It is an excellent service in every sense of the word, since then my mother has been doing nothing during the day. Before the carers come , my mother was extremely lazy, she did not walk, she only slept and ate during the day, the term took care of my mother, they were patient with her without getting
angry or nervous,

I was very pleased I was offered the same service as my wife. I have been very pleased with the service. They help me with my washing and dressing I found out that they are very helpful and if I am sore they treat me with care. They are always there to get me ready for my clubs and they ask me what
time I have to be ready they ask me if I had a good night. I can't praise them enough for what they do for me.

My carer is very helpful, considerate and goes beyond if I am in trouble. She always looks smart and has all the gloves etc with her. She is always on time and if she has to be early then the time I am allotted she always tries to help. She always has a smile on her face and always asks if I have had
a good night and am sore anywhere.

We have been using Caremark now for the past 4 years. My partner is bedbound and needs help with his meals and personal care. Overall the service has been excellent and my partner likes the regular carers and has a good experience. They are always attentive to his needs and ask him if he is comfortable
before leaving him. I can trust them to do their job and cater for his needs when I am unavailable due to shopping or appointments.

Really happy with the care my mum receives from Caremark. The regular carer is outstanding. I am very demanding about the level of care my mum receives. She meets those expectations. Thank you Caremark and the regular carer for giving me peace of mind that my mum is cared for.

There are not enough words of praise to describe two members of staff in particular. They are kind and caring and very efficient. Always here on time with a smile when I'm feeling down. I love them like my family. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have helped me from lying in bed to walking
on my zimmer frame.
