Mum has a live in carer. Mum has a tablet that cycles through photos. It was lovely to hear that after only a few days looking after Mum her carer had paid so much attention to Mum that she'd learnt a lot of the family names and faces from the photos. When I visited she was so attentive to Mum, always on hand when needed to offer her care. It's a great reassurance that Mum has someone to look after her throughout the day. Thank you, Amy for organising this for us.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. Were delighted to hear how quickly your mums livein carer connected with her and took the time to learn family names and faces from her photo tablet. Building those personal connections is such an important part of the care we provide, and its...
Carers are friendly and very obliging. Their work is very satisfactory when they are here I feel safe + secure.
It is wonderful to read your review! Knowing that you find our carers 'very obliging' and that you feel safe and secure is the highest compliment we can receive. We strive to provide the best care possible, and your positive feedback means a lot to us. Thank you
It is early days BUT I have to say that my mum & the extended family are already feeling the benefits of the care provided. Knowing that there is someone there every day makes life a lot less anxious & stressful.
Communication and information sharing has been straightforward & my mum feels safe.
I genuinely appreciate the care & support that mum receives from Caremark and I can relax knowing that she has excellent care from committed, caring people - my mum has got her "spark" back...
H K, thank you so much for your incredibly kind words about our team. It is truly a pleasure caring for your mum and getting to know your family. Knowing that we've brought peace of mind to you means the world to us. We look forward to continuing to support your mother in the comfort of her own home.
