I was fortunate indeed to find Caremark Glasgow West in the summer when I was looking for intermittent personal care for my mother. She regularly goes to stay with my brother in Hamilton and we found ourselves needing someone to come in daily to shower her and dress her. Emma and Neil responded immediately to my enquiry and this was followed up with a visit from Emma and the care plan was put in place.
The girls who come to look after Mum (96) are punctual, friendly, patient, professional and very careful with this elderly lady. My mother so enjoys her time with them and they attend to everything required day to day when she is in Hamilton. I have no worries at all when I know Emma or one of the team are looking after Mum. Our schedule is intermittent at times but they always are able to accommodate us and do so beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark Glasgow West to you! 5* every time.

We recently engaged Caremark to provide personal care for my elderly mum who came to stay with us during June and latterly in July this year. Prior to engaging them Emma came to visit my mum to introduce herself and to explain the care they would could offer to meet my mums, and our, needs. We were very impressed with the meeting and happily arranged for them to provide mums personal care. Emma undertook the care during mums stay in June and in July we had Jackie, Donna and Emma to assist mum. We were delighted with the service they provided and all arrived promptly and always had a smile to greet us and mum.
I cannot thank them enough and we will most certainly engage their wonderful service in the future. Thanks you all so much.

“My wonderful mum Milly was diagnosed with dementia in 2022, and as a family we looked after her as well as we could at home for as long as we could, delivering that all-important care. We also received visits from external carers during this period of time. The issues facing them and, as a result, us as a family and most importantly Mum, were stark. Ultimately, they lacked the time, consistency, support, knowledge and skills to provide mum with the level of care she required. I knew at this moment there was no option; when the time was right, I would give everything to bring about a huge change and improvement in the level of care being provided to the people of Glasgow.
