Mum has the carer come in to wash & dress her on a morning, I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work she does. Always patient with mum, happy, always smiling, always tidy with her appearance, I don't know what we would do without her. When she is off another carer comes in & also gives good
service. Very pleased with Caremark as a company.

On behalf of my dad and me, I want to express our deepest gratitude to two members of staff for the incredible care and kindness they have shown to my mum. Their patience, compassion, and dedication have been a source of comfort during the most difficult time in our lives.
From the very beginning,
they have gone above and beyond-not just as carers, but as part of our family. Their warmth and genuine care mean the world to us, and knowing Mum is in such loving hands gives us immense peace of mind. Their support has been invaluable, not only for Mum but for both of us as well.
We couldn't have asked for better carers, and we will always be thankful for the difference they have made. You are truly special, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

Absolutely shocking care provider. Numerous complaints regarding keeping to agreed visit times but problem continues. No consistency in carers, four different ones in a day, most not qualified to do the task required, i.e. asking what medication was required. Not fit for purpose. Avoid if you care for
your family members.

We have been very happy with the care Mum has been given during the past two weeks after a four-week stay in hospital. The carers have been cheerful and made Mum's life more bearable at a very challenging time even singing her songs which she looked forward to.

All the carers who come to help my wife are fantastic. They treat her with compassion and are so gentle and caring. They talk to her and are never in a rush to see to her needs. Caremark employees are, in my opinion, the best around.

Carers are all very friendly, well trained and punctual.
The only negative comment would be that initially, the carers were a small group so the staff were consistent. However, lately, we are seeing many different people, all of whom are good but as my mother's eyesight is very poor this can sometimes
be confusing.

My late 86-year-old dad was a client of Caremark's for two-and-a-half years. During that time he was on two half visits twice a day but for the last three months received four visits per day with two carers each time.


My dad received the utmost professional personal care from Caremark's carers during

this two-and-a-half-year period. He was always treated with dignity and respect by his carers, who over the course of time in their care, came to know and love him.


Caremark made a huge difference to the last two-and-a-half years of his life and had it not been for the loyalty and dedication he received from the team that he wouldn't have been able to remain at home. At times they were willing to go above and beyond to assist him.


A huge thank you from me, I will never forget what you did for my dad and I know I can speak for my mom when I say that she will miss your visits and is truly grateful for how you cared for her husband in his final days of need. Big thanks to you.

Just wanted to write a review to give reassurance for anyone having to select carers for their loved ones. Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove) have been really great looking after my Mum. They are always friendly, supportive and take a real interest in her and how she is feeling. Quite often I have opened
the door and they are singing away together. Nothing was too much trouble and they are very flexible around your needs. Every carer was great, one in particular looked after Mum so well. Thank you to the whole team, you made a traumatic time that bit easier to deal with.

Mum built a special bond with her carers from Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove), she would listen to their advice and was cared for as if she were a member of their own family. The carers actually gave the family confidence too as we had never dealt with carers before in this situation, we were very
naive about carers coming into the family home so we can’t thank them enough for the fourteen months since the Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove) team came into our lives and took over caring for both parents. We have received the best possible care and kindness from the whole team, always treating them with respect and dignity, for making them laugh and giving them the lift they need to get through each day. I also liked that they would take five or ten minutes out of their busy schedule to sit down and have a chat or allow time to look at photos with them both.

I have been really pleased with Caremark and their care for my father-in-law. He did not want to have carers in, but the time came when it was necessary. All of the staff, both office-based and carers alike, made it possible for him to stay in his home and supported him with friendly helpfulness. The
carers cheered up his day, and he eventually looked forward to their visits. They were patient and caring and always willing to speak very loudly when the hearing aids weren’t working!

We have been having care for only a couple of months to help with Dad as he's getting very frail and as well as myself, my sister and my brother visiting to care for him every day we felt that we needed extra help. I was a bit concerned as it's a new thing for us and him but shouldn't have worried,
the carers have all been wonderful and contact us immediately if any concerns, and help us to get them resolved. Don't know how we managed without them now. Thank you all so much.
