The Caremark team stepped in to provide additional care for Mum after she returned home from a hospital stay following a big fall. I don't know what we would have done without their support and guidance, as well as the care they provided to Mum. It was a crisis situation, made manageable by them, and I'll be forever grateful. The team have been responsive to Mum's changing care needs and have shown great empathy to her and us, her family, throughout. I recommend them highly and thank them for everything they've done for us.

Dinah is a graduate with several years of experience working in the Capital and Service Planning Departments of various NHS Hospitals. Also a qualified nurse, Dinah has worked for many years in local hospitals where she became very aware of the shortage of good care available to assist those individuals who desperately wanted to continue living in their own homes.
When approaching any issues regarding how best to serve customers, Dinah’s starting point is always ‘Would this have been good enough for my father?’ There is only one satisfactory answer.
