I opened a Caremark franchise with the mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool. The priority and focus is to deliver the highest standard of care possible to improve the quality of life for the people in our region. I am passionate about making a difference and hope to be the homecare provider of choice based on the quality of our service.
In a short space of time we have managed to pick up numerous awards for the quality of care we provide. These awards are a testament to all the hard work put in the by the team here at Caremark Liverpool.
I began my career in care at Young Epilepsy in November 2004, starting as a Support Worker before progressing to Assistant Manager of a residential home for young women with learning disabilities and epilepsy in March 2007. In August 2012, I moved into a Unit Manager role at a Bupa residential home for older people, where I further developed my leadership and operational experience.
I joined Expect Limited in November 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Assistant Head of Operations for Day Services in June 2016. In this role, I also held Registered Manager responsibilities, overseeing the delivery of outreach, domiciliary care and day centre services.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in December 2019 to support Nabeel in his mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool. Since then, we have gone on to achieve multiple awards, both as a company and individually, recognising our commitment to delivering outstanding care across the city.
I started my career as a teacher with a focus on special educational needs in 2019. From here, I found my love for care whilst working as a senior support worker in several different residential homes and schools with children and young people. I have a varied background in working with people with special educational needs and varying health conditions.
I initially joined Caremark Liverpool as a Care Administrator but have been promoted to Field Care Supervisor and now Care Co-ordinator. I am passionate about delivering a quality service and look forward to the challenge of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool.
My passion for health and social care began in secondary school, where, as a member of the Interact Club, I trained to support people living with HIV and AIDS, along with their families, particularly the orphans left behind. I later completed an undergraduate degree in Administration and Management, which focused on support systems for disadvantaged members of society.
In 2022, working as a Senior Carer, I developed strong relationships with colleagues, service users and other professionals, demonstrating key attributes such as empathy, effective communication and compassion. During this time, I received recognition, including Worker of the Month and Effective Team Player awards.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in September 2023 as a Care Assistant, where I have contributed positively to the organisation’s core values. This led to my recent promotion to Senior Care Assistant. I am excited to continue my professional growth and remain committed to helping Caremark Liverpool continue to be the best home care provider in the city.
I first became interested in healthcare during high school, when I realised I had a passion for pursuing a career in care. I have always valued making a positive impact on people’s lives and working in an environment where individuals feel safe, supported and respected. This role motivates me to continue learning and developing so I can contribute to delivering the very best care.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in September 2024 as a Care Administrator. I enjoy this position as it provides me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the sector. I am currently completing my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and remain committed to working hard to support Caremark Liverpool in continuing to be the best home care provider in Liverpool.
