Really happy with the care my mum receives from Caremark. The regular carer is outstanding. I am very demanding about the level of care my mum receives. She meets those expectations. Thank you Caremark and the regular carer for giving me peace of mind that my mum is cared for.

Overall Experience

The carers are efficient, friendly and polite. They are reliable and professional. We are happy with the care they provide. The only tweek is the timing as sometimes it can be a bit haphazard.

Outstanding service by Caremark and dealing with the manager was exceptional. Not once was there any issue too much trouble in dealing with my aunt. I feel that the care provided was fantastic.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how outstanding my carer is. She has helped me so much over the last few months and has been so good with my care needs. She is very hardworking, takes extra care and attention to her work and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m ok. Caremark should be very proud to have her as a member of their team.

My mother is genuinely cared for by the lovely carers and management at Caremark. They are professional, efficient, thoughtful, kind, pragmatic, hard-working and they genuinely care. I feel that my mother is in safe hands and that her independence is valued and respected and she has a lovely chat with her carers who know her so well.

I was very satisfied with this company and I am still. I recommend with all my heart, the managers and employees of this company are people who truly care and put their heart into everything they do. The staff and management take care of customers from A to Z, care, communication and affection, they offer all the staff as well as management for people with various kinds of difficulties.

Overall Experience

This agency comes highly recommended - the team at Caremark (Watford & Hertsmere) has responded to all our queries immediately and provided safe and caring home care. The care team have been wonderful and we have got to know them; they really care and want to do whatever they can to assist. All the carers we have had have been lovely and also attentive. the manager leads a great team and the carers are always polite and eager to help with anything they can. We will continue to use Caremark (Watford & Hertsmere) and would recommend them to anyone needing care at home.

Overall Experience
All of the carers have been polite, cheerful, helpful and reliable. Fortunately, my recovery since leaving hospital has been progressive and thus their real value has been useful in dealing with medical matters such as monitoring my medicines and attachment of catheters etc. But most of all, the pleasure, as a single person, of somebody to talk to and to know if I have a mishap that somebody is due to call or reach something I find inaccessible.

I am unable to comment on 'value for money' as yet as I am having difficulty in getting an accurate invoice from Hertfordshire County Council Finance Department.

Overall Experience

The majority of carers are very good, just the odd one that sees it as a job not really caring. During the week, timetables are pretty good, not so at the weekends, then they are irregular.

Absolutely disgusting company. Apparently, me and my Nan have lied about everything and they haven’t put a finger wrong. Should have seen the managers face when the video evidence was taken out.
Can’t put much here as it gets removed or they won’t publish it but a quick search of their company will bring it up.

Avoid it at all costs if you love your family.
