Caremark Redditch & Bromsgrove

Just wanted to write a review to give reassurance for anyone having to select carers for their loved ones. Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove) have been really great looking after my Mum. They are always friendly, supportive and take a real interest in her and how she is feeling. Quite often I have opened the door and they are singing away together. Nothing was too much trouble and they are very flexible around your needs. Every carer was great, one in particular looked after Mum so well. Thank you to the whole team, you made a traumatic time that bit easier to deal with.

Mum built a special bond with her carers from Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove), she would listen to their advice and was cared for as if she were a member of their own family. The carers actually gave the family confidence too as we had never dealt with carers before in this situation, we were very naive about carers coming into the family home so we can’t thank them enough for the fourteen months since the Caremark (Redditch & Bromsgrove) team came into our lives and took over caring for both parents. We have received the best possible care and kindness from the whole team, always treating them with respect and dignity, for making them laugh and giving them the lift they need to get through each day. I also liked that they would take five or ten minutes out of their busy schedule to sit down and have a chat or allow time to look at photos with them both.

I have been really pleased with Caremark and their care for my father-in-law. He did not want to have carers in, but the time came when it was necessary. All of the staff, both office-based and carers alike, made it possible for him to stay in his home and supported him with friendly helpfulness. The carers cheered up his day, and he eventually looked forward to their visits. They were patient and caring and always willing to speak very loudly when the hearing aids weren’t working!

I am very pleased with the care I am having from Caremark. They are very careful, willing and helpful and I can talk to them.

We have been having care for only a couple of months to help with Dad as he's getting very frail and as well as myself, my sister and my brother visiting to care for him every day we felt that we needed extra help. I was a bit concerned as it's a new thing for us and him but shouldn't have worried, the carers have all been wonderful and contact us immediately if any concerns, and help us to get them resolved. Don't know how we managed without them now. Thank you all so much.

You looked after a client of mine in January. l was very grateful for the dignified way he was looked after, even when he suddenly passed away. Even now, it's very sad to think he went far too soon, the staff at Bromsgrove were brilliant with him and in these strange times we are now in, l hope everyone is safe and well. The carers are all polite, friendly, caring and thoughtful. They cope with the medical demands efficiently and are constantly monitoring the patient for changes. They show respect at all times and are welcome when they visit. We are satisfied with the service.

Always treat me with respect and always have a chat. I would not be without the staff with all the help they give me. It makes my day to see them.

Caremark provides me with good service. They have helped me and my late husband. Carers are very helpful and kind.

Caremark have been providing 24-hour care for my cousin for more than 5 years now. Each of the carers have provided excellent support and professional care. Two carers look after him now on a regular basis and without doubt, their work is outstanding. They support him in every aspect of his life both personally and socially which gives him a happy secure life at home. Thank you.

Care with consistency - wonderful carers, kindness and understanding for my husband is immobile with dementia and Parkinsons. Nothing is too much trouble, gives me peace of mind. My husband has a Caremark sitter twice a week so that I can get out and about. Very competent, I have no worries about his care. I can't recommend Caremark highly enough. At this difficult time, they are a godsend.
