All staff are professional, friendly and keep my mum feeling safe at home. Communication at all times is excellent and my mum is always at the heart of everything that happens. Every member of staff goes above and beyond, ensuring they know my mum and her routine.

The man staff is reliable and professional , they know what my son needs before they start to look after him. He has read the reviews I gave and care about it but some of the women staff was always come lated and disturbed made me feel stressed ,

We just returned from a 3 week holiday and Caremark Liverpool enabled is to do this knowing my Mum was safe. Caremark provided extra cover and ensured my Mum had everything she needed and acted as the main point of contact whilst we were away. Many thanks to all the team.

Staffs are professional and experienced. I like the fact that all carers drive saving us a lot in transport. Our experience until now is very good with them. My son likes all the carers coming to support him.

Every staff member we have met have been so lovely and truly understanding my son special needs care.
They keep him safe and very well looked after.
My son enjoys days out now with the comfort of friendly happy staff.

Having the carers has been great as it enables us to have more quality time with our other child. My son is happy with the carers, fabulous! Would highly recommend. At the start of the care I was untrustworthy and didn't feel comfortable with certain things but with my carers being so comforting I
am now completely happy with things like allowing them to have a key to the house.

Visited a friend and at the time she was receiving care from this company. I found the staff to be very professional and caring. They treated my friend with so much dignity when providing personal care to her. I would 100% recommend them.

The team at Caremark looked after my nan and we're incredibly grateful for the support they gave her. The carers were always kind, patient, and treated her with dignity and respect. It gave our family real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The management team are also very helpful
and cooperative with any questions and always respond.Thank you for the care and compassion you showed, we would highly recommend Caremark to anyone looking for quality care.

Renesme Memone has been our daughter's helper for two days a week for the last couple of months and we are very happy if she will continue be with our daughter because they have good connection and with Renesmes performance as she initiates to do things with our daughter Sama as well as she is a
true educator , she shared skills and experiences with her and does not mind to do any support needed at her own will and with a big smile.

Support workers are all amazing. They have all gone above and beyond for my son who has significant additional needs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My son adores his days out with them and sits looking out the window waiting for them. The office staff are great no ask to big and all very
approachable.

Caremark staff are amazing. Staff are reliable and always turn up on time. If any issues arriving on time family are always contacted and notified. I find the staff to be caring and companionate and always arrive to the call with a great upbeat attitude. Since having Caremark as my brother's care
provider it has completely change the quality of life for both him and family.

Caremark, have helped Mum for about 18 months, which has enabled her to continue to live independently in her own home.
We have always found the Management Team vey approachable & helpful, and the Staff have been very positive and willing to help mum, whether its with, household chores, meal
preparation, or jut having a chat.
More recently we have used their 24 hour care service, which was excellent. Mum has now moved into a Residential Home, but on behalf of her & the entire family, we would like to thank, the whole of the Caremark Team.

The Caremark team have been looking after my mum Irene since she came out of hospital a couple of years ago. Because of her complex physical needs she has carers coming to help her 5 times a day. They are an exceptional team. The carers have enabled mum to keep her independence in her own home and
they work with compassion, warmth and kindness. They go above and beyond their roles and have absolutely made mums life so much easier. The company is also incredibly easy to deal with, the staff are always available to talk and the director seems to run his business with the same compassion that his teams do. We are eternally grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Caremark to anyone.

I am very happy with the care that my husband is receiving. The carers are very professional, kind and understanding. I have every confidence in them to keep my husband safe and comfortable. They are always mindful of his needs.
On the occasions I have had dealings with the staff, they have always
been professional, understanding and helpful.

The care and support has been very helpful to me for five or six months. The staff sort out any small problems. As I am partially deaf, I do have communication problems which are embarassing sometimes. A couple of carers are not very patient if this happens. The carers are usually very good and
cheer me up.

hi I'm a full-time carer for my disabled mother who is 95 ive been with caremark for a few years now the nurses have been a great help for my mother they are a credit to their profession.The nurses are punctual and have a friendly nature and also have a laugh with my mother their standard of work is
excellent the staff are very good as well as they have sorted all the problems ive had which is a great help to me as i know i can trust in their support.i am happy i choose caremark and would highly recommend to my family and friends.Any problems i have i can phone the office and the staff listen and help you to their best ability

It's coming upto a year that we have been with Caremark. Overall really satisfied with the service they provide. The carers are always on time friendly, professional, caring & will adapt to the individuals needs.
The management/ office team respond really well to any queries & are always
professional & pleasant.
I would highly recommend Caremark!
