As a nurse herself, my mother has spent years caring for others so when her body grew tired and help was needed Caremark came into our lives. The carers are supportive, friendly and go out of their way to become a friend to us all. Mum is looked after in a professional way with a loving feel, our carer is her friend now, giving dignity and laughter.
Thank you for kind words and appreciation for our team.
Carers are very good but lack understanding of some English words.
Thank you for feedback and I really appreciate your time to review us. We strive to achieve excellence in care and we hope to achieve 5 stars in all aspects.
They are ok on the whole. Some are stroppy with a poor attitude. Could improve greatly.
My worst complaint is they broke my last three small plates which means now I have to use my dinner plates and the other problem is I have had so many different people. I get used to someone and that can take a couple of weeks but then they have gone. Some are here for one day only.
Thank you for your review and we are pleased to hear that you are happy with your regular carers. However we will be resolving the issues raised by you and care manager will get in touch in the next 24 hours.
My husband has been very well looked after by your teams since July this year. They are all very kind, caring and considerate.
Thank you for your kind words of appreciation for the whole team of Caremark (Watford & Hertsmere).
My mum had returned from hospital having suffered two fractures. Things were very different for her as her mobility was so limited. Her carers have been outstanding; attentive, kind, professional and have respected her dignity at all times. They have offered great advice and I absolutely trust her care in their hands. Superb!
Thank you for your kind words of appreciation for the whole team of Caremark Watford & Hertsmere.
The carers look after my husband very well and are also very friendly and put him at ease.
Thank you for your kind words for our Watford Care team.
I am currently a service user as I have broken my knee and leg after an accident. The care I am currently receiving from Caremark is exceptional. I feel I am maintaining my independence and the carers understand my needs. Would highly recommend Caremark. I feel happy and relaxed with the care I receive and couldn’t ask for more. Five-star care from the carers to the office. Brilliant. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words and appreciation for our care team.
Your carers are all so kind, gentle and good-humoured. They manage to attend regularly with amazing punctuality considering the flexible needs of previous clients. Much praise and a big thank you to all.
I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Caremark on the quality of the service they provide. The management is very accessible responsive and pleasant to deal with. The carers never rush and take their time to do things gently and with care. They are always cheerful and provide not only personal care but also pastoral care, which is very important.
The whole Caremark team are very helpful. I would recommend them to care for a loved one as you would have peace of mind they are being very well looked after.
We found the company very very professional and helpful all the time. The care persons who visit are very polite and caring for the patients. Their time keeping is mostly very good, the carer would always inform us if they are running late due to traffic problems or over run the time at the previous client. The manager is very helpful and always try to accommodate your needs. I would very strongly recommend Caremark to any one who needs care.
Every individual concerned with my sister's care and treated my sister with professional care, kindness, patience and good humour in sometimes trying circumstances. When the need for full-time care in a home, their recommendation was welcomed and acted on without subsequent regret. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need.
