Caremark Liverpool offers a Home Care service to adults experiencing a range of vulnerabilities. Their Care and Support Workers offer support to people living in their own home and in need of assistance, guidance, supervision or motivation in any aspect of their daily living.

The support they provide can be wide and varied, some examples are personal care, housekeeping, shopping, bill paying, reducing isolation, accessing health care services, attending social events or getting out to the local community.

Their service operates 24 hours a day, all year round. Most people require their services between 7 am and 10 pm but they can also provide services outside these hours, such as respite support in the person's own home or live-in care. Their Care and Support Workers have access to a manager at all times. The service is managed by Sarah Crease who has over 15 years of experience within the sector.

They are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and take pride in providing high quality, personalised home care with support provided by professional, committed and friendly staff.

Caremark provides my mum with a very flexible companionship facility. These visits brighten her day, and she looks forward to them. When we are away, they are able to increase contact and can take on additional duties. This service provides reassurance for both of us.

Nothing is too much trouble, very pleasant and caring, well trained. I wish I had known about them before, I would have been with them.
Even the cat is treated the way I would like her to be. Thank you.

A very professional service in all aspects of service from initial meeting and assessment. Very thorough with standards and systems. Covered every need of my wife's concern and health and wellbeing. The personal carer is very understanding and friendly. My wife felt totally comfortable with the carer
and I was reassured that I can leave my wife in total care without any worries.

I enlisted the services of Caremark (Liverpool) to help my father support my fother during the later stages of her life. The carer who visited to provide support was a great comfort to both my mum and dad and provided them with great compassion as well as physical and emotional support.

Caremark Liverpool very quickly arranged a visit, of the manager and a carer, to make an assessment of Mum's need. Mum is 93 and has difficulty walking. My sister was there to give reassurance to our mother (I live in a different town so couldn't be there). My sister told me all went well and the carer
seemed a lovely lady who lived locally and was able to chat with Mum about old shops and buildings that had changed over the years. The carer came for half an hour Monday to Friday and brought a daily newspaper with her. She checked Mum had taken her medications and prepared a lunch for her for later in the day (Mum tended to have lunch at about 3 pm). Rotas were emailed to me and my sister each week and invoices every two weeks. A quick telephone call to the manager and any queries were instantly dealt with. The family have no negative comments at all and would thoroughly recommend Caremark Liverpool.

Caremark has been providing care and support to my mother over the past eight months. The care she has been receiving has helped her to rebuild her confidence and independence back in that time. The Caremark team are always friendly and approachable both in person and over the telephone and are always

These past few years have made me aware of the difference in my health and wellbeing today since ten years ago and I began to make inquiries and visits to the various forms of care offered. Finally, I decided to approach Caremark and was delighted to be accepted. I was impressed by their warm welcome
and professional attitude. With Caremark, I am able to continue to live independently in my own home which I love, and I can also have the relaxed comfort and security of Caremark. My carer has settled well into her weekly hours, responsive to everything I ask her to do and I enjoy her cheerful presence.

The carer was extremely competent and very friendly. All of my mum's issues were dealt with, with the minimum of fuss. She managed to keep to the same time on all three calls each day. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of care provided. The office staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Over the moon, with the care, my granddad has been receiving from Caremark Liverpool. The care workers have been outstanding and really do care about not only completing the tasks at hand but making my grandad happy. From my experience alone I would recommend them to anybody.

Would highly recommend their services always willing to help when and where ever they can staff extremely friendly, they are very caring the ones we had anyway and we did meet a few others also very nice and helpful. I began my care career at Young Epilepsy in November 2004; where I started off as a Support Worker and then in March 2007 became an Assistant Manager of the Residential Home for young ladies with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy.


I then became a Unit Manager for a Bupa Residential Home for the Elderly in August 2012.
I began working for Expect Limited in November 2014 as a Project Manager; and became the Assistant Head of Operations for Day Services in June 2016; overseeing, as a Registered Manager, the delivery of the Outreach/Domiciliary and Day Centre services.


I joined Caremark Liverpool in December 2019 to assist Nabeel in his mission of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool.

I started my career as a teacher with a focus on special educational needs in 2019. From here I found my love for care whilst working as a senior support worker in several different residential homes and schools with children and young people. I initially joined Caremark Liverpool as a Care Administrator but have been promoted to Field Care Supervisor. I am passionate about delivering a quality service and look forward to the challenge of becoming the best home care provider in Liverpool.

My passion for the health and social care sector started in secondary school, where, as a member of the Interact Club, I trained to support people living with HIV and AIDS, their families, and particularly the orphans left behind. My undergraduate degree in administration and management focused on support systems aimed at disadvantaged members of society.


In 2022, as a Senior Carer, I honed my skills in building strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and other professionals.
