Caremark Peterborough

The care I receive is 100% what I required from Caremark is covered . The staff are polite cheerful and very professional. I am more than happy with the care I am receiving from Caremark . My family are also happy with the care I am currently receiving from Caremark.

The carers are fantastic in every way. The management was pretty disappointing when we first started and I feel there were sometimes excuses used to cover us for mistakes or logistical scenarios. However, in the past 4-6 months things have been great and we are receiving reliable and dedicated care and attention. The carers could not be any better- well done ladies. Keep up the excellent work.

I have a variety of needs. The careworkers help me as much as possible. I do not always know who will come, but whoever it is they always have time to smile and joke, whilst helping me. I try, and manage, to get help before I am collected for a visit to the hospital. The care manager arranges a carer in my home when I return after a few days.

It was a difficult decision for me to arrange for mum to go to a carehome but she has become bedbound. Caremark offered different ways they could help her to try and keep her at home for which I was extremely grateful.

The care staff are always on time and respectful towards my mum who has Parkinson's & mixed dementia. They give her the time to sort herself out without rushing her.

Good all round level of care allways on time and asking if there is anything else they can help with my wife says some carer's seem more experienced

i have had caremark for a few years my carers are good but room for more inprovement on things with staff understanding emotions and needs we have had our peterborough hidden disabilities group the caremark staff very helpfull at events etc

Attending the hidden disabilities social group, it has been run very well so far, with staff welcoming. A good variation and continuing the group with Caremark is very much appreciated.

Wonderful staff, great experience.

Poor communication. Little contact with the agency even though they said they would visit weekly. Say they will visit and don't turn up or let us know they cannot attend. Said they would do a handover each time the live-in carer changes over, never happens. They don't always let us know who will replace the current carer or when. The carer usually tells us. Very poor considering the costs involved. It makes the family question what they are doing. Very little support.

From the very first evening, I knew I liked my new carers! They were different and yet I felt I'd known them forever. I don't like going to bed at 7 pm (ish!) but appreciate it is necessary. My carers are always very helpful and we often have a giggle together or even a proper laugh, yet not a minute is wasted because the teams of two work so well together. Nor have I ever heard an angry word spoken. They both know what to do and get on and do it. So thanks to all of you. I didn't mention mornings but all I've said applies to all times. My thanks to all of you, I should perhaps have said.

Caremark has been attending to my wife after a hip operation in 2022 and has given excellent service. The staff are polite, friendly and caring. They are efficient and respectful in attending to personal needs and carrying out their duties in a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else.

Kind, informative and friendly. Prompt in addressing needs and providing all relevant information.

Care team are friendly and communicate well with Mum. They show dignity and listen to Mum's needs. Any challenges raised they are happy to talk about as they have experience. They can reach emergency services quickly when needed.

The carers who come to look after my husband try to meet all our needs. They have built a relationship with him which is respectful and friendly and shows genuine care for him as a person. They are reliable and efficient and treat my home with respect.

Had used Caremark since March 2022 after Dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer, he was a very private person who would not let anyone do anything private for him. After a couple of months, he gained the trust of all the Caremark team and would just do as they asked with no pressure. They were all very dignified to the end and have called to check up on the family. Very impressed by the whole team.

Caremark have been assisting myself to remain independent by assisting me with preparing meals and cooking. Caremark are very understanding and supportive of my care needs. I would recommend Caremark to anyone needing care.

Most importantly mum loved them and died with dignity in her own home.
