My journey started in 2004, and since then I’ve worked across a wide range of areas, including frontline care and support, recruitment, training, and quality assurance. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to delivering the highest standards of care, always with a person-centred approach. I’ve developed strong systems to meet both personal and professional KPIs, and I believe that compassionate care must go hand-in-hand with operational excellence. My focus is to deliver the highest standard of professional care and support to those who want to remain in their own home and community. Like many people in this wonderful sector, I have had family who have been lucky enough to have been supported in their own home by people who were sensitive, caring, compassionate and went out of their own way to support. This is what I want to bring to our community.
