Overall Experience
Initially this Care Firm were visiting my stepdad for only one hour twice a week as he was relatively independent.
Time has marched on and it's a very different story now. His health has declined and he now has dementia, with many associated issues.. The girls have coped with many emergency situations with him in the most caring and calm way.
Jasmine is the most professional and knowledgeable Care Manager and the carers are kind , caring and so willing to help in many aspects of care .
She's been a tower of strength to me while he's been in hospital and has talked me through the 24/7 care he will need on discharge.

I have no hesitation in recommending Caremark Cambridge for any care need

Overall Experience
We hired Caremark in Cambridge to help look after my aged Father last September and I can honestly say they have been excellent.
All the carers are kind, attentive but professional and we wouldn't have coped without them.

Jasmine the manager and liaison person is very professional, but having been there herself as a frontline carer brings an understanding and adaptability to our care needs and having looked at two or three other firms before choosing Caremark we couldn't have been happier with our decision'

Overall Experience

After months of declining health culminating in a hospital admission, my mother's care needs increased significantly and we knew that she needed a long-term, reliable option to provide at-home care. We were very lucky to find Caremark - from the first contact with Jasmine and her team, it's been a really positive experience and my mum is very happy with the care she is receiving. The carers are warm, friendly and truly care about their clients. Jasmine has been an excellent communicator and very flexible, which has taken some of the pressure off me and other family members. Highly recommend!

Overall Experience

Following spinal surgery my father's care needs quickly became overwhelming for me as his sole next of kin. Within 2 hours of initially calling Caremark someone arrived to assess the situation and offered to put care into place immediately. As the situation has evolved so too have our needs and Caremark have been amazing at adding extra care at short notice. I am now able to be a better daughter and supporter to my father by not being his full time caregiver and he feels happier and less of a burden.

Overall Experience

I received a call from Mum at 7:20am yesterday. I missed the call but she left me a long message and she sounded very down and at death's door. I didn't hear anymore from the carers that give her meds so assumed she was OK. I received another call from Mum at 1:20pm this time she was positively ecstatic and extremely happy with the time she had had with her carer. They had gone to Saffron Walden, one of Mum's favourite places and mum was really singing her carers praises. I just wanted to report this and send our thanks and warmest regards to Precious for making Mum so happy.

Overall Experience

Caremark is full of lovely, warm, caring people. It's a delight to hear my mother chatting away with them; her world has been very narrow since my father passed away, and the carers are excellent at engaging her. I would recommend the Cambridge branch without reservation.

Overall Experience

So far as personal care is concerned my carers have always shown a high standard of professionalism. During lunch time visits they are willing to help with jobs around the house which I can no longer manage and in the evenings they make sure that I am comfortably in bed before they leave. They are invaluably friendly and polite.

Overall Experience

We have needed care for 2 members of the household for nearly 3 years. The care has been exceptional both daily visits for personal care and extended visits for family repsite time, the most being 12 days at a time. Our Mother felt safe with the carers and their care of her allowed her to be able to feel less stress and anxiety - always greeted them with a reciprocal smile. When issues arose and extra care needed, management were prompt and thorough in their response.

Caremark are a wonderful team of caring and compassionate individuals. Heartfelt thanks for your care of my ex-husband and thank you from our two sons, too. Your office staff were so kind and understanding when we telephoned. The whole team supported and helped in every imaginable way. As we live out of the area it was a comfort to know that he was in such safe and professional hands. All your ladies were so kind, gave him confidence, raised his spirits and cleaned his home. My mother is very pleased with the help she is getting, particularly from one specific staff member. The carers are all very kind and aware of her needs. The admin team also seems to be very organised, helpful, and flexible.

Overall Experience

After breaking my leg badly I would not have been able to live at home without the support of Caremark. The carers were respectful but easy to get on with, especially those I saw most. They were prepared to do anything I needed and were courteous towards any family and friends who were visiting.

Overall Experience
I suffer from severe fibromyalgia, therefore I cannot give myself showers or change my bed. I'm in bed 23/24hrs only leaving bed via a wheelchair to get to the toilet and also to get easy access to food.
Without this help, I would need residential care which is way off my wish list.
I want to stay in my home as this is where I feel most secure and comfortable.
I appreciate this support I feel I am listened to when I phone the office to express myself.

I would recommend Caremark to anyone. We had live-in for my father-in-law from the end of August 2023 until the end of March 2024 and they were absolutely brilliant. They cared for him with respect and gentleness, as if he were their own family member. He lived with us, so they became part of our family too. They were supportive of us but also gave us privacy. We can't thank them enough for all they did through what was a difficult and, ultimately, very sad time. Quality care with compassion is just what anyone would want.

Overall Experience
Staff at Caremark moved quickly to assess and support my mother when family carers were feeling overwhelmed with my mother’s challenging behaviours - due to her Alzheimer’s Disease and her feeling unsettled in a different environment.
The carers that were placed with my mother were kind and professional and provided some much-needed respite for the family.

Caremark is always going to be my first choice when choosing a care agency to support a family member.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness given to my husband since November by the ladies from Caremark. Even when care has been demanding because he's been especially poorly, they have all been patient and concerned to do the best for him. I have never been left out of the picture, the carers always referred to me if decisions needed to be made. It's been a blessing to have so much ironing done!
I have been very appreciative of the support received personally from the care manager. She has shown genuine interest in my welfare, phoning to see how I am and to offer advice on how to look after myself.

An exceptional home care provider and when my husband returns home after four weeks - respite for me - I will welcome them being with us once again.

I felt it was about time I leave a nice review regarding Caremark, seeing as I have been with them for four years now. They do a brilliant job every day and I cannot emphasise enough that they have made a big difference to my quality of life. They have looked after me with utmost care and kindness; their carers are of incredibly high standards. I have three carers whose care is truly special! You know who you are ladies! You guys have looked after me with care that could not be better. You have looked after me with such compassion following a very stressful and painful illness. I think it's fair to say without Caremark I would probably not be here. Thank you guys, you are all superstars!
