Caremark have provided, and continue to provide, a varied rota of care for my 87-year-old mum. She is currently being attended to three times a day for personal care, meals and more recently medication management. I can't speak highly enough of everyone I've dealt with on the phone, through regular
correspondence and the carers I've had the privilege to meet personally. Very professional, very caring, value for money. I thank you all, your care and attention has been invaluable to my mum and indeed myself. I needed a lot of help with arranging certain criteria for my mum and there was never any hesitation, Caremark were there. Best wishes to Caremark.

I found myself needing to arrange care for my elderly mother with declining memory. I contacted several providers and met with a few. The representative from Caremark, who came to make an assessment visit, was very professional, and genuinely interested in fully understanding the whole situation. They
asked good and helpful probing questions, and were proactive in recommending the exact visit regime, and really helped me decide on visit durations and frequency. I found this very helpful, as I did not know what was best.
Care is reliably provided. I never have to worry if people are going to turn up. They are diligent at checking supplies of medicines and alerting to any upcoming shortages. A visit rota is published in advance and names of the carers are listed, which is helpful. Multiple people make the care visits, but there are some regulars which helps with continuity, which is important.
Office and administration support is really excellent, by email and telephone.

We have actually been using this service for the last seven months or so. It is very easy to get hold of the office and to arrange times etc. We have two main carers through Caremark who have been incredible. They are knowledgeable, very professional, considerate and extremely caring. Exceptional young
men and I really do not know what we would have done (or be doing now) without them. Highly recommend.

My mum has been taken care of really well. Her carer is very attentive and has helped a lot with rehabilitation after a horrible fall. Both Mum and I have been really pleased with the care she has received.

I have found the staff at Caremark really nice, helpful people. Whilst there have been numerous changes over time with my mum's care package the team at Caremark have always tried to accommodate her needs, and it is working well.
I have recently had a face-to-face meeting with staff at Caremark and
they have definitely listened to my requests and I am impressed so far.

Caremark Elmbridge has an excellent Manager who really listens and has helped with all my Mum's care needs. She was excellent in keeping in touch with the GP and pharmacy ensuring her meds were reviewed and delivered on a timely basis. The Caremark carers are all lovely and were very kind and caring
towards my Mum. I am very grateful for the lovely care my Mum received from them. She has now gone into a Care Home for Respite care, and I am hoping and praying she can stay there as she now requires assistance with everything (dressing, personal care, etc).

We found ourselves in an urgent situation with regard to my cousin as the local GP services were totally inadequate. Caremark responded with immediate help when requested and the care they provided at such short notice was excellent.

I have found all Caremark staff efficient, understanding, supportive and kind over the last year caring for my mum. In September a situation arose regarding my mum that was particularly stressful for me. The Caremark manager listened and empathised and did all she could and succeeded to resolve the
situation. The feeling I have always had is that we are working together for the best care for my mum. Things don't always go right, because that's life, but what I have found with Caremark is that they are always willing to listen to understand and do all they can to resolve the situation. As well as the excellent care my mum receives, their willingness to work with me is what I value the most.

Caremark are currently visiting my mother 3 times a day. They attend to all her needs and always try and make the visit as easy as possible for her. Her mobility is very poor so they raise the bed and make sure the bed sheets are clean and she is as comfortable as possible. We have been very pleased
with the overall service Caremark offer and would recommend their services.

They do a great job.

Caremark Elmbridge have been able to meet our exacting requirements, with one regular and one relief carer who both meet specific language needs. I hoped that we might get a carer who could provide some companionship, but Caremark Elmbridge surpassed this with a carer who fully understands and empathises
with our cultural needs. Not only is our carer very pleasant-natured, she is very understanding and genuinely very caring. Thank you.

Had a meeting with the manager on 28/04/2023 regarding times that Mum's carers come, the time they spend with her, duties that are not carried out, communication problems in heating up food and with a member of staff (carer). Mum is tired of explaining to the carers what needs to be done!
I must stress
our concerns are not with all carers, only a certain number of individuals.

We understand initially there were hiccups in understanding how to use some of the equipment that are present in Mum's flat, however adding instructions for carer's ease has helped. Your mum who has full capacity and is capable of giving instructions to the carers, however, carers definitely get demoralised when there is constant intervention either by phone calls or by other means from other family members.

So far so good!
Haven’t had any issues or problems with this care company. They have been very professional, friendly, punctual and caring. Never missed the rota and have always turned up on time. They follow the protocol and take the necessary measures to protect the client and themselves. They maintain
a high level of hygiene standards.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a care service.

I have found the company extremely helpful and responsive to our requirements, with a good flexibility with regard to changes in routine or the need for additional care.
The initial review of my relative was thorough and I felt that this was respected when generating the care plan. It is also reassuring
that the managers do visit from time to time to review how things are going, so there is always an opportunity to feedback and for the staff to respond.
Overall we have been happy with the carers who have been attending to my relative - obviously now and again personalities do not gel, but again the company has responded to this. My only frustration is occasional, poor time-keeping on the part of some carers, but this is balanced out by the genuine care and consideration that the carers show to my relative.

I have engaged and managed the services of Caremark Elmbridge for a period of nine months to provide three daily basic (wash/dress; feed and medicate) home care visits to my 94-year-old father. I have experienced a constant dissatisfaction in the level of service provided - scheduled visits occurring
over an hour late; carers regularly failing to carry out aspects of what is a 'simple' personal care plan e.g. missing medication, unable to work a key safe etc., as well as a constant failure on the part of the management to adequately address my concerns and improve service consistently.
In August 2021 I was left with no alternative but to cancel their services after an evening visit simply failed to take place; leaving my father alone for a period of 20 hours and placing him at considerable personal risk alone in the home as he fended for himself. This went unheeded until he informed his carer the following morning.
I would therefore urge you to exercise extreme caution in using this Agency.

We have spoken in person regarding this issue and have made local authorities aware of this very uncommon situation that occurred where your relative was left unattended.
This is not the kind of service we aim to provide to our customers, however, we have a duty of care towards our carers. We had numerous feedback from carers that they were not treated with respect and were getting verbally abused by yourself.
We will miss looking after your relative, however any form of abuse towards our staff by clients family members is unacceptable.
