The care they provided to my dad was caring and understanding to his needs, they were professional in their work and manner and communication with me was excellent, always informing me if there was an issue that I needed to be aware of.
Any issue that I addressed to them were dealt with at the time.
I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a privilege to support your father, and we're truly grateful for your trust in our team. Wishing you and your family all the best.
Overall great. Listen to things and put everything right. Mum loved seeing the girls. Value for money, 'you don't charge enough'. Really supportive.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review.
The care they gave was second to none. The only thing I ever had an issue with was time, when they could be hours after they should have arrived, obviously due to unforeseen circumstances, but was very stressful at times.
Thank you for providing this review, we value your feedback.
Very friendly staff who really took an interest in the well-being of my mum and cared about how she felt. They were reliable and considerate with nothing being too much trouble for them, even to the point of simply making a cup of coffee.
Thank you very much for your kind review, we will pass the feedback to our carers.
The carer does a superb job of looking after my husband. She is very caring, placid and knows exactly his behaviour. It would be a good idea if a text message could be sent on the day to say what time the carer would be arriving as I never know the time, it's always different.
May I express my complete gratitude to the amazing carers who visit my mother-in-law on a twice-daily basis. Having such reliable and personal support is such a relief, the girls are delightful, friendly and reassuring. My mother-in-law has really taken to her 'Blue Girls' and accepted that she now needs help with ease - not easy for such an independent lady. Thank you, girls, we cannot thank you enough!
Thank you for your lovely comment. It is always good to get such lovely feedback and carers hard work being recognised.
Care was arranged with your company for my very poorly mum during her last days. I would like to thank all the staff for the care and dignity shown to her and also the sincere kindness shown to myself through this difficult time. All the staff who attended my mum, whose names mostly escape me, were amazing. I would like to say a special thank you to one carer who gave my mum and I such great support. I would not hesitate in recommending your company and hope you are still around should I need your services. Once again thank you very much, words don’t seem enough.
Can't fault them. Currently provide care for my dad and have been for two years. Great bunch of carers, always positive, willing to go out of their way to care and generally always on time. Good communication when carers may be running late.
Caremark (Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby) currently look after my mum who suffers from a number of health issues leaving her fragile and at times confused on top of being generally unwell. We have been with Caremark for just over 3 years and in that time I have found them nothing but supportive and helpful, with the ever-changing needs of mum she relies tremendously on them. We started off with a weekly shop call to the carers now coming every day. They have tailored the care package so it meets the needs of my mum, they have also paid particular attention to keeping the costs down where they can. The girls who come to care for mum and in the office have always been helpful and always done what they can to make sure she is happy. Mum couldn't be at home now if it wasn't for the support of Caremark. Thank you all for the amazing work you are doing to keep mum where she has lived for over 45 years.
(Incontinence being a big issue as well as medication) we seemed to accumulate incidents one after another.
My Mother entered into end of life care. We changed care company to Caremark. We now have peace of mind, to reach our wish she remains stress-free and as comfortable as possible in an environment of her choosing. We also witness the quality of staff that come to care and visit my mother.
The clients wife explained how since the carers had been coming to her husband he had started looking forward to seeing the carers and has been talking more. He got on well with all the carers. That the service provided has meant she could take care of her own health again now she knew her husband was receiving such good care. For them it has been a very positive experience.
Caremark gave outstanding care for my mother for two years. We found them after her previous care agency pulled out and many others had been unable to provide a suitable service. They set up a large care package (4hrs/day) at 2 weeks' notice, and kept delivering and adapting it to Mum's changing needs. Carers were punctual, polite, friendly, reliable, cheerful, flexible, and above all patient and understanding.
My mother has very particular and complicated care needs. In the last 2 years her physical disability worsened but she was determined to hold onto her independence and stay at home. She is mentally sharp, often anxious, and probably has OCD. Many carers have found it hard to work with her, as she would not change her ways.
We didn't tell Caremark all that at first. They quickly grasped the problem and chose to work with it. They recruited suitable carers and trained them to help my mother the way she wanted to be helped. Carers were very kind and often went the extra mile for Mum.
We particularly appreciated Caremark keeping Mum safe whilst avoiding a “health & safety gone mad” approach we'd met elsewhere, and their collaborative can-do attitude when facing problems that had made other agencies give up.
It was only after a hospital stay, when Mum reached the stage of needing carers available 24/7, that we decided she could no longer stay at home. By the time she left home, Caremark were providing an average of 15 hours care a day, including some all-night care, at our request. They also helped us reduce costs where we could, and told us when they didn't think Mum was safe at home. They were quite prepared to put in whatever care was needed to help her stay there, but she would not have been able to afford that indefinitely. Nevertheless, she was able to stay at home much longer than she could have done without Caremark's help, and we could not have supported her there without them.
