Caremark provided a live in carer for two weeks to stay with my mum who is 91 with Alzheimer's. My mum lives with me and I went on holiday. Each time I called mum whilst I was away she was settled and happy with the carer and I was given regular updates about mums well-being. When I returned home all the washing had been done, the house was clean and there was even a roast meal waiting for us to enjoy. The experience was very good and the carer was kind, efficient and friendly. Mum was very well looked after. THANKYOU Caremark.

I have found Caremark Worthing to be a very understanding and adaptable care provider for home care visits.
All staff have been very professional with clear communication and adapted where possible to our changing needs.

The care staff who I have met are friendly, patient and understanding and the online reporting after each visit has been extremely useful in reassuring us that my father is ok. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone considering home care.

Following a long stay in Hospital my elderly mother has been receiving care from Caremark Sutton.
I couldn't be more grateful.
The standard of care has been exceptional.
Every carer that visits is kind and compassionate and treats my mother with respect. She is very happy with the carers.
It gives me peace of mind that my mother is being looked after by a dedicated team of carers.

When I called Caremark Edinburgh, Jody was so helpful.she came to the house for an assessment spoke so nicely I understand everything I was so happy with the assessment. My father in law started with the Caremark Edinburgh he is happy with the care. I had a review with the social worker and Jody support me and my father in law to get more care hours as he was need more support and I get more help and this helps my well-being.

Mum is despirate to stay in her own home, however she is struggling to cope. Caremark have been fantastic in providing the care we need. The managers are easily contacted and very responsive. The carers are delightful. Caremark Lewis tries to use a small group of regular carers who have built up a great relationship with Mum. Mum has had to be admitted to hospital on several occasions, Caremark have been excellent at working with the discharge planners to get Mum back home quickly. I would highly recommend Caremark Lewis as providers of high quality personal care.

My mum was hospitalised, so we needed extra care when she returned home, the hospital recommended caremark and I am so happy we chose them. Every single carer that helped my mum was friendly, polite and showed her so much respect, which is all you can ask for. The office staff have been great as we have had to adjust the care package a few times whilst mum recovers. Nothing is too much trouble, and I would have no hesitation recommending this company. We were grateful to the caremark team for providing respite care while my in-laws visited us. They were thorough and flexible to our fluid needs, and they showed a genuine desire to understand the client and our family and to provide the best care possible, going to great lengths to provide dignified personal care, enjoyable activities and conversation relevant to his interests. It can be daunting to put your vulnerable loved one in a new person's care but they put us at ease with their warm and understanding approach and were completely reliable in providing the care we needed when we needed it. Thankyou so much for the level of care my mother has recieved so far. From the very first call I had with Emma I felt reassured they would have her best interests at heart.

So far she is responding very well and it feels like she is back closer to her normal self given the circumstances. The carers I have met have been friendly and are supporting mum well in her home.

Cynthia was a wonderful reviewer, who was happy, bright, attentive and compassionate. She carried out the review with great clarity and efficiency, whilst constantly checking that my mum was ok and fully understood the questions. My mum was very happy to have her as a reviewer and told her so! The meeting was well paced and Cynthia continually allowed my mum thinking time or time for me to re-phrase anything that was asked. My mum would sincerely like to have Cynthia do all her 12 month reviews from now on. She is very happy with all her current carers and with the service(s) provided thus far by Caremark.
