After many years of consulting in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, Craig joined Caremark (Guildford and Woking) after founding and managing his own nursing company. Sam began her career as a residential Care Assistant, driven by an unparalleled passion for her residents' well-being. This dedication extended beyond her professional role; she also cared for her own family members and took on responsibilities in the family nursing business, managing their care assistant training program. Additionally, she oversaw the implementation and daily management of a specialised treatment for one of her clients, a procedure administered by specially trained nurses across the UK.
Aimee has been a Care Support Worker and Supervisor at Caremark Guildford & Woking since February 2018. She has now transitioned to the office as a Care Coordinator and has achieved her Level 3 qualification in adult social care. Additionally, she holds a Train the Trainer certification.
In her role, Aimee matches our carers with clients, ensuring that all care calls are covered and that clients receive the highest quality care from carers who have the appropriate training and experience.
Aimee has extensive knowledge of the local area and has personally visited most of our clients. This experience allows her to efficiently coordinate the weekly rotas for both carers and clients based on geographical considerations.
