We just returned from a 3 week holiday and Caremark Liverpool enabled is to do this knowing my Mum was safe. Caremark provided extra cover and ensured my Mum had everything she needed and acted as the main point of contact whilst we were away. Many thanks to all the team.

Having the carers has been great as it enables us to have more quality time with our other child. My son is happy with the carers, fabulous! Would highly recommend. At the start of the care I was untrustworthy and didn't feel comfortable with certain things but with my carers being so comforting I am

Support workers are all amazing. They have all gone above and beyond for my son who has significant additional needs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Caremark, have helped Mum for about 18 months, which has enabled her to continue to live independently in her own home.
We have always found the Management Team vey approachable & helpful, and the Staff have been very positive and willing to help mum, whether its with, household chores, meal preparation,
or jut having a chat.
More recently we have used their 24 hour care service, which was excellent. Mum has now moved into a Residential Home, but on behalf of her & the entire family, we would like to thank, the whole of the Caremark Team.

The Caremark team have been looking after my mum Irene since she came out of hospital a couple of years ago. Because of her complex physical needs she has carers coming to help her 5 times a day. They are an exceptional team. The carers have enabled mum to keep her independence in her own home and they
work with compassion, warmth and kindness. They go above and beyond their roles and have absolutely made mums life so much easier. The company is also incredibly easy to deal with, the staff are always available to talk and the director seems to run his business with the same compassion that his teams do. We are eternally grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Caremark to anyone.

The care and support has been very helpful to me for five or six months. The staff sort out any small problems. As I am partially deaf, I do have communication problems which are embarassing sometimes. A couple of carers are not very patient if this happens. The carers are usually very good and cheer

I began my career in care at Young Epilepsy in November 2004, starting as a Support Worker before progressing to Assistant Manager of a residential home for young women with learning disabilities and epilepsy in March 2007. In August 2012, I moved into a Unit Manager role at a Bupa residential home for older people, where I further developed my leadership and operational experience.


I joined Expect Limited in November 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Assistant Head of Operations for Day Services in June 2016. In this role, I also held Registered Manager responsibilities, overseeing the delivery of outreach, domiciliary care and day centre services.


I joined Caremark Liverpool in December 2019 to support Nabeel in his mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool. Since then, we have gone on to achieve multiple awards, both as a company and individually, recognising our commitment to delivering outstanding care across the city.

I started my career as a teacher with a focus on special educational needs in 2019. From here, I found my love for care whilst working as a senior support worker in several different residential homes and schools with children and young people. My passion for health and social care began in secondary school, where, as a member of the Interact Club, I trained to support people living with HIV and AIDS, along with their families, particularly the orphans left behind. I later completed an undergraduate degree in Administration and Management, which focused on support systems for disadvantaged members of society.


In 2022, working as a Senior Carer, I developed strong relationships with colleagues, service users and other professionals, demonstrating key attributes such as empathy, effective communication and compassion.
