Caremark Liverpool offers a Home Care service to adults experiencing a range of vulnerabilities. Their Care and Support Workers offer support to people living in their own home and in need of assistance, guidance, supervision or motivation in any aspect of their daily living.

The support they provide can be wide and varied, some examples are personal care, housekeeping, shopping, bill paying, reducing isolation, accessing health care services, attending social events or getting out to the local community.

Their service operates 24 hours a day, all year round. Most people require their services between 7 am and 10 pm but they can also provide services outside these hours, such as respite support in the person's own home or live-in care. Their Care and Support Workers have access to a manager at all times. The service is managed by Sarah Crease who has over 15 years of experience within the sector.

Caremark, have helped Mum for about 18 months, which has enabled her to continue to live independently in her own home.
We have always found the Management Team vey approachable & helpful, and the Staff have been very positive and willing to help mum, whether its with, household chores, meal preparation,
or jut having a chat.
More recently we have used their 24 hour care service, which was excellent. Mum has now moved into a Residential Home, but on behalf of her & the entire family, we would like to thank, the whole of the Caremark Team.

The Caremark team have been looking after my mum Irene since she came out of hospital a couple of years ago. Because of her complex physical needs she has carers coming to help her 5 times a day. They are an exceptional team. The carers have enabled mum to keep her independence in her own home and they
work with compassion, warmth and kindness. They go above and beyond their roles and have absolutely made mums life so much easier. The company is also incredibly easy to deal with, the staff are always available to talk and the director seems to run his business with the same compassion that his teams do. We are eternally grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Caremark to anyone.

I am very happy with the care that my husband is receiving. The carers are very professional, kind and understanding. I have every confidence in them to keep my husband safe and comfortable. They are always mindful of his needs.

The care and support has been very helpful to me for five or six months. The staff sort out any small problems. As I am partially deaf, I do have communication problems which are embarassing sometimes. A couple of carers are not very patient if this happens. The carers are usually very good and cheer
me up.

hi I'm a full-time carer for my disabled mother who is 95 ive been with caremark for a few years now the nurses have been a great help for my mother they are a credit to their profession.The nurses are punctual and have a friendly nature and also have a laugh with my mother their standard of work is
excellent the staff are very good as well as they have sorted all the problems ive had which is a great help to me as i know i can trust in their support.i am happy i choose caremark and would highly recommend to my family and friends.Any problems i have i can phone the office and the staff listen and help you to their best ability

It's coming upto a year that we have been with Caremark. Overall really satisfied with the service they provide. The carers are always on time friendly, professional, caring & will adapt to the individuals needs.
The management/ office team respond really well to any queries & are always professional

Homecare workers look after my mum brilliantly, and she can be difficult.
The workers are very patient with her and take time to talk to her.
The management team are always aware of problems and deal with efficiently and quickly.

We switched care agencies to Caremark recently. The high standard of care was noticeable from day one. The staff are reliable, punctual, caring, companionate and always turn up with a great positive attitude.
Any questions or queries are also answered promptly by the office staff.
It has made a
massive difference to not only my brother's well being but to the whole family, knowing he is getting the care he needs.

My mother feels safe happy and cared for. The carers are professional whilst making her feel comfortable and able to say what she likes and dislikes and what she would like to do. They have enabled her to stay in her own home.

For over a year, now, Caremark has provided invaluable assistance with regular visits to my mum (89), who is living independently. Carers really go out of their way to ensure that all of Mum's needs are seen to, are very friendly, extremely professional and patient and always very helpful in keeping
me updated on any developments. They are also very understanding of Mum's evolving needs and experienced in providing the needed support. I can highly recommend Caremark to those needing support for elderly parents. They have also been a huge support to me.

My lovely mum would have been 86 years old tomorrow. This is the first year without her and the hurt is unbearable.
However, as a family, we were able to keep a promise made to Mum thanks only to the exceptional care she received from the wonderful staff at Caremark.
Both my parents received excellent
care at home and my dad, in particular, looked forward to their visits.
Mum's care needs were complex and the staff were very accommodating regarding timing of visits and when my dad went into hospital they did as much as they could to look after Mum while I went to visit him.
They showed great kindness to both my parents and treated Mum with dignity and compassion.
A special mention to one carer who did her very best to assist us, sometimes at very short notice and the carer who cared for Mum towards the end of her life.
I can thoroughly recommend Caremark and their staff. Their kindness and professionalism supported us through the most traumatic of times.

My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia in October 2019. I tried to care for him as best I could but his condition deteriorated quite rapidly from 2022. Following a brief period of respite, I realised I needed help if I was to continue his care at home. Caremark was the first provider I contacted.
The young manager who came to my house to interview us was impressive. This young woman was professional, sympathetic and had a deep understanding of dementia care. I was happy to engage Caremark following this initial introduction. From that time on (June 2022), I was given the best care and support I could have asked for. All carers were kind, compassionate and excellent in the delivery of care for my husband and support for me. I will be forever grateful to those wonderful carers who sat with me to comfort me at times I was overwhelmed with grief, watching my lovely husband become a stranger, he was forgetting his family.
Caremark carers were exceptional.

My mother is well cared for by the staff. She is confined to bed and can't speak. Communication is difficult for myself but the carers deal with her on a daily basis and get to know her ways and have a good understanding of what she wants.
There have been new staff coming on board from time to time
and they integrate well and get to know my mum's needs. The variety of people my mum comes across on a daily basis is good for her and although she prefers some to others she does not hesitate to let me know where she is not happy with a carer. This has only happened once and I have let you know.
There are some concerns from time to time over how close some visits are to the previous one as this may be a delay to a meal or a long period before being changed. There have been odd occasions as I have been made aware where the carer may be delayed but I appreciate it may be down to resources.

Dad has recently started getting help from Caremark staff. The staff are friendly and most of the time they use times we ask for. Recommended by a member of family. Getting care has given us back some time for ourselves and the worry of him being alone. I would recommend this friendly, local service

Standard of care is very good; carers are pleasant and competent. They follow my instructions, which are often needed because of my mobility problems. They are confident and patient and allow me to proceed at my own pace. Their punctuality is much appreciated, as is the weekly rota. Regular supervision
is to be commended as it gives me the opportunity to raise issues if needed.

I began my care career at Young Epilepsy in November 2004; where I started off as a Support Worker and then in March 2007 became an Assistant Manager of the Residential Home for young ladies with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy.


I then became a Unit Manager for a Bupa Residential Home for the Elderly in August 2012.
I began working for Expect Limited in November 2014 as a Project Manager; and became the Assistant Head of Operations for Day Services in June 2016; overseeing, as a Registered Manager, the delivery of the Outreach/Domiciliary and Day Centre services.
