Partson, who is our Managing Director, is a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with nearly 20 years of frontline healthcare experience. For the past decade, he has worked as a qualified mental health nurse across a wide range of settings in the North West, including the NHS, private hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based services. Prior to becoming a nurse, Partson spent over 10 years providing hands-on care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and age-related needs.

Throughout his career, Partson has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure seamless, tailored care pathways for every individual. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and his practice is underpinned by empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to supporting people during their most vulnerable moments.
