I’m proud to begin a new chapter as the Care Manager of Caremark Cheshire South East, bringing over two decades of hands-on and strategic experience in the care sector. My journey started in 2004, and since then I’ve worked across a wide range of areas, including frontline care and support, recruitment, training, and quality assurance. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to delivering the highest standards of care, always with a person-centred approach. I’ve developed strong systems to meet both personal and professional KPIs, and I believe that compassionate care must go hand-in-hand with operational excellence. At Caremark Cheshire South East, I’m combining my passion for care with deep-rooted experience to make a genuine difference in our community — supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

I have more than 25 years of experience leading and supporting teams whilst delivering exceptional customer service. My focus is to deliver the highest standard of professional care and support to those who want to remain in their own home and community. Like many people in this wonderful sector, I have had family who have been lucky enough to have been supported in their own home by people who were sensitive, caring, compassionate and went out of their own way to support. This is what I want to bring to our community.

My team and I are committed to building relationships with people, their friends and family to encourage everyone to live as full a life as possible. My passion is to invest in our people to ensure they have everything they need to deliver individually tailored care support and ensure we are the best Homecare provider within the region.
