Fantastic carers, very conscientious and so nice and kind towards my 86-year-old mum. It has greatly increased my peace of mind and Mum’s care and comfort. Caremark has also dealt with some short-notice rota changes due to sudden hospital trips. They have been very flexible and patient with rearranging things to get back to caring for Mum once she was discharged. I would really recommend them.
Glad to hear that our support of your mom has afforded you peace of mind. We always endeavour to care for the client and their family, that's at the heart of who we are and what we do.

Although my care requirements have been very much light touch following an operation, I have been impressed with the whole operation right from the assessment through to my final visit. All the staff have been efficient in their tasks, convivial conversationalist and friendly personalities. I cannot fault the service I received.
Should you require support with anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Caremark's carers are the best! Kind, friendly and very patient and take their responsibilities seriously. My wife and I are delighted with the care provided to my wife's father, (96 years young!) in washing, dressing and providing basic care. Having met one of your carers recently I was very impressed indeed with her dedication. You should all be proud of yourselves! Jolly well done!
Thank you for your thoughtful encouragement which we will convey to our team. We are happy to hear that you are pleased. It is truly a pleasure to be able to support your dad. The support and prompt responses from you, his family, have made our job so much easier. If there is ever anything more we can do, we are just a phone call away.
I just wanted to write to say how wonderful you, your organization and your team have been. It must have been clear to you that this was always going to be a short assignment and yet your team immediately set up a care programme for mum and provided some super carers. As a result, we were able to keep mum at home. At no point did you treat us differently just because this was going to be a short term. You should be proud of your organization and culture. Thank you again for being exactly the type of organization people need in their time of need.
Thank you for your very kind and thoughtful message. It was a real honour for us to be able to support your mum's care and support needs, even though for such a short term. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your family and welcoming our carers into your home. Your positive feedback means so...
Care for this client has been ongoing since October on a 24/7 live-in basis. At the time of searching for a new care provider, there had been a lot of issues, including safeguarding with the previous company. We were understandably concerned about hiring in a new provider. The assessment process was comprehensive and covered all aspects of the care needed for this client. He can be very demanding and is often confused which needs careful handling if things are not to escalate. I felt listened to and understood by the assessor and the proposed carer who also attended. Because of my health I was unable to make the trip home safely so I was able to witness the high standards of care and attention to detail observed by the carer as well as his kindness and happy disposition which he uses with good effect on the client to "jolly him along". The carer is a swift learner who fitted into the household immediately and started establishing his own routines around daily running of the house.
Thank you for taking time to review our services. We are especially happy to hear that you felt listened to and understood by the assessor and have found the live-in carer to be a great companion and support for the client, with his kindness and happy disposition that you have kindly noted. Sorry...
I've been with Caremark for a couple of years having been recommended by a friend whose mother had been in their care. I had been hospitalised following a serious fall. Right from the start - interview with Caremark organiser - and visits on a regular rota since then, the care delivered has been impeccable. All the carers who have visited me have been 100 per cent professional, yet have established a relationship that has become a friendship. Getting undressed in front of anyone has always been an embarrassment for me but all my carers have been so understanding. I always feel that the 'social side' of my visits is as important as the physical help, as on many days of the week the carer will be the only person I see. A happy chat over a quick cup of coffee before they leave invariably brightens my morning and thus improves my mental health. I really look forward to these very special ladies coming to care for me.
Thank you for your heartwarming review of our care and support services; we are happy that you have considered our services to be impeccable. Our carers truly look forward to visiting you and all our clients; it means a lot to us that you entrust us with your care and support needs. Our gratitude...
Thank you Caremark.
It means a lot to us that you have chosen us to provide care and support for you. If there is anything more we can do for you, please call our offices, we would love to hear from you.
Five stars are not enough to express my opinion of Caremark. Quite simply the most superb, professional and caring agency I have come across. The care for my mother - and myself too, has been absolutely superb. Without exception, every carer who has come into our home over the past few years has been brilliant. Professional, caring, kind and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure my mother's needs were met with love, care and humour. The care and support given to me too has been beyond words. In the hardest of times, all the girls have kept me going and so many of them felt like part of my family. To see how well they cared for my mother and how much they truly cared for her has meant so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
A heartfelt thank you for your very refreshing review and the depth of emotions it evokes in us as care providers for your mom. It means a lot to us that you were pleased with our care and support for your mom and also appreciated our relationship with you. Thank you for acknowledging that you felt...
My grandmother has been a client of Caremark since December 2020. Some of her requirements for care have naturally increased and/or altered during this time but the quality of care she is given and the kindness and support that the ladies from Caremark all provide to her are exemplary. My grandmother really looks forward to her care visits. As her family, we know she is being fully supported in maintaining her independence and, in turn, this allows her to continue to live in her own home. Thank you to the entire team at Cambridge Caremark who are involved with my grandmother's ongoing care and support.
A heartfelt thank you for taking the time to review us. We are happy to hear how your grandmother looks forward to our carers coming to support her. Thank you for appreciating the quality of care we provide; our clients are very important to us and there is nothing too big or too small. If there is any way we can support further, we are only a phone call away. Thank you again.
Our 95-year-old mother has dementia and macular degeneration. The carers provided by Caremark have all been very caring, professional and efficient. We are very happy to leave Mum at home in their care. Caremark management are always available, very approachable and willing to help resolve any problems.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are happy to hear that you feel confident to leave your mum in our care. We will always endeavour to do our best for all our clients. Remember, should you need extra support with anything, we are only a phone call away.
The lovely staff at Caremark have been looking after my dad who has dementia for the last couple of years. Dad always seems to have enjoyed their visits and he has been looked after very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking help for a loved one.
To begin with, Mother (nearly 99 and living in her own home) just needed help once a week to have a bath. Subsequently, the visits had to be upped and are now three times a day, seven days a week. Caremark always answer the telephone swiftly, listen, help with decision making and sort out the issue or a new rota the same day. The manager does a wonderful job in providing the care needed and the carers are all friendly, empathetic and un-fussed regarding the personal care needed and seem to be unfailingly upbeat and kind. One of the carers and my mother seem to have formed a very special relationship and her going for five of the seven days provides some sort of continuity.
Thank you for the review Caroline, I am really pleased that we were able to deliver a great level of service to your mum and you, we pride ourselves on looking after our clients to a high standard and your comments are really appreciated.
Caremark is a friendly, professional company that goes above normal duties and are good with doing extra jobs and details, which makes all the difference in keeping daily routines going in the home when caring for an elderly parent. I can recommend them as one of the best in South Cambridge.
Paul, thank you for the review. We always try to look after our clients in the best possible way and will continue to try and improve the level of care we deliver.
Brilliant, the staff at Caremark Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are always happy to help. They are kind, thoughtful and most importantly they are very efficient and always on time. I am very happy with the service they provide and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
Thank you for the very kind words, I am really pleased that you are receiving the level of service we would expect you to receive.
We were very impressed with how quickly the care we required was organised for us. The carer they supplied, soon settled in, and within days my father was responding well and she was great support and help to my mother too. Unfortunately, my father is now in a nursing home but if he gets well enough to come home we would love the same carer to come back.
I underwent open-heart surgery on May 30th 2019. I am 76 years old and live alone, knew I would need help afterwards, even for simple tasks, and engaged Caremark in advance, initially for 2 hours/7 days, later 1 hour/5 days; 10 weeks in total.
I felt very secure with this organisation, e.g. my hospital discharge date kept changing but the supervisor and the first carer were on my doorstep the day I returned home. The supervisor had earlier taken note of my circumstances; new carers were introduced and briefed by an earlier carer; they arrived punctually or phoned to say if there was a snag. I found them delightful people, intelligent and well-mannered, prepared to do anything to help me and to do it quickly and to high standards: washing, cleaning and ironing, shopping, accompanying me on my regulation walks, keeping me company, changing light bulbs, cleaning silver. They had clearly been professionally trained in basic security matters. I shall miss them.
Thank you for your kind words, I am very pleased that you found our service was of a high standard and I really appreciate you taking the time to write the review.
We are very pleased with the service and the carers are lovely and will do anything to help my mother to prepare for the day.
Thank you so much for your professional support.
Thank you for your kind words, we are very happy to be looking after your mother and pleased that you are happy with the service.
Fantastic service, the team would not do enough for my uncle.
Having had previous experience of care teams we were worried.
It is no exaggeration to say Caremark Cambridge & South Cambridgeshire were 100 times better.
I am overwhelmed by the care my uncle is receiving from Caremark. All the carers are trained to a very high standard with a positive 'can do' attitude. My uncle has gone from one visit a day to three visits a day very quickly. Caremark responded to his requirements extremely quickly with no fuss at all. I would strongly recommend Caremark as a competent and caring care provider.

Having worked for many well-known Retailers over the last 30 years including B&Q and Superdrug and more recently being employed as the Operations Director for B&Q's parent company Kingfisher in Russia I wanted to open my own business and do something completely different. My wife and mother-in-law both work in home care and I found myself being excited by the opportunity of setting up a new business where I could add something back to the community by looking after people in their own homes and giving them a better quality of life through a well trained and caring team of support workers.
Working in care for several years and being passionate about delivering the best standards of professional care and support it made sense for my husband and me to open the Homecare business where we can offer our services to the local community. Given the growing need for Homecare, I am looking forward to ensuring our clients in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire get the level of service they deserve.
I joined Caremark in July 2020 after always wanting to work in healthcare. I am passionate about providing a high-quality care service and ensuring people can remain happy and comfortable in their own homes. I was delighted to be offered the opportunity of becoming a Care Manager as it means I can continue working with both clients and carers to make sure we are providing the best service possible.
Mel has over 10 years of care experience in both office and field roles and her real passion is looking after people. Mel has built up a great rapport with many of our customers and is now doing a great job in the office where she can influence and look after all of our customers.
Having worked in Hospitality for several years I decided to join Caremark Cambridge in August 2022 to try a different career and learn new approaches to working in a new sector. Working in care has been really rewarding and given me a lot of satisfaction, I am really looking forward to taking on the new challenge of the Field Care Supervisor role.
I joined Caremark in 2025 as a Business Administration Apprentice and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed working in the care sector. At the end of my apprenticeship, I was excited to be offered the role of Care Coordinator, and I’ve really valued the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team.
I have enjoyed getting to know both our customers and the wider team, and I’m passionate about supporting people to remain independent in their own homes. Being part of their journey and helping to make day-to-day life a little easier is something I find incredibly rewarding.
I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in my role and contributing to the high-quality service we provide.
I worked in care for a couple of years before joining Caremark in 2024, and I was delighted to become a Senior Carer in 2025. My role allows me to work alongside Jessica, supporting both staff and customers out in the field, as well as helping in the office when needed.
I am passionate about making customers feel valued, respected, and truly listened to. Building trust and offering reassurance is something that comes naturally to me, and I always aim to be a supportive, reliable presence for my colleagues, too. Being a listening ear and helping others grow in confidence is one of the parts of the job I enjoy most.
I’m proud to be part of the Caremark team and to play a role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care.
