Helpful and generally responsive to requests. We are fortunate to have 2 regular carers Ella and Hilary on Ella's day off, both of whom are friendly efficient and know the ropes. Occasionally we have someone different - they have always been polite but it can be tricky having to talk them through every
step - understandable for anyone on their first day, so asked that we keep different carers to a minimum which they try to do. Albert has visited a couple of times to that end and is helpful in trying to do his best.

I am quite happy with the service, especially the female carers, but having so many different carers, I have to tell them how to do the routine every time. In fact, I'm really doing it myself. I would like a more permanent female carer, but I would like some say in who it is.

I would like to thank all the staff of Caremark for the fantastic care they have given my mum over the past year right up until she sadly passed away in October 25. In particular of course her carers led by Lucia & Love who have been exceptional and went above & beyond to make my mum comfortable and
give her the best care.


Thank you all so much she loved you all and of course you are continuing to care for my stepdad in the same way keep up the very good work.

Dupinder is very experienced at her work she bring good presentation on serving meals with hot plate underneath plate. She doesn't put or over fill plate with food which is good for me. I like her smile when comes through door to greet me she overall very professional at her work and values her job.
She more for office work than carer but shes also good at that caring job to.

All carers are very nice, helpful and pleasant, they are on time and when I mention how my mother likes her dessert hot they do their best when their not used to these types of desserts I.e crumbles.
But she is happy with her care and it's nice to feel that she is being looked after and is able to
enjoy a little chat.

My experience with Caremark Bristol & South Gloucestershire was really positive. They were able to quickly assess my dad and set up a care plan for him when he returned home from a nursing home. There was a clear rota and the carers were all very professional and caring. When my dad's needs changed
they were incredibly responsive and able to increase the number of carers at short notice, keeping me informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am very pleased we chose Caremark to care for my elderly mother, who has dementia. The carers take excellent care of her, calling the family, her GP or the District Nurse with any issues when necessary. They are very caring when applying her various creams. They encourage her to eat as she doesn't
have much of an appetite. It is a big weight off my mind to know she is being so well cared for as I live in another county.

This is a fairly new provider for us. We have been using Caremark for a few months. The carers have been easy to deal with should any issues arise. We feel that they are working together with the family to care for our father.

I have used Caremark for 3-4 years. They have some excellent carers who have looked after me in a professional and sensitive way. Getting to know me and my support needs. Some staff do need extra training in communication.
They have provided weekly rotas with times which are kept to. Which is really
helpful. They are flexible in that you can have half hour or hour slots.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark is you required care in the home.

I apologise that I cannot remember our carer's name, but be assured she was excellent. My wife said she was thoughtful, enthusiastic and very caring. My wife's personal care was very good, she was very confident in persuading her when my wife seemed reluctant. Her ability to communicate meant that my
wife responded and loved to chat and contribute more than she normally would.
The next time that I use your services I'm confident that you will continue to be very able. I recommend your care.

I'm very impressed by the standard of care provided by Caremark. Both the care staff and the office staff have taken the time to listen to and understand my specific needs. The office staff are efficient and approachable, and the care staff are all friendly, reliable punctual, thorough and kind.

Caremark were wonderful in caring for my wife at home during her end of life period. All carers were extremely helpful, competent and friendly at all times. There were no issues whatsoever and they all did a tremendous job in caring for her during a very difficult time. They were all polite and I looked
upon them as family. I know that my late wife did too. Our family could not have been allocated a better home care provider. I am so grateful to all at Caremark and especially the carers who attended four times a day, to make my wife so comfortable with their care duties.
They are exceptional and special people who I cannot thank enough.

The service my husband received from Caremark was excellent. All the carers that came were very caring and professional. The carer my husband received in the last few weeks before he was admitted to the hospice was a young man that was a credit to his profession. He talked to my husband with true feelings

Amit is a Business graduate and awarded with CIPD Level 7 certificate in Human Resource Management. His working career started in Human Resources and has worked with Global Multinational companies such as DHL Express & The Hershey Company. He has extensive experience in leading and developing teams to deliver high-quality services.


Amit’s first real experience of care came at a time when his father-in-law suffered from cancer and was looked after by his wife. The care he went on to receive was of a particularly high standard, and this served as an inspiration and as the driving force behind his involvement with Caremark.


Amit is driven by a passion to provide excellent quality care services and with the support of Caremark Franchise Network is keen to provide high-quality person-centred care for people wishing to remain in their own homes.
