Richard has a wealth of business experience having run and operated a number of his own successful businesses over the past 20 years. He has a passion to provide high standards of care in Northern Ireland and also to create positive team work environments.
Emily has a degree in Health Promotion, a postgraduate diploma in Health Promotion and a Masters in Executive Leadership. Emily worked in the voluntary sector in Northern Ireland’s leading Cancer Charity Action Cancer, managing the charity's Health Promotion services before leaving to set up Caremark Northdown, Ards and Belfast with her husband Richard.
Alana has been working in the domiciliary care sector for over 10 years. Alana joined the Caremark team in April 2019 and was shortly promoted to Care Manager in October 2019. Alana holds her Level 3 certificate in Health and Social Care and is at the final stages of completing her Level 5 Health and Social Care. Outside of work, Alana volunteers within a youth organisation focusing on youth development.
Roxanne has worked in education and training since 2011 and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Further Education. She has a wealth of experience in developing bespoke training sessions, personalised to meet organisational needs, as well as running a dynamic learning environment. Roxanne is a Dementia Friends trainer for the Alzheimer’s Society and has enhanced the knowledge of the workforce in the provision of Dementia Friends workshops. He has 14 years’ experience working in the statutory, voluntary and private sectors. Christopher has worked in a number of different fields, such as mental health, physical/learning disability, families and young people. Christopher is trained in a range of various different therapeutic approaches and groupwork interventions.
Emma has over 20 years of experience working in Health and Social Care. She has extensive experience across Supported Living, Residential Care and Domiciliary Care, and holds Level 5 qualifications in both Leadership and Management and Residential Care.
Emma previously worked with Caremark as a Care Manager and has recently rejoined the team as Service Development Manager. She is passionate about developing high-quality care services that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Amanda has been working at Caremark NI since 2020. She started with us as a Care Assistant, quickly progressing to the role of Area Care Supervisor and then, in 2023, she became an Area Care Manager, and now she is a Deputy Care Manager. During her time with us, she has completed level 3 and level 5 qualifications as well as several internal courses.
Gulnaz started with Caremark in June 2018 after looking after her mum, who suffered from cancer before she passed away.
She has a Btec HND in Textiles and has been running a successful import/export clothing business with her Husband, alongside being a World Team Member as an Independent Herbalife Distributor, helping people in the community to lead a healthier lifestyle. Since joining Caremark as a Care and Support Worker part-time, she swiftly moved on to become a full-time Supervisor within 6 months of starting and has completed Level 3 Health and Social Care through the company.
Joanne is a Registered Nurse with 36 years of experience across Community Care, District Nursing, Care Management and Health Regulation and Quality Improvement. After taking early retirement from the Health Service, she joined Caremark as the Quality and Complaints Manager in early 2025. Joanne’s motivation is and has always been making a difference to people’s lives. She aims to use her knowledge, skills and experience in supporting Caremark in providing safe, effective and compassionate care.
