Fantastic. I was so worried having to leave my previous carers due to loss of income, but I must admit your carers are so well trained and so friendly, they already feel like my friends. They suggest things to help me and are interested in what I talk about and my family.
I am amazed at what they
can do for me without being asked. Thank you.

We started with Caremark after mum had been in hospital for a while and needed more care as she is disabled and lives alone. During our initial contact meeting I found the company very professional with their approach asking all the right questions to learn about mums medical, emotional and mental
condition and concerns. A care plan was then put together to fulfil mums personal needs.
The carers themselves are again very professional, extremely caring and within a week had become part of the family. We have had previous carers for mum and to be honest as her daughter, I was a bit concerned, but I didn't need to worry. Using Caremark has made a difference in my mental health as I know mum is being cared for and safe.

The care team who visit my dad are excellent, their constant attention to detail, physical and mental care of my dad is outstanding, they really do put every effort into ensuring he is looked after to the highest standard. They listen to him and engage each and every time, he looks forward to the
verbal interaction they have,

Have had your service for 8 months and am very satisfied with the care I have received. The only suggestion I would make is that all operatives could wear a name badge to help each meeting.

Mum has the carer come in to wash & dress her on a morning, I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work she does. Always patient with mum, happy, always smiling, always tidy with her appearance, I don't know what we would do without her. When she is off another carer comes in & also gives good
service. Very pleased with Caremark as a company.

On behalf of my dad and me, I want to express our deepest gratitude to two members of staff for the incredible care and kindness they have shown to my mum. Their patience, compassion, and dedication have been a source of comfort during the most difficult time in our lives.
From the very beginning,
they have gone above and beyond-not just as carers, but as part of our family. Their warmth and genuine care mean the world to us, and knowing Mum is in such loving hands gives us immense peace of mind. Their support has been invaluable, not only for Mum but for both of us as well.
We couldn't have asked for better carers, and we will always be thankful for the difference they have made. You are truly special, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

Absolutely shocking care provider. Numerous complaints regarding keeping to agreed visit times but problem continues. No consistency in carers, four different ones in a day, most not qualified to do the task required, i.e. asking what medication was required. Not fit for purpose. Avoid if you care
for your family members.

The carers who have attended to my wife have been absolutely brilliant, they have taken great care. Been very polite, always on time, and fully focused on the person they are caring for. You couldn't ask for better.

We have been very happy with the care Mum has been given during the past two weeks after a four-week stay in hospital. The carers have been cheerful and made Mum's life more bearable at a very challenging time even singing her songs which she looked forward to.

All the carers who come to help my wife are fantastic. They treat her with compassion and are so gentle and caring. They talk to her and are never in a rush to see to her needs. Caremark employees are, in my opinion, the best around.

Carers are all very friendly, well trained and punctual.
The only negative comment would be that initially, the carers were a small group so the staff were consistent. However, lately, we are seeing many different people, all of whom are good but as my mother's eyesight is very poor this can
sometimes be confusing.

Hi to everyone at Caremark, I would just like to say a very big thank for taking care of my Mom who I have just lost. You have a very caring team who showed not just care but a lot of love to our Mom and often made her laugh so many thanks to you all.

My late 86-year-old dad was a client of Caremark's for two-and-a-half years. During that time he was on two half visits twice a day but for the last three months received four visits per day with two carers each time.
My dad received the utmost professional personal care from Caremark's carers
during this two-and-a-half-year period. He was always treated with dignity and respect by his carers, who over the course of time in their care, came to know and love him.
Caremark made a huge difference to the last two-and-a-half years of his life and had it not been for the loyalty and dedication he received from the team that he wouldn't have been able to remain at home. At times they were willing to go above and beyond to assist him.
A huge thank you from me, I will never forget what you did for my dad and I know I can speak for my mom when I say that she will miss your visits and is truly grateful for how you cared for her husband in his final days of need. Big thanks to you.
