My carer is a wonderful carer, so supportive and efficient in her work. Always looking into what she can do for me.
Our carers so far are providing an efficient, dedicated, compassionate service with dignity and friendliness.
Staff always pleasant and professional and treat my mother with respect and dignity at all times. We find it helpful that the same carers attend, it is reassuring that they are consistent. My mother is funded, I am therefore unable to comment on value for money.
