We have been extremely happy with the support offered by Caremark over the last few months. The staff, both carers and office staff are always extremely kind, friendly and professional. For us a major positive factor is the reliability and the fact that the carers have travel time built into their schedules,
this makes a real difference as we rely on the support being provided within very limited time windows.

We discovered early on that our preference was for female Indian carers. It seemed that the caring culture was natural & that it was based on the respect that was installed in their lives had been for older & elderly people. They were polite & considerate at all times & looked after my wife with devotion.
It helped me (her registered carer) greatly to have them (all 5 of them) in our home.

My mother needed a lot of care at home when she was discharged from hospital in a deteriorating condition. Her needs were very complex as she was newly confined to bed as well as having dementia. In addition her condition was changing from day to day. I cannot speak highly enough of the support we
had from Caremark. The office staff were amazingly responsive to the frequent changes in care requirements and the often urgent need for additional care. The care staff were highly skilled and professional and kept my mother safe and reassured during what was a very difficult time. I consider myself very lucky to have had the services of such a capable, responsive and caring organisation.

Our dad sadly passed away at the age of 97 just after New Year 2026. Dad had been receiving care in his assisted living accommodation from the lovely Caremark team for a few years, and he and his daughters always very much appreciated the level of care he he received with genuine fondness. Dad was
a real gentleman, but being blind, although very sharp mentally, he could from time to time express his frustrations, yet the ladies who cared for him always interacted with him with great patience and understanding. I have often told friends that the Caremark team treated dad as they would their own grandad. We remain very grateful to dad's current team, as well as his past carers. Thank you!

All the girls who came to help me after I'd suffered a heart attack, followed by nine days in hospital, were polite, kind and helpful. They were also resourceful, in that when I asked them to (for example) empty the dishwasher, which had become a problem for me, they generally worked out where everything
was to go.
They completed tasks, like changing the bed, very quickly and neatly. There were a number of small tasks that they did without being asked.

The carers are mostly very kind, helpful and do all I want done. They help me shower and make my breakfast. Again most are friendly and chatty, which is what I like. I don't enjoy the carers who come but do not have any conversation. My main complaint is when carer or time has been changed and I've
not been told. I understand circumstances can change at last minute but someone should phone and let me know.

All the carers were very nice and did their best to look after my mother who has dementia. In the end my mother's behaviour became very challenging but they were always very kind. My mother had to be moved into a carehome but I would like to thank the team for everything they did for her whilst they
looked after her at home (from around September 2024 until July 2025). Thank you.

The staff at Caremark Elmbridge have been amazing support for my elderly mother. They go above and beyond their role and always contact me and keep me updated with any changes to my mother's care or medication. On top of the daily care provided, they are also supporting my mother to enjoy community
time as she has isolated herself for the last 5 years. No one, even family members have been able to get my mother to leave her home however, she is now enjoying time out of her home again to get her nails done and potter around her local garden centre, thanks to the superb support and encouragement Caremark carers have given her. The change this has made to my mother's well-being is phenomenal. The manager is always available and nothing is ever too much trouble. I can't thank Caremark enough.

After suffering a fall in the summer and after release from hospital, I needed the assistance of carers for several weeks at home. I was pleased to find this local company and delighted at the service provided. The staff were always punctual in arriving and more than happy to take on chores that were
challenging for me at that time. They were sensitive to the fact that I was a recovering patient too. Although I must have met nearly half of the carers, most remembered the tasks required with me (and not required!). This was assisted by efficient note-taking/ sharing. Overall, an unexpectedly happy encounter and the admin side of the company was efficient and pleasant to deal with as well.

The carers that looked after my mum were very kind and friendly. They were competent and professional and helped Mum to calm down when she was anxious. My mum had dementia and needed a lot of reassurance at times. I was always able to contact the care team and when I called about anything they were
always kind and understanding. I would highly recommend Caremark.

I am so grateful to Caremark for all the support and help over 3 and a half months for my parents. It hasn't been easy for the carers and management on top of the usual difficulties working with elderly people often with cognitive problems and physical decline, there was also a language barrier. For
me, as a single supporter of my old parents, the ongoing support from Caremark was beyond any praise. I felt I could discuss any problem even when possibly it wasn't really within their range of tasks. My parents now have gone to a care home and I will sincerely miss the lovely, caring people I have met. They have made life for my mum and dad so much better, helped me as a single person caring for 2 elderly people, and proved that professionalism still exists. I consider my parents and myself very lucky. I would recommend Caremark to anyone who is looking for assistance in looking after their loved ones. You will be in safe and very caring hands love.
