Caremark has provided excellent service for my mum. On one occasion sitting with her after a fall until an ambulance was in attendance.
They make it possible for my mum to continue to live at home.
I'm happy with our choice of provider.

We are very happy with the care we receive from Caremark. They are happy to accommodate any changes we need to make The carers are kind and caring. I personally find it hard to cope with too many changes in the carers that come here.

I really like all of the girls that come to visit me. They help me with small tasks I need assistance with, as I like to stay independent. I am very happy with the service I receive from Caremark and their carers.

Caremark supported my ninety-six year old father with two weeks post-operative care on two occasions, and two weeks overnight care whilst he waited to go into a care home. I found Caremark to be efficient and well managed, with the manager and her team helpful and considerate of Dad's increasingly complex
needs.

We have been very happy since my daughter's care started with this company a year ago. The owners and management are very approachable, understanding and caring to me as well as my daughter. We appreciate how much the client's wishes and needs are met and having a small group of regular carers. Carers
are matched to the client and good relationships are formed. The carers are friendly, cheerful and hard-working. Timekeeping is good.

Caremark has listened to who my husband is, his quirks and idiosyncrasies and are able to adapt their responses to his needs. Staff are accommodating with changes.
The individuals who care are on time or let us know if there is any variation beyond 10/15 mins. They are reliable.

This care team have been an incredible group of carers for my mum. The manager introduced herself to my mother and myself in November when Mum's confidence was so low about going out due to her dementia and other illness. Since the ladies have been coming in and taking slow walks out with my mum, she
now has her jacket and trainers on ready for the door to knock to go out with the ladies! Fantastic team with a lot of compassion/patience and understanding of Mum's needs.

We had a lovely little group of carers looking after my dad. On many occasions, they went above and beyond their normal duties. The care my dad received was always kind and it offered him dignity, together with a cheery smile of encouragement.
The last few days of his life, when he needed extra care,
they were so competent and compassionate and supported me too when I was struggling to cope.

My brother had memory problems and needed help taking medications, reminders to eat, dress etc. Caremark provided all the care and help my brother needed and more, they treated him with love, respect and dignity, they genuinely cared about him and that shone through every time I spoke to anyone from
Caremark.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, my brother though he could not remember their names kept telling me how nice they were.
I live about 3 hours away from him and it was not easy for me to visit, they stepped in and did much more than you would expect carers to do, I am just so grateful to all of them they are wonderful people. The manager was so helpful in keeping me informed and I was so reassured that he was getting the best possible care.

My mother has been receiving services from Caremark for the last several months. When visiting her, I have met with a number of her carers and have been extremely impressed both with the practical aspects of her care (washing, showering, dressing, ensuring medication is taken regularly and in a timely
fashion etc.) but also with their kindness and their ability to reassure her when she is confused or unsure. I ring her daily and she is always praising her carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.
