She arrives on time, is chatty, is helpful, well presented, friendly. Helps my husband with his lunch, then cleans up. She sits with him while he watches his programs and we both like her. Even though I haven't said much I think I have said everything.
We have had care from Caremark for our daughter Grace for 5 years . We have always felt included in staffing issues concerning our daughter . We have always had great carers especially our current carer Adeila who understands our daughter and works closely with our family. We are very happy with the care provided and the understanding given if situations change. We would recommend Caremark to others.
The carecthat was delivered to my grandmother from caremark Central Beds carers were fantastic to be able to end her life at home were she wanted to be. The carers still made her smile and laugh right up to the end thankyou so much for the fantastic job you all done
Since we started using Caremark to support our mum who has dementia, we have found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Changes to days or times are handled efficiently and mum enjoys her visits from her girls.

Thanks for your review... We are so glad that we could provide servive to you!
Caremark have always been very accommodating with changes to our sons call times. Recently he has had a visit into hospital but came out earlier than expected, Caremark were very flexible in putting care back into place at very short notice. The carestaff are extremely friendly and you can see they really care about their job and the clients they see. Unlike other care companies we have used, at present we have never been let down by a care call. Overall extremely happy with how things are going and would not hesitate in recommending them to others
Thank you very much for your review. Hope we continue to provide an excellent service of care.
They always call to advise if they're going to be a little late.
They take my husband out on visits and always to places that he enjoys.
Ensuring that he's always safe and happy.
He returns happy and comfortable.
Caremark as a company do their utmost to make sure they're attending to the needs of my husband and will always go the extra mile.
Their social events are very well planned and provide the opportunity for carers and clients to meet one another and have fun.
I am so glad we could help you... Thanks for the lovely review!!
Always polite, caring and helpful. Very good at communication. Provide social events and advice when needed. Find them all to be helpful and kind. All staff member are most pleasant and considerate. Well trained in their role.
We are so glad we could provide the care and happy everything is going well...
Regained my confidence & self belief.
Regained control of my bipolar disorder.
Decided to approach my GP to be referred for transitioning.
I am also engaging with life, in that I have an active social life and I have started to do art again.
I also have ambitions; it has been suggested to me that I might be suitable to be a volunteer mentor for my local community mental health service - this is something I 'd like to do. I have also been asked by the Samaritans if I would be a volunteer for them ( I would do this in a few years' time). I would also like to take courses in psychology.
I also have plans to be more involved with the LGBTQ+ community, and I am also determined to get my house in final order and redecorate ASAP
Thanks so much Zandra!! We are so glad we could help you in regaining your confidence!!
Since joining Caremark very happy with the carers who are looking after me.
I had to have care due to living on my own and having a knee replacement. From the initial assessment, to the end of my six week care, it was a great experience for having care which I was dreading. Office staff were great when I called, carers were cheerful and very professional right to the end. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Many thanks for you review. I am glad we could deliver great service.
Dad has since been very happy with all his carers, of which are a nice small group of friendly helpful people.
They have helped with all my dad's needs and take their time with him. We could not praise them enough.
Many thanks for your review. Greatly appreciated!!
From the outset, our experience with Caremark has been exemplary. The first impression was positive in that great care was taken to identify our needs, and make sure that relevant personal details were declared and recorded. We were initially concerned that a new carer unfamiliar with us and our quirks would cause friction, and maybe even increase already heightened stress levels. Not so. The various carers we have had have universally been easy to get on with, yet totally professional. A significant factor we experience is that Caremark keep a close eye on care progress, with a more or less monthly informal visit to make sure no problems are arising.
Many thanks for your review. Greatly appreciated!!
I find the staff friendly and accommodating. I find it reassuring that carers can be called upon to give extra help when unexpected circumstance occur and all in all they provide very good care which I greatly appreciate.
We find the carers are very polite, friendly and punctual most of the time. We feel that older people would appreciate having to get used to fewer carers as we are not always good at accepting change. Being in hospital, we have found has it's drawbacks, that is our only real grievance is that we are charged if we do not give 24 hour notice, how this is possible if you are being told one minute you can come home then they turn round tell you that you've got to stay in. Apart from that we are very happy with everything else. Thank you very much for all the support you give.
All of them wonderful.
All the girls are very kind and caring.
My Dad's carer found my dad unconscious last week and was amazing. She helped him till paramedics arrived and took him to hospital. It seems it may have been a bad stroke, but whatever caused this, thanks to her, my dad is still alive today! Also massive thanks to the care manager who has been an amazing support through all of this.
Just can't thank you enough, and your staff member for saving our father's life recently after a serious medical episode. On behalf of me and my two brothers. It was the quick thinking of your member of staff who identified there was a serious problem and got him the medical attention he needed urgently. Very difficult to put into words, but thank you so much.
The need to move to a full-time live-in carer was responded to quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the carer we have, who supports with personal care, and day-to-day support such as cooking and cleaning, and even advocates for him in meetings with healthcare professionals, when appropriate.
