Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield

My mum has been using Caremark for the past 7 to 8 months and absolutely loves the individual carers. I have met a number of them and found them to be professional, caring and respectful. Any issues that have come up have, largely, been sorted. Any adjustments to times of visits and frequency of visits have been discussed and implemented seamlessly. The reports that the carers fill in each visit, on the app, are very imformative and I rely on these to ensure all is well and also to pick up any problems my mum is having. The carers themselves are very good at contacting me if there are any major issues. Thanks to Caremark I am able to look after my Mum in her own home which ensures her independence and gives me great peace of mind at the times I can't be there in person.

Really happy with my mums care. Between myself and the carers, all of mums needs are taken care of. Carers are so friendly and supportive. I feel that I can relax knowing that my mum is in good hands when I am not available.

I have had Caremark for about five & a half years and I have been able to get in touch with them for any issues I may have about my call times all the girls are very nice and helpful with my care they can't do enough to help with my care.

After changing from Fosse care to Caremark it as made such a dramatic improvement to my wellbeing. The staff are all amazing and I actually look forward to my visits now whereas before I dreaded them. All the girls are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The personal care is second to none, the food they prepare is delicious, showers are a doddle and all my shopping needs are sorted after we make a list on my morning call. All the girls are so friendly and sociable which for a person like me with my disabilities is key to maintain my mental stability. I could go on writing for ages but in all seriousness I couldn't speak highly enough for the complete package that Caremark provide.

I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone requiring help in the home.

The care we have received from you as been out of this world. I feel confident handing over my daughters care to you all. Our carer goes above and beyond to help. The whole team are in regular contact to ensure we are happy. Honestly caremark cannot do enough to help.

I have only been receiving home care for a month and it has already made a big difference for me. I have found the carers to be competent and very friendly and always ask if there is any way they can help further before leaving to their next appointment.

The dedication of the carers have proven to be spectacular. The way that they interact and support my parent daily is shown through their person centred care they provide. They are always on hand to offer further support if needed and will keep me informed in needed, thank you.

The care my husband and I have received from the staff at Caremark has always been first class. My husband has never felt uncomfortable during personal care. The smiles and cheerful words from all staff have given a much needed boost when needed. Caremark first class.

Excellent care from the carers, always go above and beyond I can honestly say they are the best. They saved my life in 2022 knowing I was poorly and reassuring me going to the hospital I would be ok. Always found the field care supervisor supportive when visiting, overall, would definitely recommend Caremark to anyone.

From supervisors, office staff through to carers the care and empathy and understanding are the best we have ever had. The cheerful carers who only want to please you and make you feel individually important are outstanding. Any calls to the office are promptly dealt with, with understanding and efficiently. A company that cares for their employees as well as their clients makes a happy environment. My Mum is over the moon and content and looks forward to seeing the carers every day. The team at Caremark have made life a lot easier for my mum whilst she still lives at home. The staff are really cheerful and Mum responds well to their upbeat and personal greetings. The staff are very approachable for any concerns or enquiries I may have and where possible everything has been attended to in a short space of time. Thank you for your support.

Carers arrive on time, wear the correct PPE and we have lovely chats as I shower and get ready. Carers are respectful of myself, my home and others living here. Office staff answer the telephone in a timely manner and are always polite and helpful.

I am very happy with Caremark in the way they interact with me and my brother, nothing is any trouble for them. Sometimes they will go above and beyond their duty. He enjoys their companionship. Overall, the care has been good. Would recommend them.

All carers that come to my mum's home are wonderful. They always go above and beyond their role, which is lovely. My mum has grown very fond of the carers and relies on them heavily. Have found carers very polite and extremely helpful, mainly on time. Most interact very well with my husband. He is kept clean and comfortable. Overall care has been good.

The family are very happy with the care that the Caremark team give to our Mum. She often talks about the excellent care they give her. This is of course a great piece of mind for us all knowing she is being looked after four times a day.
