliness is great, and receiving a rota every week is such a good idea as well.

I have found the care and support from the lovely carers with my mother first rate. Very helpful indeed with everything, which having not been in that situation needing help before is what you need for support. My mother liked all the carers very much too. A big thank you to all of them!

The standard of care and its supervision have been very good. The carers communicate well with my daughter and show an appropriate balance of sympathetic and firm responses. Their supervisor is excellent and is active in regular overviews.

My mum has been very pleased with the twice-weekly visits. Very friendly and helpful. This is a great comfort to me as I only get to see her once a week. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Many thanks, to the manager and your staff.
