Having the carers has been great as it enables us to have more quality time with our other child. My son is happy with the carers, fabulous! Would highly recommend. At the start of the care I was untrustworthy and didn't feel comfortable with certain things but with my carers being so comforting I am now completely happy with things like allowing them to have a key to the house.

Renesme Memone has been our daughter's helper for two days a week for the last couple of months and we are very happy if she will continue be with our daughter because they have good connection and with Renesmes performance as she initiates to do things with our daughter Sama as well as she is a true educator , she shared skills and experiences with her and does not mind to do any support needed at her own will and with a big smile.

Support workers are all amazing. They have all gone above and beyond for my son who has significant additional needs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My son adores his days out with them and sits looking out the window waiting for them. The office staff are great no ask to big and all very approachable.

We have always found the Management Team vey approachable & helpful, and the Staff have been very positive and willing to help mum, whether its with, household chores, meal preparation, or jut having a chat.
More recently we have used their 24 hour care service, which was excellent. Mum has now moved into a Residential Home, but on behalf of her & the entire family, we would like to thank, the whole of the Caremark Team.

The Caremark team have been looking after my mum Irene since she came out of hospital a couple of years ago. Because of her complex physical needs she has carers coming to help her 5 times a day. They are an exceptional team. The carers have enabled mum to keep her independence in her own home and they work with compassion, warmth and kindness. They go above and beyond their roles and have absolutely made mums life so much easier. The company is also incredibly easy to deal with, the staff are always available to talk and the director seems to run his business with the same compassion that his teams do. We are eternally grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Caremark to anyone.

The care and support has been very helpful to me for five or six months. The staff sort out any small problems. As I am partially deaf, I do have communication problems which are embarassing sometimes. A couple of carers are not very patient if this happens. The carers are usually very good and cheer me up.

hi I'm a full-time carer for my disabled mother who is 95 ive been with caremark for a few years now the nurses have been a great help for my mother they are a credit to their profession.The nurses are punctual and have a friendly nature and also have a laugh with my mother their standard of work is excellent the staff are very good as well as they have sorted all the problems ive had which is a great help to me as i know i can trust in their support.i am happy i choose caremark and would highly recommend to my family and friends.Any problems i have i can phone the office and the staff listen and help you to their best ability

Meet the Team (5)
I opened a Caremark franchise with the mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool. The priority and focus is to deliver the highest standard of care possible to improve the quality of life for the people in our region. I am passionate about making a difference and hope to be the homecare provider of choice based on the quality of our service.
In a short space of time we have managed to pick up numerous awards for the quality of care we provide. These awards are a testament to all the hard work put in the by the team here at Caremark Liverpool.
I began my career in care at Young Epilepsy in November 2004, starting as a Support Worker before progressing to Assistant Manager of a residential home for young women with learning disabilities and epilepsy in March 2007. In August 2012, I moved into a Unit Manager role at a Bupa residential home for older people, where I further developed my leadership and operational experience.
I joined Expect Limited in November 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Assistant Head of Operations for Day Services in June 2016. In this role, I also held Registered Manager responsibilities, overseeing the delivery of outreach, domiciliary care and day centre services.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in December 2019 to support Nabeel in his mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool. Since then, we have gone on to achieve multiple awards, both as a company and individually, recognising our commitment to delivering outstanding care across the city.
I started my career as a teacher with a focus on special educational needs in 2019. From here, I found my love for care whilst working as a senior support worker in several different residential homes and schools with children and young people. I have a varied background in working with people with special educational needs and varying health conditions.
I initially joined Caremark Liverpool as a Care Administrator but have been promoted to Field Care Supervisor and now Care Co-ordinator. I am passionate about delivering a quality service and look forward to the challenge of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool.
My passion for health and social care began in secondary school, where, as a member of the Interact Club, I trained to support people living with HIV and AIDS, along with their families, particularly the orphans left behind. I later completed an undergraduate degree in Administration and Management, which focused on support systems for disadvantaged members of society.
In 2022, working as a Senior Carer, I developed strong relationships with colleagues, service users and other professionals, demonstrating key attributes such as empathy, effective communication and compassion. During this time, I received recognition, including Worker of the Month and Effective Team Player awards.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in September 2023 as a Care Assistant, where I have contributed positively to the organisation’s core values. This led to my recent promotion to Senior Care Assistant. I am excited to continue my professional growth and remain committed to helping Caremark Liverpool continue to be the best home care provider in the city.
I first became interested in healthcare during high school, when I realised I had a passion for pursuing a career in care. I have always valued making a positive impact on people’s lives and working in an environment where individuals feel safe, supported and respected. This role motivates me to continue learning and developing so I can contribute to delivering the very best care.
I joined Caremark Liverpool in September 2024 as a Care Administrator. I enjoy this position as it provides me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the sector. I am currently completing my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and remain committed to working hard to support Caremark Liverpool in continuing to be the best home care provider in Liverpool.
